06.02.03 - Compassion
Q: How can you expand compassion for yourself?
A: Know that all is in Divine Order.
Do you embrace the fears that come to you? Do you love that part
of your body that you perceive is not picture perfect? Do you hate
some of the actions you see yourself playing out?
What is it all about? It is about moving into a new order of Self
Respect. It is honoring the separations within yourself. Easier
said than done, right? It is effortless to have compassion for others,
but to have compassion for yourself takes concentration, intention,
and love. Each of you battles within yourself via judgments about
yourself. Compassion for Self is allowing Divinity to unfold itself
within you. It is allowing that Divine Light to radiate through
your vessel. It is the Source that elevates you to always see the
bigger picture.
I know that each of you CAN be more compassionate with yourselves
because you are a spiritual being abiding in the unbound ocean of
infinite Consciousness, your mind is one with a universal mind,
and virtually unlimited creative potential is within you. This week
see if you can prosper from being compassionate with the spiritual,
mental, emotional, and physical components of yourself. Affirm that
all in your life is harmoniously integrated and Soul-centered. Have
enthusiasm for the glory that is all around you; don't realize this,
just accept it.
Have compassion for the God within that is busting to get out!

TREATMENT:
I live in a Universe that is made of Love and Compassion. All
that I am comes from these sources, which is spirit. There's no
separation, no distance, no delay in the compassionate loving that
this Universe is up to. It's all immediate, total, complete, holding
nothing back. I choose this day to enter into this kind of living.
I choose to love all people, without exclusion or differentiation.
I choose to have comapssion for myself, holding nothing back. I
look at the places I've held myself back in fear or in hesitation...and
I get over it. I enter into my life with a powerfully renewed passion
and a trust in this power of Compassion and Love...this energy that
heals, that nourishes, that transforms whatever it touches.
I give thanks for this ability to create peace within my own being,
and let it be a great blessing to all life. It is this "coming-with-passion"
to life that awakens the Soul to weave understandings and wisdom.
And so it is.

- The Silence
What
Do We Mean by The Silence?
FROM LIVING THE SCIENCE OF MIND BY ERNEST HOLMES, p.418
...All life is in motion, or at least all manifest life is in a
state of vibration. But at the very center of this vibration there
appears to be something which is motionless, something which itself
does not move and yet from which all motion must come. We can liken
this to the Creator and His Creation, to the artist and his art,
or to the thinker and his thought.
...We might state it this way: God does not move, but movement takes
place within God. Spirit does not move anywhere, but all particular
wheres exist in Spirit.
Going into the silence does not mean that either our mental or our
physical reactions are obliterated, for if they were we should pass
into oblivion. We are not trying to discover how to be less ourselves,
but how to me more ourselves.
...It is evident that the closet is not a place of mental and spiritual
oblivion, for a movement in consciousness still takes place. He
who practices the movement in consciousness in the silence is practicing
the inaction from which action flows. To Be still and know that
I am God is to enter the sanctuary of one's own consciousness. From
this center the issues of life proceed. Keep thy heart [mind] with
all diligence, for out of it are the issues of life.
Here in our Secret Place of the Most High, the inner chamber or
own soul, are written the sacred words: I AM. It is from this consciousness,
from this I AM, conceived in silent recognition, that Power flows.

TREATMENT:
The One Power in life responds to what I think, feel, and believe,
and if I want my life to be better, I have to increase what I find
myself capable of believing. This isn't an impossible feat, it simply
involves deepening my understanding of what the universe is and
how it works. Because the universe is unlimited, and is always springing
into form...and because it does this by means of spiritual laws
that are timeless, eternal, and unbound by any precedent, I can
create whatever I'm capable of holding the vision about.
Today I let my mind go deeper to the soul level than ever before,
and discover that I have within myself a true and fine vision for
my life. I hold a vision for my relationships, for my vocation,
for my world. I am willing to know what these visions are, for only
by letting my mind flow freely into the place of possibility can
they become my reality. Spirit in me knows how to take what I can
believe in and make it real; it's just not my job to figure out
how it'll happen. My job is to know what I commit myself to believing
in.
Right now, I envision a life that's richer, more loving, and more
satisfying than I've ever imagined before. I know that the power
of Spirit can create this experience for me. I turn my attention
from what I expect to receive and put it towards what I long to
give to my work, my loves, my family, my community, and my world.
I discover that by opening up to greater possibility in this way,
clearly establishing an intent in mind, and giving the best of my
self to all that I do, Spirit takes care of all the details. So
I give my best, and as I give, I receive. I give thanks for the
wonderful way the universe supports me in all things, and I hold
true to my vision for my life and my world. And they are made flesh.
And so it is.

- God Powered
AFFIRM:
The transcendent presence of the living God powers my life!
Heaven is anchored on earth through my thoughts, words and actions!
My life is living proof of the dynamic, abundant energy of pure
Spirit!
The spirit of "at one ment" expresses as all of my relationships!
The soul force of my consciousness is activated within me right
here, right now!
I am free to be me!
And so it is!

- Indulgence
"You
have your brush, you have your colors, you paint paradise, then
in you go."

Each day I send a "treatment" to all of you. Treatment
is a form of affirmative prayer that Ernest Holmes in association
with the Science of Mind philosophy. It could be said that treatment
is a practice of conscious indulgence. What do we indulge? The Self.
In what do we indulge? In an inner experience of the fulfillment
of an ideal. There is a secret to this practice, hidden in the etymology
of the word indulge. While its roots are obscure, it can be traced
to the Latin indulgere, meaning " to give free rein,"
and earlier, to the Greek meanings of "treating with kindness,"
and most intriguingly, "granting continuity." Conscious
creating is an inner act of indulgence in which we focus on the
ideal with love and kindness, giving it free rein. This alone implies
something distinctive about Treatment as a tool for deliberate creating:
the inner, creative act is allowed, never forced. The ideal is welcomed,
like a guest in the house of Self. We do not chase it or grab it,
or otherwise act toward in inhospitably. It comes, and we, recognizing
it as fulfillment, give ourselves to it. In this giving, rather
than taking, one's present consciousness and the ideal become One.
This unity is experienced as a natural feeling or resolution and
relief. It is done (and so it is). All that is left is to rest in
the feeling, to "keep the Sabbath," which always marks
the completion of the act of genesis.
Think of all the all the "fulfillments" you could have
if you simply set the space for them to look for you, rather than
the other way around.

TREATMENT:
This is a Universe of Infinite Intelligence, and it always knows
what to do and how to do it. As part of this infinite creation,
all that I AM is completely and totally connected to the One Power.
Because I am dealing with intelligence, I deal with it intelligently.
It is the Source of all knowledge, the source of all wisdom, and
the ultimate logistic planner!
Because this is the case, I let God do its job, and focus on mine.
My clear intention is to use my power of creation...of vision...to
expand my acceptance of what is possible. I become very clear on
precisely what I want my life experience to be like, and I accept
it in advance. Spirit goes to work on this attitude of acceptance
and gratitude, and makes it so for me. This isn't a special ability
of any kind; it really doesn't take training. All it takes is clarity
and understanding, and the consistent choice to believe in my vision
more than I believe in what seems to contradict it. This isn't magic;
it's the way the Universe works.
Because it's a Universe of Intelligence, I don't have to specify
every detail; Spirit knows what I want already, and knows how to
get it. I simply clear and get ready, and I give thanks for Spirit's
ability to unfold my life in ways better than I can even imagine!
And so it is.

- Healthy Living
More
evidence shows up daily that wisdom is making its way into the mainstream
media and thus into mainstream consciousness. A great and encouraging
example was found in the April 14, 2003 Business Week article entitled
"Eat Well, Behave Better". While for some of us this is
old news and common sense, for many it is breakthrough scientific
knowledge. Although the article focuses primarily on children, I
think we can all do well to recognize the impact of what we eat
on how we feel, think and behave. In a table entitled "The
Right Choices", the author offers two columns entitled "What
Kids Want" and "What To Give Them". Under "what
to give them", I find a list of the kind of products I have
been buying from my local health food store for years, such as nitrate-free
chicken, fruit juice sweetened fruit bars, fruit juice sweetened
cookies, soy ice cream, homemade English muffin cookies, homemade
fruit juice pops and baked tortilla chips. These products are suggested
as substitutes for the usual junk food products containing preservatives
and artificial colorings, which have been found to exacerbate symptoms
of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The most exciting
thing about this article is that it is in Business Week, one of
the most read and highly respected mainstream magazines on the market.
Take care of your own body by eating well, and focus your mind on
the wonderful things happening every minute of every day such as
health food promotion in Business Week. Your optimistic thoughts
are as good for your health as are natural, pure and wholesome foods.
TREATMENT:
Life is constantly renewing and reinventing itself in greater
and greater ways. It always has whatever is needed within Itself
to recreate something wonderful out of itself. This is true of Life,
and it is true of me.
Every day is a brand new beginning for me; no matter how long things
have been as they are, this day is a whole new world. I claim for
myself an entirely renewed outlook on my life, knowing that every
facet of it can be made new with the power of Spirit. I let go of
all the places I've been holding on, hesitating, waiting for something
to happen. Instead of waiting for something to happen, I make it
happen! I open my mind and heart to the innate power for transformation
I was born with, and tell the Universe to bring it on!
I'm ready for this bold new adventure in living, and I accept it
now. My body is renewed in strength and vitality. I'm more than
healthy...I Am Health itself! Every relationship is filled with
loving, intimate, connected, authentic expression. My work is a
joy I look forward to every day. And I prosper mightily in all that
I do. I claim these as true, and I believe them to be so. The Laws
of Life, with their ability to make all things new in the twinkling
of an eye, reveals this joyful newness in every facet of my life.
I give thanks for this great good, and I welcome it with open mind,
open arms, open heart. And so it is.

- Spiritual Growth
"Be
more than human, not less than Divine"

Spiritual growth is not determined by gender, personal history,
or circumstances, or social or financial status. The determining
factors are ardent desire to be enlightened and effective performance
of necessary actions. An unwavering desire to be enlightened keeps
attention focused on your purpose. Effective actions are the discipline
of removing mental and physical obstacles, improvement of intellectual
and intuitive powers, and allowing innate knowledge to emerge and
blossom.
Being diligent in the performance of these duties should be a love
of heart. They will naturally spring forth from the desire to make
your life a positive example for others to emulate. You are alive
with the conscious knowledge that you are not in this world merely
to survive until you leave your body, but to awaken to complete
Self- and God- realization; and to assist other to theirs. Right
living is the best preparation for wanting to experience progressive
spiritual growth. Keep your body clean and your environment pure.
Because you are a spiritual being evolving a physical body temple
it is important to remain aware of your thoughts, feelings, and
behaviors towards your body image. If you view yourself as being
confined by a condition called "humanness" your sense
of selfhood will correspond to that illusion. If you acknowledge
the fact that you are an immortal being and part of your sojourn
in this world is to evolve the consciousness of your physical reality
then you must start with your own biology! Perhaps you could choose
to think, act, and feel like a spiritual force opening to all experiences
in the body that are in accord with that.
Whatever in life you have assumed for yourself, you are performing,
and your reality will be a reflection of those assumptions. If your
behaviors have not been in alignment with your aspirations to live
effectively and be spiritually awake, use your common sense to choose
ideals, supportive behaviors and adopt them! For centuries, spiritually
enlightened men and women have declared and demonstrated that right
actions produce ideal results.

TREATMENT:
All That Is carries form and formless within It and distributes
it in ways that I marvel at. All my Beingness is acknowledged and
understood within this Divine Source. The exalted and purposeful
life of human form was breathed into existence by God to experience
the fullness of Itself as One.
Today I acknowledge, respect, and appreciate my deeper awareness
and partnership with everything physical and nonphysical. It all
reveals my truest nature within the collective. The invitation to
evolve further; to expand consciousness through the mind and body
is accepted and I expect greater results than I can envision and
imagine. As body, mind, and Spirit I am becoming lighter in frequency
and density. My body understands how to move as fluid light rather
than as a solid object. The mind no longer processes unwanted and
unconscious thoughts that I am only sometimes aware of. Divine resonance
illumines and liberates my mind, elevating its operations to bring
forth the ideals from Soul that affirm my gift as a carrier of special
purpose and unique alignment with Source. Spirit no longer dependent
upon belief systems I embody that prevent It from expressing naturally
and completely this incarnation. Attunements of crystalline light
obliterate restrictions, releasing all misalignments of my Being.
I am the spiritual builder who can let go of anything that no longer
serves me.
My day is an expression of gratitude for I know that energy draws
energy to it and this treatment is already confirmed by the Law
of One. My life is forever an emergence of expression that acknowledges
access, evolution, growth, and discovery in all areas. And so it
is.

- Consciously Wanting
As Blessings
practitioners, we recognize that our reality is always corresponding
to our identity. We are what we believe, right? This also means
then that we get what we are, which may or may not be in agreement
with what we consciously want. Becoming receptive to what we want
requires that we be unwilling to settle for less. For the rest of
this week, look at the things in your life, not so much in terms
of whether or not you want them, but rather from the perspective
of whether or not you've been willing to have them. ?????? You may
find that there are situations and things you've been willing to
tolerate or settle for that fall short of your heart's desire. Willingness
is creative. We can't receive some new, desired fulfillment as long
as we refuse to let go of an old one that contradicts it.

TREATMENT:
Life is wonderful. All around me, I see the evidence of an intelligence
so immense, so intimately involved with creation, that I know it's
involved with me too. My life springs from the one great life, out
of the formless into form, so that Life, wonderful Life, can be
expressed in greater fullness, with greater joy, with lavish abundance,
and with unlimited, wild creativity.
I let my life open up to the intelligence that created it all, that
created me, and that is yearning to create even more wonderfulness
by means of me. I let my mind be inspired with innovative, fresh
ideas. I know that the principle of life is never bound by precedent;
what's gone before is irrelevant. In this moment, I am totally new,
and Life is new in me. This intelligence is brought to bear in my
work, my play, my relationships, my body, and in every facet of
my life.
Thank god for the intelligence that is always there for me to draw
upon! It's a great blessing, and so am I. And so it is.

I move from simplicity to complexity and back easily and effortlessly.
I attune and acknowledge all realities, even those that exist beyond
my current awareness.

ATTENTION
PLEASE ...
Yesterday I was contacted by Higher Management and, since I reach
so many of you via the internet, was asked to assist with some paperwork
that apparently got misfiled or lost in the main offices of The
Pearly Gates. It seems that some of our "Community Service"
agreements have disappeared. As I understand it, before we come
in to perform our mankind community service hours we must sign a
permission slip so that God is not held liable for anything we forget
while we are here. Will you all please take a few minutes to fill
out the following paperwork for your angels and guides, then tonight
just slip it under your pillow and its intention will be delivered
back to its rightful place in management's files.

- Healthy Living
R. Buckminster
Fuller said that one of the greatest hazards we face is that of
overspecialization. So many of us do one thing or only a few things
well. Not only is that not sufficient for the demands of today's
world, it doesn't even come close to tapping the magnificent capacity
of the human brain. Think of the people you consider to be great
and truly successful in both the physical and metaphysical realms.
How long would it take to accurately describe who they are and what
they do? It takes not only time but effort to give a good description
of a fully alive, awake human being who is using her or his full
capacity. The mental condition that has been popularly known as
"idiot savant" gives an extreme picture of overspecialization.
The brilliant physician who saves lives at work and can't talk to
his own son, the gifted visionary author who can't make ends meet
financially, the accountant who spends her time making other people
wealthy, the multi-millionaire investor who has no intimate relationships∑these
are all examples of people who have overspecialized, aren't using
their whole brains, and in many ways have not taken responsibility
for what it means to be a fully mature human being. Our challenge
is to be mentally, emotionally, physically, sexually, spiritually
and financially vibrant, alive and productive. This prevents illness
and promotes happiness and productivity into and through an elegant
aging process. Wake up, look around, and take responsibility in
those realms where you feel insecure and undeveloped. You will absolutely
love it.
TREATMENT:
Life is good... and keeps on getting better. This is true because
the nature of Life is to always expand in every way that's life-supporting
and love-engendering. Life's perfect design is to grow and evolve
into more and more fulfilling versions of itself, and this is true
of me. I give thanks for the continual cycles of change and growth
that happen in my life, even if they aren't always comfortable.
I know that they're part of the great dance of creation, part of
life's loving itself into greater expression.
I welcome change in my life, because I know it means a shift in
my perception. It means that greater love is available for me to
give and receive...because I perceive it. It means that more abundant
living is mine, because I believe it. And it means that greater
creativity, more joy, and more fulfillment for me and everyone my
life touches... this leaves no one out.
I trust this universe, and I give thanks for its continual evolution
in me and in all people. I give thanks for my willingness to stand
up for what I believe in, and my willingness to put it into practice.
I am a blessing, and I bless it all. And so it is.

- Limiting Beliefs

belief sets the limit of our demonstration of a Principle which,
of Itself, is without limit. It is ready to fill everything, because
It is Infinite...It is entirely a question of our own receptivity."

How do you train elephants? They are too powerful to put in cages,
so you must start to control elephants when they are very young.
First you put a six-foot chain around one of their legs and shackle
them to a stake. Gradually, they learn to walk around and around
that stake. They learn that the length of that chain is their boundary.
Later, when they are strong and powerful, it never occurs to them
that they can break that chain or pull up that stake.
Like an elephant, you, too, can be limited by a chain of beliefs
that keeps you walking in circles. Often, we are conditioned by
negative beliefs that we hear repeatedly when we are young. The
mind, like the soil, nurtures the seed of thought without questioning
the consequences. Your subjective mind takes the impress of your
thoughts, positive or negative, and acts upon them accordingly.
Whatever beliefs you hold become your reality.
What beliefs are binding you? Let's begin to examine them. Whatever
your negative beliefs, begin to write them down so that you can
weed them out. After writing each belief, ask yourself, "Is
that really true? Does this have to be my reality?" Reflect
on your answer. Take it into meditation and prayer. Then cross out
the false belief and write an affirmation to counteract the negative
belief. Say your affirmations aloud. Embody their truth, and watch
your life change.

TREATMENT:
The Intelligence that permeates the entire universe is always
in operation, keeping the whole in balance, bringing the parts into
equilibrium with the One. I know that anything that looks like chaos
or disturbance in my life is simply this re-equilibrium occurring...and
I know that it happens by means of spiritual laws.
This process of balancing and rebalancing is guided by my own expectations
and ideas, by my self-identification and by my beliefs. I look deeply
within myself, with absolute honesty, and realize that whatever
I'm experiencing in the world has a component somewhere in consciousness.
I know that I don't ask for difficult experiences; I've never asked
for abuse or disease. Today I simply say NO to those kinds of experience.
I can do this, because I have the ability to choose, and a law that
backs up that choice without fail.
I am very clear about what I will and will not allow in my life
experience. I make powerful new choices for myself today, no matter
what I've chosen in the past. Spirit, in its lawful, intelligent,
loving, balancing way, takes these choices and creates my life from
them. I always choose the very best for myself, and my choices always
benefit everyone. I give thanks for this immense power that lies
in my own thinking, choosing heart/mind...in the wisdom that is
in me! I know its source is Spirit, and I am awed and grateful for
this life I am living, because it's wonderful. And so it is.

- The Truth of Me
It is
possible for at least an instant, and really an instant is all that
is needed, to glimpse the truth of which there can be no mistaking.
That is why we gather, for that glimpse. And for the support of
that glimpse in others as well as oneself, for the being true to
that glimpse if it has occurred or if it is occurring and for the
surrender to that glimpse. Rather than trying to learn discretion,
compassion, courage, and strength to get that glimpse, these qualities
arise naturally from that glimpse. The glimpse and the surrender
into that glimpse, the surrender of the mind into what is glimpsed,
gives rise to everything we are seeking. - Gangaji.
TREATMENT:
The abundance of God's life circulates infinite power and possibilities
all around me. Right here, right now! Divinity gathers around me
and celebrates my life. I AM the eternal One posturing the structure
of wonderful, glorious human form.
I know I am eternal... and so does the Divinity that stays well
hidden in duality. Today I push open the door on Infinity and receive
a new dispensation of responsibility. This mantle of Spirit contains
all the elements of Light and I remember the "free choice"
and "wisdom that is my celestial birthright that never got
caught in the polarization of Earth life. I take charge of my own
Human nature and reveal the master within. In this process I experience
the total and complete removal of all fear energy from the Human
psyche, the body, the Soul and all things that belong to it. Each
and every memory of this knowledge is now reprogrammed and changed.
This reworking allows miracles to be accomplished within my biology.
It's a transformation... an alchemy... a profound change in my Human
nature that completely align with God nature.
I am falling in love with Me and everything Humanity can offer my
eternal spirit. As the veil of fear is stripped away, the choruses
of who I really am start to sing their songs of joyous celebration
to the tune of God's love. I am a revelation of Spiritual purpose.
And so it is. Amen.

I am a comforting Presence to those around me. By holding love and
balance within myself, I become a mighty expression of Holy Spirit.
The beauty of this inner glow is a force that never attacks, that
easily touches and holds the hearts of others. I commit, here and
now, to always be this dance of magnificence that blesses myself,
others, and the planet. And so it is.

- Blessing Each Other
As I
send blessings to you, so I expect that each is out in the world
spreading their blessings to others. It is in the act of blessing
that all are made whole. You, who stand in the face of adversity,
uncertainty and conflicting sensory information each day. Yes, you
dear ones that remain ever mindful of the magical, infinite, loving
reality that is really here. You are responsible and must stand
in the center of your heart, and hold another there. Blessing them.
Anytime we bless another, we become an agent of God. In the act
of blessing, we allow the Holy Spirit to move out to the event or
person thereby encompassing the situation. For what we (you and
I ) know to be true is that all of our reality was created out of
Love and so we have pledged to live a reality that conspires tirelessly
to be transformed and transmuted by the fire of this Love. As Beings
of Light, we have resolved to live, love, and be happy, at all costs,
not matter what, with reverence and kindness to All. We live in
Blessing!

TREATMENT:
I awaken to the comforting Presence held within all Life. I
feel the vibrational thread of Love that unites everything in creation
~ it is a motion, a flow, an activity that swirls within and through
me. And God sent forth his Love, and it became the seas, the rock,
the fire, the very breath of earthly physical life.
Being a living component of this mystical vigilant energy force
I easily utilize a joyful physical presence while experiencing the
totality of my spiritual expression. There is not one moment where
peace and love do not exist in my life because the truth is God's
Presence is at my spiritual core. In each event, and with every
person I meet, I take the time to bless them with God's love, which
is our truest nature. This Divine element shall therefore encompass
and demonstrate only the highest creative potential for all because
it only knows wholeness. My life is a unique assimilation of Divine
creativity, wisdom, love and peace that is propelled by the engine
of All That Is. I own it! I live it! Because it is now a life that
only speaks the language of God.
Life is a living creature with soul and reason, the personified
image of the Love and Light of All That Is. Cradled in the essence
of God, I am sooooooo thankful to be a vessel of this One life.
A life enamored of Itself that explores the regions of its existence
with abandon delight. And so it is.

- Healthy Living
Garden Walks Reduce Stress
This is the time of year to take your heart outside and enjoy the
beauty of gardens. Strolling through the botanical gardens in your
area is one way to reduce stress. The pathways are intriguing and
spur you to walk farther than you might have otherwise, plus, steps,
stairs, and inclines make your heart pump at varying rates, which
may be more beneficial than fixed-pace exercise. Studies have shown
that just being in green spaces such as a garden can lower heart
rate, decrease tension, and improve focus and concentration. What
better way to reverse heart disease and improve your overall health.
Plan an Outing This Weekend
If you don't have a botanic garden in your neighborhood, you probably
have access to green spaces and parks. Find out what's in your area
by calling your local recreation department, or better yet while
you are online, pull up the information on your computer. Weekend
or occasional visits to public gardens can also be a source of inspiration
and relaxation. There's always something to enjoy. The walk doesn't
have to be fast, or long, even ten minutes of "outdoor connection"
can boost your overall health.
TREATMENT:
There is but One life, that life is the life of God, and it
is my life now. I'm never disconnected or apart from the One Presence;
Spirit is always with me, in me, and around me. That being said,
I know that the wisdom and genius of Spirit is also right where
I am. Its ability to see past apparent obstacles is in me, and active
in me.
This day, I walk my path with a deep understanding that I am Spirit's
way of walking my path. Truly, I see beyond the appearance to the
heart of every matter, and my life opens up in the most surprising
ways! I am able to do whatever is before me with skill, with intention,
and with inspired thinking. The work that I do feels like a dance;
easy, rhythmic, and in the flow. There's plenty of time for my relationships,
for tending to my daily care, for my spiritual practices, all the
things that help make a beautiful life.
I give thanks for this understanding, that the wisdom and intelligence
of life walks with me every step of the way. I give thanks for the
unending givingness of this universe that supports me in more ways
than I know. And I give thanks for my willingness to know the truth
in a greater way for me, and for all people everywhere. And so it
is.

Start building a new biology that will work for you in the ascension
process. Every one of you has a manual for sharpening and refining
your physical temples so that they can become the engine of ascension.
Each manual may be different, but Humanity is participating in a
new profound order. Do you really think you can be in ascension
status and keep the biology that you have? You know better! Some
of you have actually started the process through pure intent. Perhaps
you didn't know that you were going into ascension status. Instead,
you simply gave Spirit permission to go to the next step, take you
down your rightful path. Do you know how many Divine Spiritual ears
perked up when you said that? Those beautiful Spirit helpers who
have been with you during this life, went into action.
Why move into an era of Light and masterhood and then die, come
back, spend another twenty years growing up and getting it back?
There has never been a time like this in the history of humanity
on this earth. You know you have the power to change the human genome.
Such is the power of those who can see through the eyes of ascension.
Are you staying here as the planet herself becomes a temple of rejuvenation?
We know the planet is changing, evolving and transforming into a
new being. Do you think that we will not have to reprogram and change
too? The energy shift of this planet will create optimal attributes
within the spiritual portion of the human DNA. The indigo children,
the emissaries of light children are demonstrations of this new
biology. Ask Spirit to participate in holding more Light in your
biology. This is what we have waited eons for, it's part of why
each of us is here at this time. Take the time to make an awakened
state of soul-based-intelligence in each cell from your spiritual
core being.
Perhaps you came to Earth in order to actually see and participate
in the new age. What a responsibility! Perhaps that is why you are
here! And why you are in the chair reading this and remembering
this message.

TREATMENT:
God, the Almighty One, the Source, the Prime Creator
is the footsteps of all people. I am but one Divine spark in the
placement of this totality. A unique blend of emotions, intelligence,
and physical form. I am mind and heart inherently holding the richness
of Spirit in my earthen world.
I am conscious that I am pure Spirit. I am poised and at peace within
the Self. I am open to the remembrance of seeing all that is happening
in a single moment in any place in this universe. I can see through
time and space, through sky and cloud, through dirt. I can walk
upon water, through trees, through stars. I am One with all and
thus I can experience birth on a star millions of light years away.
I can experience being crystalline in nature and at the same moment
be in an ocean on a moon that is all water. I can fire and cold
simultaneously. I can be passion. I can be love. I can fee the sensuousness
within all beings, in all places if I choose. I can ask that every
droplet of laughter be poured for me as a drink to sip upon. There
is nothing in me that separates me from experiencing the flow of
the trueness I am. The Spirit within is issuing awareness of different
octaves of knowledge, of wisdom, of strength, of being young, of
old, of was, of will be. There is no fear to walk into wholeness,
no anxiety about the holy allness that I have forgotten I am. I
receive no pleasure or benefit from procrastinations and limiting
beliefs systems. The Divine sonship of Spirit within removes and
dismisses in memory the morbidity of perceptions, of expectations,
of boundaries, of judgments, of containers, of thought forms that
dissipate my faith or dim the clear realization of that which I
know to be absolutely true about myself.
Because the Living Spirit of Infinity Itself has awoken today, I
give thanks. From this altar of God's word her likeness emerges.
Amidst the chanting of the seraphim a secret of the ages is released
into Law. A divine pattern of Spirit springs forth into newness
of manifestation. And so it is forever and ever. Amen.

- Sacred Service
How
May I Serve?
Our soul's innate knowing of our oneness with every other soul who
walks the planet stirs our desire to be of service, to live beyond
the circumference of a narrow, personal little life. Taking action
on this divine impulse to be of service links the soul of the open-hearted
giver to the presence of God within all souls. This is why service
is sacred.
Recently I put this question to myself, "Who are you working
for?" The truth is that no matter where, when, what, to whom
or for whom we are acting, God alone is both the Doer and the Receiver--the
only actor and action taking place. How beautifully this perspective
resonates with the truth that it's all God being God, all the time.
It is our privilege to surrender in loving service to the One beating
in the hearts of all.
We all know persons who, through their selfless service to humankind,
reveal the tenderheartedness of the Spirit towards its creation.
They have made God's heart their own. Hearing about them, reading
about them, seeing them in action, it is easy to recognize that
one of the foremost qualities of people awake to their divine essence
is compassion put into action.
I invite you to answer the inward call--more deeply than ever before--to
expand into your own Christ consciousness through compassionate,
loving service. Then see how any hard edges in your life, any hard
held places in consciousness, simply melt into the ocean of Divine
Love.

TREATMENT:
In every moment, Life is opening up powerful opportunities to
love. This very day, I take these opportunities with a mindful and
joyous heart. I go beyond the mere appearances of things and relationships
and see through to their core. I see the pure and whole presence
of the Beloved within each one, whether I consider them 'loved one'
or not.
This way of seeing in the world invites all people to step up to
their most loving nature, letting the little stuff fall by the wayside.
This way of serving also draws me forward into my greater self.
Today I open the floodgates of my heart in service to all with whom
I come in contact. Right now I am a distribution point for the unconditional
love of God without hesitation or holding back one particle of myself.
The way Love works is simple: it opens me up for a healing and revealing
influx of divine power. I open myself to love more and serve every
day, loving all people more fully, with more understanding, and
with a heart ever growing in compassion. This kind of loving service
accomplishes more than just 'making nice'; it creates more sacred
loving experiences in this world for everyone. And it is good. I
give thanks for this, and for my participation in it, and so it
is.

How many
of us truly believe we are Gods? We all believe that our world mirrors
our consciousness, correct? Every day we strive to align with divine
qualities in order to experience faith, gratitude, compassion, peace,
and wisdom. We observe the external signposts that clue us into
the truth of where we have directed our attention, resolving to
awaken the inner causality that keeps us separated from the One
life. I am here today to tell you that you are God. Simply by the
virtue that we have just had a movie come out mirroring this for
us celebrates this awareness. The gift of the movie asks you what
you would do if you were God for a day? Who would you heal? What
would you command? Even though the movie comes forth in great laughter
it gives to humanity a truth that is disguised in the facade of
a comedy. You are Gods. You cannot be allowed the pleasure of doubting.
You cannot doubt your work, your thoughts and your intentions, or
your choices of love, or your ability to heal. Dispense with what
keeps you less than. Dispense from what keeps you from being successful.
Dispense with what keeps you from loving another. Dispense with
what keeps another from loving you. Dispense with what is toxic
from your past.
You are God for a day and everyday!

TREATMENT:
The Light from above bathes the land and seas with the fragrance
of the Christos. All That Is reveals itself as the landscape of
Life. I, too, therefore am the harmonization of this divine energy
in human form. The rays of this blessed presence pours forth from
the heavens into my soul and moves out into the world by way of
my human character.
This divine union assures my powers of creativity. I allow the knowledge
of this dispensation to come as cleansing bubbles that land upon
me and gather what has hardened, gather what is cancerous, gather
what is angry and toxic. This energetic wash dispels all contradictions,
clears all fears, disperses any hate no matter who the hate is directed
at. Each pocket of poison and toxic waste within my mind, with my
words, and within my body are now released. As God of my own creations,
I embrace the new fluidness of my future. I consciously allow Spirit
to pour me into new formats, and new geometries, stretching me beyond
what I have considered myself to be, what I have considered myself
to be able to do and able to perceive. A lightness will be assured
and insured as I walk through the rest of my days with a supreme
knowing that I am God's creative spirit moving forward.
Joyously letting go of any previous ways I have defined myself,
I step into a way that serves the Soul's illumination of God's path.
I know all my desires have great potential within them. Just as
God does nothing but desire an outcome and it is made manifest,
so it is within me. I make all things so, and so it is. Amen.

Knowing
Your Form
When we are in spirit and want to transform the world of Earth we
must agree to enter biological physical form. The flesh organ requires
discipline and participation from the governing Soul once it is
here. Never has it been more important to realize that you are a
multi-celled universe with encoded DNA that can perform miracles.
Simply through the nuances of your thoughts you can affirm the exquisiteness
of your nature. You, dear friends, have issued yourselves a fabric
that became skin, not for something to wear or adorn yourselves
with, but something that you can be inherent within. You are not
on this earth to absorb the negativities and the creations of those
that wish to influence your body, mind, or spirit. You have a divine
right and divine instructions within you that allow you to create
a vibration that keeps such events from entering and upsetting your
peace of mind or peace of heart.
When you are experiencing adverse or dramatic health patterns instead
of focusing on the negative situation at hand, focus instead on
the thought of a radiant, healthy body. Hold over yourself a cosmically
created umbrella repelling the disruptive energies or events instead
of magnetizing them. You spray yourselves with sprays that keep
the germs and mosquitoes away. This is the same school of thought.
You have an internal natural healing pharmacy that is open 24 hours
a day. Ask and have issued through your body any energy that repels,
assists or heals. Your body is a biological laboratory that is awaiting
your instructions and your directions on how to create. Once this
thought is anchored within your beliefs, it will become commonplace,
and then it will be natural. You each are gateways, vortexes and
doorways that shift the vibration and the frequency of earth. You
must be most careful in your pronunciation and your annunciation
verbally, for you are Gods. By not holding thoughts of how limited
the challenge is transpiring you can shift the condition on a cellular
and molecular level into a situation you would prefer. Use the inherent
cosmic divine judgment, which lives, within every cell, which is
no judgment at all.

life to take place. The truth is that if disease, imbalance, or
obstruction is present then vitality, health, and life are present
also for you cannot have one without the other. As soon as dis-ease
manifest, healing begins to manifest also. That is a natural intelligence
and I now decide to give more power of thought to healing rather
than to disability. All the things that help make a beautiful life
are now called into order and appear instantly.
