- Unity
of Light and Dark
"When one separates himself from the Divine fire, he becomes an
isolated spark. We are strong only when united with Life. As soon as
our consciousness
is detached from spiritual wholeness, we can no longer draw from that
inexhaustible reservoir of eternal existence, so we become exhausted
- there is nothing to fall back upon.
Life is one perfect Wholeness. The Universe is a unit. God is One.
. . .The subtle something which runs through all things and which we
call, "the Thing Itself," that energy without which nothing
can be energized, that Life without nothing can live, that Power without
which nothing can move, and that Spirit without which nothing can be
- IS GOD. It is only as we live in conscious Union with this Spirit,
and consciously let It work through us that we really live." -
Ernest Holmes, The Science of Mind pg. 463.
In Science of Mind we recognize there is only One power for good in
the Universe and It allows everything - gorgeous and ugly, because
in Reality (the big "R") its essence is in all things. God
does not label anything, this Loving Presence only knows to express
freely and to accept all creation. It is the human mind that has given
labels in order that we can learn. Labels are a useful tool if you
do not allow them to limit you and your spiritual vision of Life. This
week make a practice of "no labeling" just like God. Even
when you run into some situation or person that exudes negativity,
or any adjective you associated with bad, see if you can challenge
yourself to simply rest in the knowledge that this is also a creature
of the Creator and although you would not choose to act or live in
that manner you can wish them the best and bless them as they pass
through your Light.

TREATMENT:
The Soul spark known as (insert your name) is cradled in the Oneness
of God consciousness. The light of this authentic nature comes forward
into the personality amassing the eloquence of our angelic beauty into
form. I am the conscious connection of Spirit healing all opposites
in this structure of life in order to embody unity.
The great Causation of Life is an inclusive power and to be aligned
and possess unlimited potential of possibility in my small life I too
must represent the God/One consciousness. I "get" the vast
connectedness between Souls who are incarnate at this moment. I conceive
with the inner vision and senses the infinite One Reality constituting
the tree, the rock, the many four footed creatures, and every invisible
realm of existence as the power, quality, and character in the operation
of God energy building the whole of nature. This All-Existence is present
in both the Light and the Dark - it can never be undivided in its diversity.
Every pervading atom and molecule formed and formless is the infinite
self multiplication of the One Reality. I take my cues from this Unity
consciousness. I push against nothing. My heart opens to all. Love
and allowing create the phenomenon of flow and abundance in my life.
My predisposition is now the very principle of Nature. The basic substance
is one, but develops many different substances and millions of unlike
objects! This is the Eternal Life, and I joyously celebrate the all-ness
of it today.
God's self-serving message has become a potent powerful source for
the expansion of my heart and mind into light and dark. I truly am
a sister/ brother to all of life and I live this truth by design and
intention. And so it is.

02.04.03
- Living in the Moment
The only consistency that concerns us in the practice of Soul Living
is consistent enjoyment and acquiescence to the reality of the
ideal. This translate as the refusal to counterintend, which means
the refusal to settle for less. We are not, however, concerned
with consistency based on history, because we know that we are
creating our history in each moment, right? We are not limited
by what we have done, where we have gone, or who we have been.
In an instant, we can set aside even decades of habit and step
onto a new time line. All that's required is a bit of the explorer's
courage, and the willingness to relinquish even good reasons for
staying in the familiar territory of a past choice. The freedom
to re-create frees us from the tyrannical power of a particular
past, and establishes the present living authority of the Self
in every moment. Note, now, that living in the moment is not the
same as living for the moment, which is typically reaction. Living
in the moment comes out of a consistent devotion to the best version
of Self we can envision, and unwavering cooperation when this vision
changes. We grow only by outgrowing, and alignment is an organic,
evolving thing, not a static condition. Living in the moment, we
remain alert to nonlogical promptings that amount to the Universe
reaching out to become more fully who we are.

TREATMENT:
Every moment is brand new. Spirit is continually creating and recreating
itself in form, just of the joy of perfect and complete expression.
This eternally creative Spirit is always at the ready to make something
new - and to make something better. Being the Source of all, Spirit
contains everything within Itself that's needed to bring about
this creation in perfect and harmonious ways.
I am One with this Infinite, Creative Principle and Presence. Each
day, I can recreate the same old thing, or create something new.
I am given an unending stream of opportunity to change my life
for the better - over and over again. I decide this day to be very
clear about what it is I will create in each moment. I no longer
fear the shadows of today for they are the result of yesterday's
thinking. I turn my mind to a higher point of view, seeing the
greater vision, and let that flood my Being with inspiration, commitment,
and decisiveness.
As the author of my experience, I choose to create a life that
is more loving than ever I've known. My life contains an abundance
of whatever it is that I need; no struggle here. I tend to my health
and vitality with the gratitude of the intelligence that is within
the body. I bring a creative, playful, and insightful Self to this
work that is mine to do.
I am so grateful for this universe, and the chance to begin anew
every day! I let this be so, and so it is.

- Only Union Gives Joy
AFFIRM:
I am the Divine Birthright of Order in the Universe. All in my world is the pattern
of my creative thought! This shimmering excitement allows the vaster Self, soul
Self, higher Self, master Self to live NOW in form. I traverse this day lighter,
swift upon the path to awakening that core place inside that sings with a strong
voice. Vital and given this day to Spirit, I create from the chambers of inner
depth to release delight and peace on Wednesday's journey. And so it is.

- Harmonious Thinking

TREATMENT:
There is only One Life, One Love, One Power, and One Presence. I call
it by many names; it is the best of the best. I know that this Presence,
being Infinite Intelligence, knows whatever it is I need to know at
every moment. It knows how to accomplish what I desire to accomplish.
It knows how to love where I find it a challenge to love. And it knows
peace, always.
I am ready to understand myself as a Spiritual being, having a human
experience. As part of this infinite One, the knowledge, power, love,
and wisdom of Spirit is mine now. Wherever there is conflict in my
life, I let that conflict be dissolved and absorbed into the ocean
of love that Spirit is...that I Am. I breathe in the challenge, and
breathe in the suffering of those in this situation, and breathe out
absolute peace of mind, harmonious thinking and feeling...perfect restfulness.
I let this practice become a regular part of my spiritual practice:
knowing the best of the best for everyone in my experience ~ those
I call friend, and those I do not. I realize that all is this One,
all is the beloved, and in doing so, I desire the best for everyone,
without exception or exclusion. This way of thinking, this unitive,
loving, powerful way of thinking changes my life in ways that are amazing!
I give thanks for my ability to evolve my own mind and heart in this
way, and so it is.

- Love of Self
One of the most inspiring women of our time recently stated that
she now understood that the true measure of womanhood was exactly
what she had avoided for so long ~ to be filled with all of who
we are. Oprah Winfrey had learned at a young age to deflect praise
and to apologize for her accomplishments. She tried to level the
field with her family and friends by downplaying her brilliance.
Many of us received the same conditioning, and that's why each
week she finds her television studio filled with women who tell
her they have been so concerned with what others think that they
have compromised their own dreams and completely lost themselves.
Why have so many of us have been conditioned to hide our Light
instead of being filled with all the passion and purpose that enable
us to offer our best to the world? We empty ourselves in an effort
to silence our critics.
Marianne Williamson once said that our greatest fear is not that
we are inadequate but that we are powerful beyond measure. The
truth is that the naysayers in your life - those who would seek
to pull you down every time you exceed their expectations for you
will never be fully satisfied. Whether you hide or shine, they'll
always feel threatened because they don't believe they are enough.
Every time you suppress some part of yourself or allow others to
play you small, you are in essence ignoring the owner's manual
the Creator gave you and destroying your design. Just like Oprah
says, "What I know for sure is this: You are built not to
shrink down to less but to blossom into more. To be more splendid.
To be more extraordinary. To use every moment to fill yourself
up."

TREATMENT:
I was created out of Infinite Light and unlimited Life...a
creation from God and of God. Whatever "God" is, I know
that it is indeed infinite, intelligent, everywhere present and
always
at One with creation. It is the Source of all love, of all wisdom,
and of perfect wholeness.
Wherever I am, it is there. And it isn't just there in a distant,
abstract fashion, it is there in total immediacy. It is there,
ready to pour into my life experience precisely the quality, understanding,
or experience that I need to take my next step on the path. It's
there, ready to fill me with its perfect Self. Whenever I find
myself in a predicament, I open to this spiritual presence and
power, and let it fill me with the radiance of Its qualities. I
accept this, ahead of time, with all of my heart and a clear intention
to awaken to who and what I really am.
I'm not some distant less-favored relative; I am the Beloved of
God. I remember this all the time, and when I forget, something
in me leads me back to this healing, peace-bringing, heart opening
knowing: the Father, the Spirit, the Mother, the Beloved and I
are One. And so it is.

- Evolving Health
"The Spirit that raised Jesus dwells in all. This Spirit quickens
our mortal bodies when we let It. Here is a lesson in mental and
spiritual healing. As the Truth dawns upon the subjective state of
our thought, it stimulates it into newness of action. Everything
works from within out. The body is a reflection of the Soul and when
the Soul, which is subjective state of thought, is illumined by the
Spirit, it quickens the mortal part of us and heals the body. The
mortal is always an effect, a creature of time but a necessary one,
for without it we could not function as objective individuals." -Ernest
Holmes, The Science of Mind pg. 484
What my beloved friend, Ernest, is telling us here is that what you
focus thought upon becomes your reality. When we sincerely ask for
healing with deliberate intent we are sending a movement of consciousness
through the creative principle of life, or through the Law as we
call it in Science of Mind. If you want the Spirit of health, success,
or abundance and you send for it with a spiritualized thought it
must appear! Call for it from an alignment within and the external
picture shall materialize. What will you allow Spirit to quicken
for you today?

TREATMENT:
The elegant universe is a dazzling Divine force of Infinite Right
Action. It is a Presence of intelligence combined with love, and
It knows exactly what to do, become, and be in each moment to achieve
perfection. I realize I am part of this evolutionary path of Light.
The companion "Source" of me has mapped out All That Is.
Today I channel this creative output of universal consciousness throughout
my human biology and physiology. I do this with an awareness and
intent of radiant, vibrant health down to the quantum cellular level.
I open my mind and allow healing perfection to travel the heart path
soothing every imbalance and discord with frequencies, vibrations,
modulations of perfect Universal Oneness. This unique energy matrix
activates the innate evolutionary codes of robust, exotic health
and challenges all illness or disease that attempts to resonate within
the cellular system. Much is changing with this accelerated consciousness
and all alien substances that do not originate from the goodness
of Love dissolve and are easily eliminated from the physical body.
This temple of Being is now a paradigm of an integral, full range
harmonic repository of vitalizing Lifewave.
Today I accept my connection with All That Is. I open to my intended
changes, and embrace the wonder of what I truly am. Joyfully I have
reached a new level of expression from an inner decision to immerse
myself in Universal Love. I am transcendence, growth, and the evolvement
of potent vital radiant health. It is done, and so the experience
is.

- Soul Child of the Mother Infinite

TREATMENT:
The conglomerate effect of the One Divine Life's inner influences
and upsurgings become the visible formations and characteristics
which we ordinarily experience and think of as ourselves. I am
a beautiful mixture of Its dynamic self- building power through
evolution to emerge full grown and luminous.
Within the conditions of my life I become sensitive to the Soul
element within. This secret form recognizes the deeper character
of all existence. She leads me to look more and more within myself
for true good. This ever pure flame of Divinity lights the hidden
crypt of the heart's innermost sanctuary and I am immediately,
intimately, directly aware of the Truth of my Being. I allow this
permanent essence of Soul to ascend into my terrestrial existence
and use my mind, life, and body as its instruments. This crowning
movement of spiritual change opens the passages of higher Light,
Knowledge, Power, Force, Bliss, and Purity into my daily living.
From this moment forward I am the vital and bodily experience of
Soul assimilating and coordinating the farther evolution to Supreme
Reality. It is so easy to be this self-affirmation of Spirit in
the material universe; effortless to complete what God has begun.
The mask of ignorance drops and I am free to live as the luminous
Creator Consciousness carrying in her the eternal Existence and
its universal Delight of being.
I am humbled and grateful because this principle of spirituality
now affirms its own complete right and sovereignty as permanent
order in my life. I am the Divine child of the Mother Infinite.

- Creative Genius
AFFIRM:
Today I remember the truth: that Spirit is the source of all things,
that there is never an obstacle to the good that I seek, that all
the resources and creativity I need are to be found within. The
source of all life, myself included, is an infinitely creative
Presence which is always making itself known by means of humankind's
endless creative nature. I am totally aligned with this field of
creative genius. Big, bold, wonderful ideas are always in my thoughts,
in my heart, and in my life...because I open to accept them with
all of my Being.

- The Heart Knows
Open hearts are ideal places for love and peace to grow. Remember the
game rules; there is infinite support available to you when you become
the lens of focus for the energy you are calling on. Make your choices
in alignment with your higher truth. Do not be content to just "ask" for
what you want. Asking for something, such as love or peace, is not
as effective as becoming love and peace. And becoming means we have
to be willing to do the spiritual work that is required when we bump
into a part of ourselves that is not in balance with our intention.
You see, being in peace or the embrace of love during a one hour meditation
each day will be counteracted if we then spend the rest of the day "attacking
our opponents" in business and personal relationships that divide
us along lines of gender, race, class, religion or any of the other
myriad ways we define and limit ourselves. It is one thing to stand
for love or peace and another thing to refuse to participate in any
activity, purchase any product, or support another being that promotes
abuse, violence or the taking of any form of life.
The truth is each of us in a hologram of the whole, we can create the
life (environment) we desire to live by bringing ourselves into internal
harmony -perfect balance - within. Use the treatment today for the
good that you desire to become, and then allow that energy to travel
inward to your open heart so that you live that possibility. This way
of honoring ourselves will do more to bring love and peace and unity
into the world than any amount of praying for peace, love, unity. Anything
we wish to see externally, begins at home - in the human heart!

TREATMENT:
I live and move and have my being in an Infinite Universe that is the
Source of all good, of all supply, of all wonder, and of every good
thing. I am created out of It; I'm made of the stuff the Universe is.
In me is an abundant supply of good, of power, of possibility, ready
to take form.
I stand firm in my heart and mind and know that Spirit can create for
me whatever I can imagine. I joyously let my imagination take wing,
and envision the life I've always dreamt of. How life is now for me
is no longer relevant; how it was yesterday, even less so. In THIS
moment, I create a new and wonderful experience by choosing to believe
in its possibility. I create something new with the infinite power
of Spirit by believing that it is already so, in my heart and in my
mind. I accept this new good thing I've imagined into being. There
is nothing in me that opposes it or resists this powerful good in my
life.
I understand that what the eyes see is not the cause of what is. It
is what the heart knows; I let my heart know the best of the best for
me and for all people. I give thanks for this good, knowing it increases
me and all people everywhere. I accept it, I accept it, I accept it
with joy! And so it is.

While I have you in the mood to create what you desire, it
is the perfect time to speak about faith. Once you have an
organic alignment within and you have intended, or stated,
the newness you are then you must let go and know that it is
done. You must have faith that your word will be taken up and
acted upon by your Creator. Now faith is not a passive state
of hope. Faith, for the sake of its "yes," holds
fast to "no" in the face of anything that would count
against the "yes." This is not willfulness, but the
correct and necessary use of the will in conscious creating.
Without it, faith has no legs with which to walk into the world.
Do not doubt yourself in the moment of refusing to betray the
chosen intention, and become afraid that you are being to willful.
As long as you have released all concerns over timing, and
ways and means, and are willing to have a grander fulfillment
than the one that came even while you were intending, the will
is properly engaged. Remember, when we ask we do not beg. We
do not hope and wait. We claim, and claim what is ours through
the authority and unlimited creativity of imagination, love
for the ideal, and resolve.

TREATMENT:
There is but One Life forever expressing its truth- the life
of God, the life of Good, the Omnipresence and Source out of
which all is created. Realizing this Source is forever full,
forever complete, I realize I am Its glory transformed as (insert
name). The Allness of God fulfilled as the creative conscious
human life.
I can feel Life beckon today with its freshness to the place
in me that longs for new expression, growth, and discovery.
I respond to this inner call with an open heart. I allow Infinite
Intelligence to whisper it urgings through this avenue of my
Being. The heart of who I am - the exquisite balance of body,
mind, and spirit is a constantly unfolding and evolving phenomenon.
The underlying Oneness of All That Is pulsates from within
and compels me to strive toward harmony, Self-discovery, awareness
and joy with the rest of existence. This is the Valentine I
offer to myself this day for if I can live from these qualities
of heart I am able to demonstrate an infinite consciousness;
an order deploying infinite possibilities of the Infinite.
A primal power of Divine Delight. Comfortable to stand in front
of others and manifest my own spiritual determinates: Love,
Joy, and Beauty. These are the creations that spring from the
heart of the Absolute. They are the purity and poise of Spirit
that is everywhere present in my world.
I choose to know and experience life as an indivisible movement
of more beauty, more love, and more joy. All of Spirit supports
this choice. This is the Truth of my Being, and I am free.

- 1st Birthday
Greetings All. Today is the Morning Blessings 1 year birthday.
Om shanti. Today we celebrate the one year birthday of the Morning
Blessings. To think that this all started with a vision of what
I was suppose to do, and how the page should look. This daily message
went out to about 20 people a year ago, and today it reaches approximately
1000 people each day. I give thanks to Spirit for allowing my words
to perfectly express through me each day. I give thanks to be able
to affirm and support this journey called Life for each one of
you, for your accepting the love and care of the Universe with
an unconditional heart. I know the unfolding of these Blessings
brings increased clarity and discernment for each in making choices
and decisions. I am thankful that each of you remain willing to
grow in your spiritual practices and strengthen so that there is
easy flow of compassion, peace, love and creativity in your daily
living. As we each continue on our paths, expressing Spirit uniquely
I know we create a force for good in the world. May we always guide
each other in serenity and delight.

TREATMENT:
Every thought we think, every breath we take, and every word
we speak has always originated from One Source. I may dream that
I
am human, but what I really know is that this journey is simply
an adventure in craftsmanship of Spirit. And I am an incredible
example of this individualized power of Presence, the crème
de la crème.
On this joyous day of celebration I recognize that everything that
sparkles, glitters, and shines ....all that shakes, rattles, and
rolls.... even the sun, the moon, and the stars are all here for
MY pleasure. My cup runth over. All is for my taking because even
now, at this very moment I am being heard by the creative principle
of the Universe. Every single atom in the universe is being reprogrammed,
every angel is being summoned, and big wheels are turning for my
revelations and breakthroughs. My thoughts are always creating
opportunity. My job is to claim my just rewards of infinite abundance,
perfect health, and unlimited happiness.
Yikes! It's that easy? Simply claim?
Then with leaps and bounds of delight I entertain the visions of
all I desire with the powerful expectation that they are already
fulfilled.
I am so thankful that I do not have to rely on appearances; that
a powerful law of attraction is at work in creation and all I have
to do is align with all that I desire. This makes my assignment
down right effortless! Wow! I do have dominion over all things.
And so it is.

- I Am Love
Within each one of us is a depth of truth, a depth of being, that
wants itself known, wants itself felt, wants itself expressed and
met.

TREATMENT:
The Universe is Love. Not merely filled with it, but it is created
of love; every part and particle vibrates with this power and presence
and possibility. Because I am One with this universe I, too, am
made of love.
This day in particular, I remember that my very nature is Love.
When I am challenged in any way, I know that the answer always
lies in loving more fully. When I fear, I remember that perfect
love casts out fear. When I doubt, I return my attention to the
truth: that love is big enough to embrace even my doubt, making
it - and me - whole.
This power of Love is what heals. It is the power that causes growth
and change and evolution and transformation, and it's at work in
me today. I set the clear intention to remove the barriers from
my heart, that I may love more fully, live more completely. I forgive
wherever forgiveness is called for, and I include myself in that
reckoning. I call upon this power of Love to love through me without
condition, without exclusion, without hesitation, and without delay.
I open my life to relationships that are passionate, loving, and
joyful, and I see this reflected everywhere. I allow my own inner
nature, my true natural state, to hold, sway, and love all creation
by means of me. The result of this: a life that is lived in joy,
at peace, and at One; a life that is truly worth living. I give
thanks for the lawful nature of this universe that now reveals
this Love in all that I do, say, and think. And I know it is wonderful.
And so it is.

- Temple of Peace
AFFIRM:
Divine light of creation, my heart opens in gratitude for the miracle
that is at hand. Receive me as a living light of the Christ consciousness.
I go forth from this day forward, I am the I AM, a living temple
of peace. From this holy temple, I embrace all creation in the
One heart, One mind, One soul of divine truth. I send forth thoughts
of unity that our world be lifted and healed. I call to all the
hearts of humanity - embrace with me the precious gift of divine
grace that lights the lights of the world. And so it is.

- Authority to Create
Self-empowerment begins when you
decide to actively take control of your life, which means you come
to the awareness that you are responsible for your thoughts, feelings,
and actions - no exceptions. You begin to take back your power
when you are daring enough to initiate the process of releasing/changing
that which brings you pain, makes you sad, or in any way diminishes
who you are. Your desire must be strong enough to release or change
that which does not serve your highest good (which in the long
run, will also be the greatest good for others as well) and to
accept gracefully the challenges and opportunities that are placed
before you for your growth, understanding and enhancement. Empowerment,
mastery, ascension are achieved one step at a time.
Remember, you are cocreators, which means that you must take an
active part in creating that which you desire. Are you willing
to do it? Call to the Being known as your Soul for assistance.
Announce to it that you are ready to partake of its truths and
your creative authority. Your soul is aware of you. It knows that
you are its physical earth incarnation, invite it to connect you
with the higher planes of consciousness so that you may discover
this hidden and latent talent you naturally possess.
What greatness you are!

TREATMENT:
The power that created this universe in all its diversity will
never stop creating; it's always finding new and different ways
of expressing its Infinite Self. Wherever I place my attention,
there is another example of Spirit in glorious form! I may not
always agree or enjoy each and every form in which Spirit enfolds
itself, but I am always aware that it is nevertheless the sacred
presence of life.
Because I am created out of this One Loving Presence, the very
love of Spirit is within me; the wisdom and power and capacity
for transformation is within me. Whenever I feel challenged by
a particular manifestation of Spirit, I recognize it immediately
as an opportunity to love more fully and without exclusion. I see
that the wisdom of Spirit is ready to be made known to my mind
and my heart, and I without hesitation welcome that wonderful experience!
Of course, this may mean that I let go of old ideas. It may mean
that I change the way I live, or release an old habit that no longer
serves to express life in full measure. It really doesn't matter
what is required. I know that whatever is required of me to welcome
a more loving heart and a deeper wisdom, I am willing to give.
This kind of expansive and total loving is the pearl of great price,
and I give up anything for it, with joy!
I am at rest knowing the next leap of faith is a journey in my
highest creative authority. I am a big scoop of God stuff here
to enjoy molding my own reality. This prayer opens me up to let
that love in to heal, to make whole, and to restore the infinite
joy of spirit in me. And for this, I am ever glad. And so it is.

- Divine Being
"As far as you are concerned the present is your point of action,

TREATMENT:
God is love, God is wisdom, God is truth. This One Divine Eternal
expresses himself as existence, consciousness, bliss, knowledge,
compassion, beauty, etc. He, himself, not an impersonal state
but a Being ~ at once absolute, universal and individual. I
AM his personal appropriation of human consciousness therefore,
my Being is of the nature of the Divine and repeats this natural
mystery of existence.
There is not one place, one time, one incident when I am not
this living principle. I can change and inter-mix any qualities
of any qualities of the impersonal realm to shape my reality.
I may exchange lack for an infinite supply. I can trade in
illness for health. I might even return all forms of hate,
for unconditional love. In any of my daily affairs I can accept
good! Why? Because the truth of me is that I am a centre and
power of the One transcendent Being. I am pure positive Spirit
in form which is the action and function of personal consciousness.
The same as God. If I desire a more wholesome existence I must
take a splendid passage into the joy of the heart and the place
of pure inner soul-sensation, exulting this rapture as the
greater form of my life. I now choose to be happy. I can love
myself immensely. I will share in Life's abundance. I choose
to release everything in the past that does not serve my greatest
good. I enjoy today, and know tomorrow will be even better.
Life is simply allowing the "God within" to sparkle
and shine ~ what a strength, and I can join with that deeper
nature. I am at peace. Life is good. I am safe. And so it is.

- Heal Your Body
Who we are today is partly a function of choices we made in some
yesterday. If any of these choices, whether or not we're aware of
them as such, led to contradiction or were troubling in some way,
then we might do well to consider the word choice, in practice, to
be a verb and a verb in the present tense. Any choice, even though
we may have made it in the past, is actually a choosing that continues
to occur, moment to moment. For example, suppose you learned in childhood,
with the limited resources of understanding available to you at that
time, that to get your parents undivided attention and love you had
to be sick and so, understandably you made the choice to be health
challenged in order to get love. Consequently, you grew into an adult
who is constantly or chronically ill. Now, even if this choice, over
time, moved outside the scope of your ready awareness, the only reason
you still would be experiencing diminished health is because you
were continuing to embody the belief in the safety of being sick.
It is liberating to realize that we're not at the mercy of our childhood
choices; we're not the victims of history, unless we choose, wittingly
or not, to believe we are now. Our identity, in the living present,
is a function of the many choosings we continue to abide by each
moment. Choice, then, becomes an ongoing activity rather than a discrete
occurrence at some individual historical point that was experienced,
and is now finished. Within the context of aligning with ever better
versions of Self, nothing has to be finished, and the past is always
subject to revision. Remember, there is only the present-perfect
tense in the grammar of transformation.

We breath in Trust in the working of universal law.
We exhale the anxiety of the past.
We inhale the sweet scent of Spirit as we remember

recalls the Intelligence that brings us to the now.
We are the shinning stars in our reality.
We know and we trust the Law works for us, as we
desire. We see clearly, and consciously direct our thoughts
to those thoughts that bring our physical, mental, and spiritual
bodies back to perfection. We are kind and patient with
ourselves and others on the path to wholeness.
We breathe intent and clarity. We thank the One Source that brings

AFFIRM:
I am an open expression of relaxation and flow. This energy moves and
grows from the cocoon of my conscious thought. I act and react with
Life from a profoundly expanded, yet grounded center. I AM the fluid
movement of a peaceful state of Being. Thus I live the uplifted probable
future for all. And so it is.

- Spirit Transforms
Destined from birth to teach you the ancient wisdom, ritual,
and practices of Its presence is Spirit. She travels from lifetime
to lifetime throughout eternity with you whispering to your
Soul. You are responsible for all your interactions with her
however, so you must build within your consciousness the community
of a spiritual nature. The culture of your native land is neither
tribal not terrestrial - it is the pure amazing strength of
that which created the village life you are experiencing. Allow
this elder to be your constant companion today. Create a loving
atmosphere for that which you would like to get to know more
intimately. Commit to a conscious mentoring process with this
personal Ancestor.

TREATMENT:
Today I contemplate that however I think of Spirit, my idea
isn't big enough. Regardless of the knowledge I have, the books
I've read, or the spiritual experience I've got under my metaphysical
belt, Spirit is more than this. It is the timeless and eternal,
the Source of all matter, formed and the formless. It's simply
huge!
I take my mind to the place where my vision is lifted, my perspective
clear, and my understanding ripe for change. I know that my
broadest and most expansive idea cannot encompass infinity
or eternity, so I regularly stretch my ideas and let myself
be expanded and touched by them at depth. I let my life be
informed by this Infinite Presence of Spirit, and in so doing,
I see the big picture more and more clearly. All the little
things that seem to be obstacles become insignificant. Turning
my attention to the One, they simply dissolve. Thank you, beloved,
blessed Spirit, for this vision of the truth that heals, that
transforms, that awakens! And so it is.

This week has been a very exciting and heart connected time.
I have had the privilege to host a week long healing event
in my own home. I have seen dear faces and kindred spirits
dance in and out my home all week and the elation of simply
connecting within this community has had its rewards. My animals
are drunk with contentment. The air in my house is thick with
the sweetness of warm hugs and laughter. The plants are even
singing. I, personally, have delighted in each moment this
week.
I want to share a treatment with you that one of my friends
wrote for herself this week. I thought it might serve some
of you as well, for if we are all One then this intention permeates
and decrees for all of us.

TREATMENT:
Today's guest author is Rev. Lisa Hall
There is One Intelligence, One Perfect Light permeating the
Universe. This Light penetrates my very being and breathes
Life into me. I capture the essence of the One and radiate
it through me and outward in vibrant expression. I am, therefore,
Divinely created and embody the beauty, wisdom, and love of
Spirit.
I now claim my own uniqueness, my own expression of this Divine
Source as perfect. I release the need to please others out
of a desire to be accepted. I am already accepted; I am that
I AM. I release all of my feelings of inadequacy and know they
are transmuted into power and self-assurance so that I may
express nothing but Pure Light, Truth, and the Wisdom of the
Ages. I honor all of my experiences which have taught me about
self-worth and know these experiences have served me well.
I honor my soul-self and my personality-self for this dedication
to the journey of this life. I allow my personality-self to
melt into the warm embrace of my soul (the part that remembers
who I really am). My personality-self has served me well, protecting
me from perceived harm. I now let it merge with my soul for
there is nothing from which I need protecting. There is only
One Spirit, One Light, One Truth and It is reflected through
me always. There is no separation or need for protection--that
is merely an illusion.
I consciously choose expansion and choose to live more fully
from my soul-self--NOW--and each day. I give thanks for the
journey of my soul and rejoice in the wondrous opportunities
for growth. I release these thoughts into the Great Void and
declare them manifest by Divine Law. And So It Is.
