05.01.03 - I Am Liberated
A
gratified person is someone who constantly experiences the abundance
of life itself and the priviledge of life itself because they know
that wherever they are, just by the force of nature that is their
Being, anything is possible! - Reverend Angie
TREATMENT:
There is a dynamic force of Enlightenment in this universe.
It is the potential from which all life manifests. Therefore it
is the essence of my Being, and my life too lends itself to this
dynamic force.
I now liberate whatever is inhibiting this potential from manifesting-
I announce and affirm, declare and claim I AM empowered to facilitate
the realization of this potential. I am no longer a seeker of enlightenment,
for I now choose to be a finder of this Power. Enlightenment calls
us to accustom ourselves with the internal qualities of knowing
rather than the landscape of rational mind questioning. I feel the
rhythm of my Being transition from questioning to knowing. I have
merged with the Universal nature and all the resources of my Soul.
There is no more resistance, no manipulation, and no need for control,
nothing to block me from being constantly informed of the ever-changing
nature of All That Is. I have mastered the capacity to understand
myself, and live in the present moment, unencumbered by past attachments
or future projections. I am the alchemist - my new found power liberates
me from a life that was trapped in circles into spirals of empowerment.
In this place of empowerment I experience myself as the Universe.
I am thankful for this character recognition of authenticity. I
am thankful for the voice that proclaimed, "you never have
to be a seeker again, you can choose to be a finder." I am
thankful for enlightenment, it is a gift that was born simply through
the grace of self-realization. I now release my word to the Creative
Power of the Universe, knowing it is done and complete, for Truth
never changes. Thank you God, and so it is.

Dear Blessing Friends,
I wish to take a page to thank each of you that sent my family good
and sweet thoughts this week. You all are blessings friends and
we have been the wealthy recipients of an abundance of Love this
week. When things fall apart we (us like-minded spiritual souls)
take a conscious moment to imbue a sense of calmness, balance, trust,
and reassurance into our loved ones environment. I have personally
felt the phenomenal amount of Light that has surrounded my family
through the loss of a family elder. While I can recognize, and live,
the glory of each moment it still pains the heart to bury a loved
one. Your prayers of comfort, care, and resurrection have manifested
as a knowing within each family member that our Arthur Peregoff
is Eternal and Everlasting and that he is still available to all
who seek him. My heart swells with thanks for your fellowship, my
friends. Know that I will breath in peace today, deeply grateful
for the opportunity to feel such powerful and healing waves of God
energy in the wake of sorrow.

TREATMENT:
Life is eternal. Its source is Spirit. And it is totally supported
by and within itself. And Life is infinite; this means that I am
part of it. All that I am is sacred, part of the One true thing.
So all that I am is supported. The nature of this pure Spirit is
total and complete wholeness. Life is designed to be whole, and
so am I. I know right now that absolute wholeness is my birthright
and my destiny. Nothing but belief can keep me from experiencing
this wholeness in my everyday life.
Right here and now, I know there is no end to the Divine Nature.
We are changed from glory to glory. All that God has, or IS, belongs
to us and is ours to reflect. This body which we seem to live in,
is not the eternal body. Divinity saturates itself in definite forms
-- making its home within us. All of God's creations are eternal
and cannot change. Therefore, I can have no forlorn outlook, but
take this divine reality and mold it into a present actuality in
everyday experience. The natural wholeness of our trueness is more
beautiful than we appear. Even in death we are swallowed up of life.
I accept this with all of my heart, with all my intellect, and I
accept it in every part of my body. The natural result is an immediate
revelation of greater truth and contentment in every part of my
being.
In things, the Creator manifests His power and glory forevermore.
The Spirit of God -- being the One and Only Presence in the universe
brings about all creation and wisely nurtures it after his own likeness.
I give thanks for this perfect and total wholeness. And so it is.

- Holy Grail of Self
The following is a channeled message from a dear friend in Florida,
Gillian MacBeth-Louthan.
In the year 2003 Earth enters the doorway of the Pentad or all expression
of fiveness. The year 2003 is the livingness of the number five.
The essence of pentad represents a new level of cosmic design, as
humanity begins their journey of seeing the five points of the star
that they are. On May 5, 2003 we enter the Trinity of five 5/5/2003.
As we move forward through the month of May all that has been dormant
now raises its head, sleepy eyed and asks the question "DO
YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE?"
May is all about stripping away the trappings of a mass prevarication
and embracing a soul truth that runs so deep that it cannot been
seen with the human eyes until it surfaces into the cell memory.
As the Solar flares and sunspots and heavenly doorways open and
close as a mechanism gone awry ( Mercury Eclipse, Lunar eclipse,
Wesak, Solar Eclipse) we enter more and more of who we really are.
no longer can we stay hidden behind our bodies, our jobs, our marriages,
our closed emotional doors.
As we walk through the memories and battle fields of our past we
see with such clarity it is overwhelming and touches the soul in
a way not ever experienced. We rejoice in our frailties and silliness
our ups and downs and in-betweens. We look back and forward knowing
that it all matters and it all does not matter. We get a glimpse
into our DIVINE LIGHT that has shone behind the scenes for far too
long. AND WE FINALLY ARE COMFORTABLE IN OUR BECOMING, allowing our
Soul to take us in the direction of our own personal QUEST FOR THE
HOLY GRAIL of SELF.
TREATMENT:
The master teacher has engulfed and fueled my spark Soul with
inspiration and passion. I am recognized as the missing link, and
a valuable asset to my brothers and sisters on their way home.
I rejoice in my efforts for it has been a dedicated journey on my
part! The path has been grounded in desire and Christ organic will.
My pledge of Oneness through serving is reaping rewards and I feel
pleased. I am the Truth of the universe. I am a master-full teacher
to all in my life. I am creativity in form. My vessel is honorable,
strong, vibrant, and clear. I am the work knowing Itself.
And because I know all of this my essence remains thankful and reverent.
A calm peace is declared when I open to express gratitude. I release
these words, as the sun releases its rays, out to the universe making
them manifest. And so it is. Amen.

- Dualistic Unity
Today
I am going to ask you to play with releasing duality. In our heightened
complexity of opening and accelerating reality, and the dissolution
of the veils of illusion are going to be asking each of us to release
all of our old ways of being. One of the concepts that we are transforming
is "duality." Some will fight to hold on to it, but like
all that is mythic it is impossible to conjure it and breathe life
into it forever. The trueness that you are longs to create a unitary
here and now on which it can anchor.
Pretend for today that you have no knowledge of dualistic constituents.
There is no I versus you, we versus them, here versus there, then
versus now, what I am versus what I am not, what I need and want
versus what I do not need and want, right versus wrong, power over
versus being overpowered, competing, comparing, gaining and losing
and so forth. All of this -- the old way of being, which you perceived
to be so clear, so simple, so safe -- is now gone, no longer ever
again to be real. Your old dual reality can longer be passed off
as real. And in the moments when it can be made to seem real, realize
it cannot be made to seem complete or enough.
A good game or mental exercise would be to unlink yourself from
your conceptual habits of duality. Just as you start to lock into
a way of thinking about something, anything; just as you are sure
that you are starting to understand, try to undo your thoughts and
redo them in a different way, from a different point of view perhaps,
with different memories and with different conclusions. And try
remembering differently, as you release old ways of remembering
your expectations automatically change, shaping a different life.
Unweave your concepts so that one plus one no longer leads to two.
Over and over again, try to uncategorize experience. Unsettle that
into which you have long settled. Stop yourself from dualistic,
polarized and polarizing thought!
By the end of this day, you will know that this truth of unity,
rather than duality is closer than ever before. That you are closer
than ever before, that you and your reality are evolving, that the
spiritualizing of your humanity and this particular incarnation
of Spirit is occurring. And the more closely humanity approaches
these places of beatific wonder, the more potent is its magnetism
and the more poignant is the longing as the human experience as
a spiritual Soul broadens and deepens.

TREATMENT:
My life is the life of Spirit in me. I was created out of Infinite
Life with a purpose in mind, and that purpose was to live and live
fully. Everything about me...my parents, my children, my biology,
the environment I was born into, the experiences I've had in my
life, and most importantly the people in my life are there to facilitate
this process. There's an Intelligence at work here that has created
for me a custom-tailored world in which to realize the truth: that
there is only One, that I am one with it, and that I am here in
this life to experience joy.
There's nothing that's out of place, and there are no accidents.
I choose consciously to be one with eyes to see and ears to hear;
I look beyond the surfaces of life and see to the depths. I accept
- no, I embrace - every experience of my life that has brought me
to this very moment. I see all the richness and beauty in my life,
even if that richness and beauty is veiled within a challenge. I
refuse to see anything less than the grace of Spirit at work in
me and in my life. And because of this firm, undying commitment,
that grace becomes so evident that I can let go of trying to control
things, and learn to flow with them with ease.
Spirit's never gone anywhere; it's always right here to support
me through every tough time and celebrate with me in the good ones.
So life is good, life is sweet, and life is wonderful. And that's
the truth. And so it is.

- I Resource All My Energy
AFFIRM:
I allow my awareness to move outward from the physical body, to
the etheric body. My free flowing energy ebbs farther to the emotional
body. Here I open to every power available to me awakening in new
and profound ways. I utilize every spectrum, every iota of light!,
every piece of information I have accumulated over my many lifetimes,
throughout all my incarnations. Living from a heart-oriented energy
pattern I vibrate at the highest fluidity, in complete multidimensionality
to the fullness of who I truly am. And so it is.

- Perfect Purpose
The Spirit
has already ordained that (our) nature shall be perfect. It would
be impossible for Spirit to ordain anything else since, in order
to be at all, It must be perfect in Its nature. God is Will and
Representation. A perfect cause must produce a perfect effect. The
normal functions of life are harmonious but we interfere with these
in our ignorance and thus bring discord into temporary being. In
the life process of automatic functioning both our bodies and throughout
the universe a whole the laws of being are set and immutable. While
in the use that we make of the Law of cause and effect in our individual
experience we are responsible. We are given, or by the necessity
of our nature have, the power and the necessity of using the Law
as though It existed solely for us. It goes in the direction --
in our mental affairs -- that we give It. It can have no other direction
for us and know no other. But, of course, in the Great Whole, the
Universe is not run on the scale of man's ignorance. Knowledge alone
can free man from an ignorant and self-imposed bondage.

- The Divine Mother
"There
are thousands of Goddesses, from so many of the world‚s traditions,
known by different names and images, which represent the feminine
aspects of divinity and also aspects of our humanity. Their images,
energy and just the mere concept of female divinity can heal us,
empower us, instruct us and help us find our way on life‚s
rocky path." - A Goddess Is A Girl‚s Best Friend This
Sunday is Mother's Day, as we celebrate our earthly mothers let's
also take a moment to remember the Divine Mother Goddess who helped
bring forth our world. Acknowledging and embracing this Divine Parent
puts us in touch with the energy of feminine creation. The Divine
nature of all that is contains both masculine and feminine principles.
From the highest place of knowing, we do not have to assign a gender
to the Divine and we do not have to put a name and face on energy
so sacred. But in our lives as human beings, with human personalities
and beliefs, I truly believe that considering both God and Goddess
helps us identify the dual, and multifaceted, nature of divinity.
The female frequency of the Divine centers unconditional love, It
draws IN energy for manifestation, It has a positive charge, It
is traditionally known as wisdom, It is your internal focus, It
reflects our divine nature, and will never place blame outside of
self. When we tap into wisdom and follow the call of our Souls we
can then forgive, be tolerant, appreciate everyone's individual
evolution, and love without conditions. And the energy of the Divine
Feminine also balances the energy of the male; without it, the qualities
traditionally associated with male energy - which include warring
and aggression - can get out of hand.
Ancient Goddesses were treated with the reverence modern religious
culture offers to Jesus, God, The Father, Allah, Krishna and Buddha.
These female ancestors were called upon for everything from ensuring
fertile crops and easy childbirth to attaining wealth, health or,
even a peaceful death.
Worship the Divine Mother this weekend. Honor all the qualities
this archetypal energy brings forth into your own life.

TREATMENT:
All Life is One. Its source is Spirit. And I am part of that
One; I am totally united with Spirit, and totally connected to its
power, its grace, and its healing potential. Right now, I open my
mind and heart to become an instrument of divine femininity. I claim
this as my birthright, for this is truly what it is. I can help
to co-create a world in which people respond with love, live from
love, and give to love. And I do this today.
Wherever there is hatred, I sow the seeds of unconditional love.
Where there is confusion and chaos, I infuse harmony and the clarity
of God in action. Where there is darkness and grief, I send down
deep roots of light and comfort. I become the reflection of my Divine
feminine nature -- a healing presence, one who knows the truth,
and reveals the perfection in every situation.
I refuse to believe that humankind is too far gone to be restored
to sanity, balance, and a way of living that is nurturing and supportive
of all life. The truth is that the female Spirit, with its infinite
capacity to manifest whatever I can imagine, awaits my bigger vision.
The Divine characteristics of the feminine are celebrated and in
so living them to their fullest potential I become the reverence
of a living philosophy that is balanced and at peace. I claim this.
I see it. I am creating it. And for this, I give thanks. And so
it is.

- Empowering Others
EMPOWERING
OTHERS

In as much as we can never know the "mind" of God, the
best we can do is draw conclusions that are universally shared by
other traditions -- for example, "All is one" and „To
help others as they truly need to be helped" serves you and
all humanity. The reverse of which is "As you judge others,
so will you be judged.‰ Again and again, the path of intrigue
created by this issue leads to the revelation that the full empowerment
of the soul is achieved through alignment to the laws of the universe
(represented in the Tree of Life, the Ten Commandments, the Noble
Eightfold Path of Buddhism, the Five Pillars of Islam, and the opening
of the wisdom of the chakras) accompanied by an act of complete
surrender to the Divine.
We are born with this knowledge; it is the living tissue of the
soul itself. This knowledge reveals itself to us daily, in every
thought we have and in every decision we make and in every action
we initiate. We cannot turn off the voice of the soul. We can't
even repress it, quite frankly, because we recognize conflict. We
may deny the source of our pain, but we cannot deny when we are
in a moral, ethical, spiritual, or emotional conflict. And always,
when you shave away the particulars and the self-defense mechanisms,
the source of suffering comes down to proceeding with what you must
to do to maintain awareness.
Why is it essential for us empower others, in particular those we
dislike or resent? It is essential precisely because in order to
engage in genuine acts that empower others we must be able to honor
all people in our hearts, recognizing their spiritual potential
regardless of exterior circumstances. Acts of empowerment take many
forms, as I will discuss, but no matter the particular action involved,
we must willingly practice the universal law that teaches, "To
empower others is the true way to empower the self and all humanity.‰
To truly participate in actions of deep spiritual empowerment of
others, we have to ascend to a level of consciousness in which we
are not motivated by discipline or personal gain, but by a genuine
understanding of the profound power of transformation of all life
that is contained in this law. Achieving this interior space is
where our own experiences come in to play, because within the everyday
activities of ordinary life we discover our own shadow and our fear,
not just of our own empowerment, but of the spiritual empowerment
of others. This is the way we confront our jealousy of another's
enlightenment or healing abilities, talents, or opportunities. We
need to confront our LACK of belief in this law in order to transform
that into a true practice of our hearts. And it ain't easy . . .
which is why it is necessary. To empower someone we are jealous
of or competing with -- particularly when we know they are more
qualified to do a certain job or handle a particular situation than
we are -- brings out the shadow we must encounter within ourselves.
And encountering our shadows is the way we become conscious of our
motivations in life, and in turn, heal our own issues with self-esteem.
Tough work. Shedding some light on the nature of service provides
some rich insights into the task at hand.
TREATMENT:
There is one Life, that life is God's life, and that life is
my life now. And Life always becomes to me more of what I am to
it. This is the pure and simple law: as I give, so I receive. As
I sow; I reap. There's no escaping this Law of the Universe, so
I choose to put it to good use. I use the spiritual laws of life
to create that which I desire. There's not a thing wrong with creating
a wonderful life, no matter what the world or my history tells me.
The truth is that Spirit is ready and willing to create whatever
I can envision, believe, and embody.
I plant seeds of kindness and generosity wherever I go. I plant
seeds of compassion and respect, whomever I'm with. I sow seeds
of creativity and joy in every passing moment. I give thanks for
the blessings in my life continually, and they naturally increase.
Wherever life feels sluggish or stuck, I decide to give more of
what I desire then and there. I do this knowing that the spiritual
laws of the universe always support me; I do it with joy and with
a calm and deep sense of absolute faith. I give thanks for this
wonderful world, and for every wonderful thing and person in it.
Myself included. And so it is.

- Let Go
AFFIRM:
My life is lived in sweet surrender to Spirit's perfect plan!
Living in the let go, I let God express in every area of my beingness!
Immersed in Spiritual truth I emerge as visible fulfillment, absolute
wholeness and permanent prosperity!
The freedom of right seeing inspires my every thought, word and
deed!
I am a transforming agent for peace and love on my planet!
Grace and gratitude overflow every area of my life!
And so it is! Amen!

- Time to Remember
Warning
REMINDER Warning
The Universe does not hear, "I do not want bills, marriage,
taxes, car problems, etc." The Universe does not hear Œdo
not wants" it only hears, "I want _______" Whenever
you command a situation and say out loud verbally, "I do not
want to experience this ______," what ever it may be, then
immediately you magnetizes that situation in. God/Universe does
not hear negative words, negative connotations, and negative denotations.
All of your angry negative 'I don't want' words fall upon cosmic
deaf ears. The universe hears all the words in and around the negative
word. Many of your words are blacked out, like in a government installation,
prison, or most UFO documents. Negative statements and negative
thoughts are deleted from all conversations that you have with God,
with yourself, and with others. The quantum field will give to you
the exact reflection of your manifestation minus all "the I
DON'T WANTS". It is important that you identify what the negative
words in your life are. And from this point of recognition, then
delete these negative words from your vocabulary as soon as possible.
As masters of creation it is useful to reflect back to some of the
simple Truths from time to time. As you knock upon doors of future
ventures and opportunities remember that you are the commander-in
chief-of your life. Every thought that crosses your path begets
you. They can take you prisoner or they can set you free. It is
up to you. You must hone and sharpen your skills of manifestation
allways, because there is no limit to what you can create. You have
the ability to keep yourself from being pulled down by the riptides
of your own thoughts and choices. It is important that you delete
all negative statements from your life and your vocabulary. The
simple truth is that until you shift your intentions (vocabulary),
your manifestations into that place void of negativity, you will
only be seeding half your consciousness positively.

TREATMENT:
I am always in sync with the Infinite Source of life, because
it is my own source. I'm always at one with it, never apart from
it, and can always rely upon it. The truth is that it is always
completely at the ready to fill my life with all that I may need
to create a joyous, abundant, and rich experience. And I know it.
This knowing works in me and through me to cause powerful thinking
that causes powerful results: a rich, full, abundant, and joyous
life! It really is this simple. All the places in me that doubt
are now touched by this truth and healed completely. Any old habits
that deny the loving, abundant, and giving nature of this universe
are released and transformed. Whatever it is that I must understand
to fully experience the great good that Spirit intended me to experience
is now understood by me at the most fundamental level...and nothing
is ever the same!
I give thanks for the eternal wisdom of the Spirit that inspires
my thought, the compassion that fuels my heart, and the conscious
service that occupies my hands. and so it is.

- No Accidents

it down that wherever we are, however intolerable the situation
may be, we are just where we belong.

Everything that occurs in your life is designed just for you --
to look at,to see how it fits and where, and to accept it or, if
necessary, change it with God's help. Too often, we resign ourselves
to what happens and feel like victims to our circumstances. We forget
that the uncomfortable times are often the ones that produce the
most growth and transformation. We forget that we are here to surrender
to God's plan for our lives, even if it differs from what we might
otherwise have chosen. We forget that, somewhere in eternity, in
some way or another, we asked for these types of experiences. We
forget that everything is as it should be.
When we remember, when we are aware of our oneness with the Spirit,
we realize that God's loving arms are always pulling us in, protecting
us, and redirecting our steps toward a greater good. As long as
we have faith, we know that we can handle whatever we encounter
on our life's journey. As long as we are present with each moment
(in) each moment, we can see that all is well, all is taken care
of. We move into higher vibrations of life.
Nothing is accidental. Nothing! As the Byars-Beckwith song goes,
"We are not victims of circumstance, it happens to give us
a chance to change and really grow. And we can open, open to God's
love deep inside; God's love therein abides." Yes, we are so
loved! We can experience it just by allowing ourselves to open up
to it. Let us surrender to God's love, to God's presence, to God's
power, and allow it to work in our lives.
We are incredibly blessed! No matter how alone we may feel, in reality
we are never, ever alone. All we have to do is pay attention to
the still small voice of Spirit anchoring us within. Truly, God
loves us, in all ways, all the time, unconditionally.

TREATMENT:
Doorways of opportunity abound as I embody the truth that each
particle and parcel of creation originates from the One knowing
spirit of God. All is composed of this frequency. I, too, am a pillar
of this light that has entered this incarnation wholeheartedly,
whole purposefully, and holy centered within the integrity of a
soul structure and soul purpose.
I claim the totality and universal completeness within Self. My
world serves as a mirror energy that continuously supports the vision
I hold of myself physically, sexually, financially, compassionately,
and emotionally. My kingdom of Self becomes a joyous celebration
of who I am, who I am not, who I once was, and of who I dream to
be. Nothing enters my life without giving me something ~ a connection,
a remembrance, a healing, an understanding, some wisdom, a love.
It is all escorted into my personal domain for Me, by Me, and with
Me. Designed by my spiritual nature and composed by my thoughts
to look at, observe, understand, to learn about this personal edition
within the constellation of God. With this awareness I easily move
into new levels of undiscovered potential within each day.
I am so grateful this clear light of Truth wraps around me and presents
itself in such a way that there is no longer a question about who
I am and what I am capable of doing. I joyfully sit in residence
of all I create. And so it is.

I am centered in the knowledge that I am one with God!

-Work Life
YOU CAN
CHANGE EVERYTHING!
YOU CAN MODIFY EVERYTHING THAT TOUCHES YOU INTO THAT WHICH PLEASES,
EXPLICITY.
TREATMENT:
God is everywhere; it is in all things. It is all-powerful,
all-knowing. It is the source of all things, manifest and unmanifest.
And it is my source. I draw upon this perfect spiritual source of
all that I need; I bring forth its qualities into harmonious expression
in my life. Today I draw upon this Source for the inspiration I
need to bring the full measure of my gift to my work. I let the
infinite wellsprings of inspiration and strength flow through my
words, my ideas, my understanding. Where persistent and mindful
effort is called for, I bring that forth in fullness and with gratitude.
Where new directions are needed, I set out boldly in a spirit-driven
course, fully confident in my inner compass. In my work, I see the
larger picture, while handling the necessary details. I place my
efforts where they bring the best and healthiest results for myself,
for my place of work, and for the world. I give thanks for this
ability to work mindfully, consciously, and joyfully, drawing upon
Spirit for the stuff and sustenance I need to do so. What a blessing
to know that my work is the work of god manifest as me! And so it
is.

- God is Personal
The
Discovery of God Is Personal
"No one can find God for us; each individual must do this for
himself. We cannot find God outside the self because we cannot go
outside the self. There is no place where we begin and God leaves
off. We can find God only within ourselves.
At first this seems almost blasphemous, as though one were setting
oneself up as God, but such is not the case. One is merely setting
oneself up as a center of consciousness of God, forever One with
God, and Incarnation of the Universal. The gift is not of man's
endeavor, but of Life Itself. This is the gift made from the foundation
of the world, and is self-evidently true.
It does not look as though we could discover God within the self,
because we look at ourselves and say, "Well, look at me! I
am poor, weak, miserable, unhappy, disconsolate, and forlorn, and
you tell me that I shall find God in the midst of this chaotic mass
which I call myself!" It does look discouraging and like a
forlorn hope.
But still we must consider this starting point, for there can be
no other place to begin on the road to self-discovery, the discovery
that leads back to the Original Force. Gradually, as we shear the
belief in separation from our consciousness, the chaos produced
by it, the inhibitions and inner turmoil, we emerge on the other
side of the chaotic mass and find that Heaven was waiting there
all the time. Nothing had happened to It; as in the experience of
the Prodigal of old, the Father's house was still where it always
had been.

TREATMENT:
I affirm my belief in the One power, that originating Source
that loved everything into being. I can feel the Infinite lying
in smiling repose ~ fully complete and present in all aspects of
my life. I AM Spirit expressing as Infinite Potential individualized
through the mind of (insert your name).
This inner strength is always with me; it is the source and fuel
necessary to craft my life. It is in partnership with this deeper
character that I designate and design that which becomes real for
me. I am always in harmony with the revelatory guidance that rises
to meet me as my Soul. Daily, I practice the falling away of external
influences and collectively structured guidelines. The absolute
requirements for my current stage of evolution is that all choices
in my life are a self-examined response. Each every decision chosen
through the meeting of my indwelling character with the luminous
salutation of the Soul. Each choice, whether a choice of how I perceive,
how I remember, how I understand, how I feel, how I think or how
I act is a construct of consciousness that is sourced from within
the sphere of Infinite Potential. My life furthermore a reflection
of the noble, compassionate, magnanimous, impeccable qualities of
God.
I am filled with a strong and soothing Oneness with the Divine.
I know the joy of living. I am grateful for knowing the Truth of
every challenging and rewarding experience, and see the beauty of
its relevance in my life. I give thanks for these blessings. Knowing
all is perfect and peaceful, I release my word to the Law. And so
it is.

- And So It Is
When we say "And so it is," it really is so. The release
phase of Science of Mind's five-step affirmative Spiritual Mind
Treatment is sometimes overlooked as not very important, but it
is essential. Holmes indicates that once the seed has been planted
in prayer or treatment, the best thing to do is to forget about
it. If we keep carrying around our prayers with us as if they were
never released, then indeed they have not been released for us to
fully benefit from the manifestation as answered prayer.
Let us contemplate a full release, fully letting go, letting it
be...And so it is. We continue treatment until we have convinced
ourselves of the perfection that we are prior to releasing our word
to the law of life. Once we release our word into the Law, its power
is made manifest as our life experience.
The spoken word, the audible prayer treatment, is very powerful.
Ernest Holmes refers to the word after being spoken as having gone
somewhere to do something. After we say "And so it is,"
let's let it be. Let's know together that when we say "And
so it is," it really is so. Let us know with certainty that
our word is power. Let us know without hesitation that our word
is law. Let us know that, with the power of free will and choice,
we can change our life circumstances on command, in the blink of
an eye, and with the willingness to believe a spiritual truth --
instead of something someone told us or something we made up to
tell ourselves.
When we know the power of our word, we are free in the Spirit and
reminded of our true spiritual nature. When we release our word
to the operation of spiritual Law, let us have great expectancy
that it is already fulfilled. And so it is!

TREATMENT:
There is only One divine Presence - God, total and complete.
Anchored in God, I speak my word from the place where God is as
me. Celebrating me as I reach, seek, look, and dream as God's unfolding
love.
In this moment, I relax within the realization that God's light
is the originating Source of everything in life. This nature has
left nothing untouched, It moves in and through as all. I know this
unbounded power expresses in and though me at all times and under
all circumstances. Being filled with the love of Spirit I am supported
and all things become sacred, pleasurable, and loving. Beliefs that
no longer serve are easily changed; fears and doubts transformed
into a faith that sustains me in every creative endeavor. I see
my life as God's belief of the human potential -- perfect life,
perfect wisdom, perfect harmony.
Declaring this to be my truth, I step into it now. My knowing conquers
all limitations and I am filled with joy, gratitude, and a peaceful
heart. God has heard the tender voice of my heart, knows what to
do, and does it now. And so it is.

TREATMENT:
There is only One. One Life, one Mind, one pure and perfect
heart. This One is God, and its nature is total wholeness. It is
absolute fulfillment; it is utter joy. It is the inspiration to
create and express new and wonderful things in the world, and it
is the power and the resources to accomplish this.
I am one with this One Life. It is my source, my creative potential.
I draw upon this Source for all that I ever need. Today I draw upon
it for absolutely perfect health. The power of Spirit moves in me
and recreates the innate wholeness we share on every level of my
being. I let go of everything that is out of alignment with my perfectly
natural wholeness. At every level, I embrace the vitality, energy,
flexibility, and strength that is my true nature. My mind and my
body - indeed, every facet of my life - responds immediately to
this alignment, to this opening to Spirit.
Wherever there was pain or constriction, there is now perfect grace
and openness. Every part of me moves into this perfectly poised
alignment with Spirit, and the results are clear: I manifest the
wholeness of God in every corner of my life, in every cell of my
body, and in every thought that I think.
I am so grateful for this ability to return to my inherent and innate
wholeness! With a heart filled with joy and gratitude, and a body
radiating perfect health, I give thanks. And so it is.

- Spaces of Light
AFFIRM:
I am the precious one standing within the constellation of Eternal
Light. Breathing in the luminosity of this heavenly veil -- it pours
Itself into and onto (insert name). I allow the richness of its
vibration to fill all the empty spaces within my nature. Filled
are the spaces in-between my thoughts, in-between my body, in-between
all my wants, my needs, my desires, my dreams. It is from this vast
emptiness of Light that echelons of energy await as undiscovered
potential. I easily walk into the thresholds and abilities inherent,
innate, and dormant. I joyfully unleash what has been invisible
to my awareness. And so it is.

- Answers Always Given
KNOW
THE ANSWER IS ALWAYS THERE ...
Do you believe that for every question there exists an answer somewhere?
Sometimes, it is a wise choice to say, "Yes, I know the answer
is out there, I just don't know where it is or how to find it yet."
Realizing that there is a gap in your information is much more productive
than being stalled because you don't have a solution anywhere. If
you can't see it, do you conclude that it already exists?
Can you see air? No. Does it exist? Yes. Would you miss it if it
disappeared, even though you can't see it? Oh yes, indeed, you would
know the instant you had no more air to breathe! This has to do
with invisible forces of energy that you use every day and take
for granted. So I am trying to expand your understanding of the
invisible things you use to benefit your existence.
We have been taught that solutions can be hard. They are not!! They
are simple. I ask you, why can't the best solution be easy? If you
believe that all reward comes from hard, unremitting work, then
that is the path that you choose to inflict upon yourself. If that
is your expectation of life, that is what you will create. What
you believe in creates your reality!
All of your answers and solutions do exist within you, even when
you cannot see them. Expand your consciousness into the higher realms
of expectation and realize that you have the power to begin to master
this concept. You can affect and direct all that is around you!

TREATMENT:
There is a power for good in the universe, available to everyone,
part of each soul's journey, and I can learn to use it wonderfully.
This power is my power of attention, for what I contemplate, I become.
This is the eternal spiritual law, and nothing can stop it. I can
rally against it, complain about it, or whimper about life not being
fair. But ultimately, it is done unto me as I believe.
I know that in truth, life is just. My habits of attention and perception
literally create the experience I have in the world. I choose to
pay attention to that which is life-supporting, that which nurtures
and encourages, and gives answers. I choose to place my attention
on that which draws out of me a solution greater than self, a stronger
identification of the Soul. Getting answers isn't about ego-boosting;
it's about soul-freeing! I see the world as the play of Spirit,
unfolding from unseen substance. I clearly see all actions to take,
all choices to make as my Spirit's divine ability and right. There's
nothing to fear here. I refuse to think in terms of separation or
duality, and because I think in terms of unity and wholeness, that's
what I experience. Because I discover the purity and the beauty
and the grace even in the middle of absolute chaos, I find an unshakable
order within that easily finds solutions to even my hardest questions
and predicaments. Nothing can ever faze me again, for I am rooted
deeply in Spirit. And for this I am grateful. And so it is.

- No Time
My Dear
Blessings Friends,
Today's message is: "even the best of us get stressed out and
run out of time." That is what has happen to me this week.
Family demands, personal priorities, and career commitments (other
than the blessings) took up all my time and I find as I sit here
to send out a blessing that I DON'T HAVE ONE. So, like many of you
would do I am going with the flow. I am sending out a repeater blessing
from one year ago. Please accept my apologies and know that on Monday
a new, fresh, and current-with-the-times blessing will be in your
mailbox!

PS: Remember today is the day of the Gemini Solar Eclipse. This
energy is all about identity. Take some time today to affirm and
initate ideas that support the REAL you. Embrace and opportunity
to move forward rather than allowing fear and limited thinking to
hold you back.
TREATMENT:
The power of Spirit is always at work in me, always at work
in the world, and always can be relied upon. There is no circumstance
or condition that can overcome this power, for it is The Power.
Whatever is up in my life today, I remember that there is a powerful
Presence for good that is always available.
The history doesn't matter; the conditions just aren't especially
relevant. I remember that this is because they're the result of
yesterday's thinking. Whatever is happening today is yesterday's
news, taken form. I stop trying to figure out why everything is
as it is, and begin to regularly envision what I want things to
become. I courageously and consciously address what is happening
today with a clear knowing that I am in the process of creating
tomorrow.
I hold true to my vision of what I desire, knowing it is a whole
lot more than "happy thoughts". It's a powerful process
of invoking the spiritual energies of creation that immediately
breathe life into my ideas, creating their form even as I think.
I give thanks for this power to create a joyous, prosperous, and
creative life filled with love, community, and wonderful companions
on the journey! And so it is.
