07.07.03 - Angelic Practioners

I would like to take a moment to fill this page with gratitude for two women who will be sitting for their Practitioner's license this coming Saturday. Pamela Best and Cynthia Shelton have studied and applied themselves for three long years and now feel ready to serve their fellow man in one more capacity, through the power of the spoken word. Their hearts have led them to commit to uplifting each Soul they meet in Light. There is an opening in their souls that hungers to be that clear place where God's sacred radiance is released into the world. They have each sensed that inner pulsation to reveal more of the nature of God through the consciousness they bring to their daily activities. They desire to more powerfully be a beneficial presence that distributes light in darkness. Thomas Troward said, "Man is the dispenser of the divine goods." That, to me, is exactly what a Religious Science Practitioner is committed to doing.

What feeds and motivates these women, and all Practitioners, are not the words used to instill correctness or attempts to standardize behavior, for they reinforce the human sense of self. They qualify, divide, and do not inspire our essential nature. A Science of Mind Practitioner flourishes in sacred union, in stillness, connected to the presence of the activity of God--learning, unfolding, letting the Divine take the lead, moment to moment, through openness and receptivity of the infinite invisible. They feed the sacred recesses of the soul that creates an opening for us to anchor heaven on earth--not by judging or categorizing humanness, but by truly recognizing God's order, God's guidance.

The energy behind all practitioners actions clearly must be in the spirit of God. Human mind sometimes prays or meditates, then operates humanly, attributing it to God. Pam and Cynthia as Practitioners know that until we feel that inner release, until we see as God sees, free of attachment; until God heartfully moves us from within, human elements will always attempt to define and regiment that which is beyond words or thought.

I know many will richly benefit because Pam and Cynthia have consciously transcended the barriers of human conditioning. I am so grateful to have witnessed these two luminescent beings drop layer after layer of the inner veils that curtained separation and powerlessness. What a delight to wish them "good journeys" as they travel out into the world as dispensers of divine goods into the human experience.

TREATMENT:
In the beginning there was only one Source. One life. That life was God's life and that Life was Love. An all giving Presence that forever contemplates Itself within endless love. This Infinite All is the pure essence of Love and we, the manifestation of that Source, reflect this true nature of being.

Cynthia and Pam, you have opened the inner door to receive this Love, letting it fill your consciousness and eliminate the error of past patterns just as light dissolves darkness. You know that the activity of Spirit is love's Self-expression and you share this with everyone you meet. You each have touched hearts in ways that you may never realize. The consciousness of Life that you bring and this sacred commitment to be love, peace, joy, givingness, and graciousness as prayerful beings transforms the living Universe. We are graced by the illumination of your light that shines ever so brightly and are grateful for it. You are the gift now... go forth and share the heartfelt passion that rises from the depths of your immortal being. And so it shall be forevermore. Amen.

07.08.03 - Eternal Abundance

TREATMENT:
The Presence of God's life surrounds my world and envelopes it with the abundance of Its Spirit. This Divine substance moves and abides within as well. It stands ready today to manifest Its bountiful blessings in a co-creative expression as all I need or wish.

Everywhere I look I see evidence of this Truth. In my heart, I feel it and know it is so. I turn my attention from every "cannot" in my life since the Law of cause and effect is no respector or person, place, or thing. It only knows to deliver the contemplations of my mental universe. I consciously discharge all thoughts that serve to irritate or upset the delivery of my eternal goodness. I rise in consciousness and take my rightful place in this divine partnership. I turn my attention to those areas of life where I witness great supply. I am empowered and sustained by energy that expands and multiplies, therefore this principle of Divine Abundance flows forth, through me as energetic frequencies, shifting and transforming my outer world of reality. From this bridge of transition I take a moment to honor all in life that have, and continue, to assist me in this shifting protocol. I am a functioning, creative being with infinite resources to manifest every desire of my heart.

Breathe... I feel grace and thanksgiving entering my being. Breathe, and feel this truth. Being wrapped in the immense blue light of grace I can feel the beautiful frequencies of abundance and thanksgiving pulsing and texturing the atmosphere. They enter my form and become a healing palette for this next level of realization. As I witness where they go inside me I know I embody full conscious realization of crossing from spirit into matter, and then back again from matter into spirit. I am the unified heart of creation, and so it is, and so I let it be. Amen.

07.09.03 - Insensibility of Matter

AFFIRM:
I AM the creatrix of a Godhead seed uniquely sprouted to reveal and blossom into Eternal Intelligence in form. I AM the spiritual evolution of an instinctual existence developing Self-formation till the form can reflect its indwelling Spirit. I AM the joyous passage of God blessed Spirit using the mind, will, and life of ( insert your name) as Its domain. Praising this realization, I live it, and let it be so. Amen.

07.10.03 - Harmony & Balance

If you see yourself as a spiritual being but do not respect other aspects of your nature, imbalance will show up in your life.

The universe is constantly expanding and contracting, and there will always be events and experiences that you don't want to participate in ...you have the ability to give your attention to consciously directing your thoughts towards the places, events, and circumstances that feel pleasing. As a fluid Spiritual being you are responsible for the fullness of who you are at any given moment. You create the atmosphere that flows through you from day to day. If you cannot "champion" each day perhaps you deserve to allow good thoughts about your well-being to infuse your environment.

You have to accept responsibility for everything that is interacting with you. On the days IT doesn't feel good you have to find the balance. It's always waiting for you. This is really, really important. The person that needs to do something about it is always going to be you. Get out into the sunlight, out where everything is, with a vibration that is so balanced that those who annoy you, those situations that make life feel uncomfortable don't come into your experience, because your vibration, through a practice such as this will become so clear, so pure, so clean, so in keeping with what you want, that the world that revolves around you will feel just like that. That's how you kick butt with balance. It is one of the tasks we all came here to learn.

TREATMENT:
There is One life ~ One force of creation that penetrates and envelops the physical plane with Its invisible presence and influences. One power which seems to be the material world itself. This secret consciousness behind all action is God's life, and this life is my life now. I am its purely objective character, a pressure of ideas, suggestions, emotional formation. An impulsion to sensation of this dynamic siege of Universal Mind.

I dedicate this day with clear intention to touch, and be touched by the twin energies of balance and harmony. The transcendent power of these unified qualities dissolves all conflict within my heart and mind. I am awashed in stillness and wholly present to a spiritual intelligence that is imbued with calmness. Love proceeds me wherever I go this day, and the living spirit of grace pours forth restoring my surroundings, my relationships, my body, my intellect, and my emotional wounds with all manner of its sensory stimuli. In this heightened state of awareness, it is safe to open my heart and live peacefully in the spaciousness of Life. There is no effort here, for what I know, what I know is that my life is now easy. Because I have invoked a tonal quality of peace and ease, I can detach from all outcomes, and live in the truth that all my service, labor, play, and community activity is a balanced serene influx of the sensuousness of Spirit. I am a center of grace and spiritual light that passes beyond language and comprehension to the intelligence of every heart I meet this day.

From the tenderness of my heart I exercise these thoughts over and over and over until all that is unlike their challenging vibration is dissolved from my life. I let universal mind, the wise one of the law, take up these words and power them into creation. I am a freshness, a love, and an acceptance of its wielding force. And so it is.

07.11.03 - Spiritual Stretchercises

The human spirit, once stretched to a new consciousness, never goes back to its original dimension. Summertime is upon us. The attitude is play. The focus is on relaxation and pleasure. So in keeping with this theme, our Friday blessings will be ideas, suggestions, and challenges that will facilitate expansion with easy-to-do activities that may take you out of your comfort zone and off autopilot. Leaving your spiritual comfort zone forces your brain to make new connections and start the flow of neurons, making you more alive. Doing some spiritual things differently exposes you to a whole new world of potential and possibility. Choose one of these Strecth~ercises and do it each day over the next week. Or make up your own. You will grow in your ability and willingness to think and act uncommonly, which is truthfully what each one of us is -- UNCOMMON. A unique, one-of-a-kind expression of God that is seeking one's own emergence into Self-realization. Participate this week in fun expansion. Realize that each time you do one of these crazy little exercises you are rising in evolution. Pretty cool, don't ya think?

Here's to creating more electrical charges and magnetism for Soul,

1. Use colored pens or pencils for your note taking, and colored paper and paper clips, if possible.
2. Fast from the news, TV, music, radio, newspaper or reading for one day.
3. Come up with uncommon answers to "How Come" questions like why its raining, why god gave ducks orange feet, etc.
4. Focus on your breathing for a minute or two. Start over if you lose track.
5. Sleep in a new position. Note what happens when you wake up in the middle of the night to tinkle.
6. Use your non-dominant hand to dial the phone, unlock the car, open doors, turn on lights, etc.
7. Talk a walk or run where you smile and greet each passerby.
8. Practice telling what you like about an idea before expressing any concerns you might have.
9. Carry on an imaginary conversation between a bee & flower, a racket & ball, your pet & its favorite toy.
10. Sit in a new place at meals, meetings, or worship services.
11. Eliminate the words "probably not" and "should do" from your experiences for one day.
12. Enlighten yourself all over the place by handing out a spiritual insight to everyone you interact with today.
13. Imagine you have the authority to absolutely control the world around you. What would you change? Make at least one of
those changes.
14. Transition from ego service to soul service for one afternoon. Serve others from your heart space. Pretend you are
professional angel masquerading as a human.
15. Empower the spiritual journey of another person.

TREATMENT:
There is only one Spirit, and it has all the answers. It is the infinite source of all intelligence, the unending ocean of profound love that infuses all form with its own nature. And my own being is Spirit, taken form... taken birth as me. I am infused with the power, the love, the creativity, and the opulence of Spirit. All that I am partakes of this greater nature that is always within me, no matter what I may experience in the world.

I know that while I like life comfortable and easy, I also crave the challenge of inner expansion. The thrill of remembering and feeling the Truth that is my true nature is why I came on this journey. I am and always will be absolutely unlimited, and I will do all I can to awaken to this level of my being today, bringing that unlimited thinking and unlimited loving into all that I do. And I flourish! And so it is.

07.14.03 - You Have Dominion

From Living the Science of Mind by Ernest Holmes, page 169

"With an understanding of this science fear should disappear. And with direct application of this Principle to your problems you will discover that they will begin to seem less insistent.

Begin to act as though you already had Dominion over evil, as though all fear were a phantom, and as though everything you have been afraid of was unreal. Declare the Truth by saying there is nothing to be afraid of; that you no longer entertain any images of fear; that Good is the only Power there is; that this Good which is the only Power there is, is now operating in your affairs.

Know that Good is Omnipotent. Know that the Truth instantly, effectively, and permanently destroys every fear and every effect of fear. Know that you are governed by Infinite Intelligence. Know that you are directed by Divine Guidance, and that you are compelled to think and act constructively. Therefore you may know that everything you do, say or think carries with it a Divine authority.

Freedom already exists, but your freedom is in your own thought. Hence, it is not enough to say, "God is free," which, of course, is a true statement; but this statement must be made personal: "The Freedom of God is my freedom, the Power of God is my power, the Presence of God is in me. The Mind of God is my mind, the Strength of God is my strength, and the Joy of God is my joy."

TREATMENT:
I know that the answer to whatever it is that I seek is always within me. There is an Infinite Intelligence that knows what to do and how to do it in me, and all I need do is open up to this intelligence to be free from limitations of any kind.

I choose today to live my life in such a way that I am freed from restriction, from suffering, and from disappointment; I see the world as it truly is and revel in its beauty, grace and power. I look for these things in the world, and in so doing, I generate them within my own self, for whatever I contemplate, I become.

I am always guided by this Infinite Divine Intelligence, and I let it work through me and as me every step of the way. Whatever's bound me in the past is no longer; it's just a memory. The truth is, the absolute, eternal, spiritual truth about me is that I am free, I have always been free, and always will be free. I give thanks for the infinite freedom that Spirit has blessed me with, and I use it for good in every corner of my life and every part of this joyous and wonderful world. And so it is.

07.15.03 - Healed from the Past

You are so much more than you think you are dear friends. As a fragment of All That Is, you already contain within yourself the very essence that you search for so earnestly outside of the Self. Even within the compressed, limited form seen reflected in the bathroom mirror, you are still complete. Though that image is abbreviated. You might call what you see in that mirror a "scale model" of the multiverse compacted in the physical plane. Half of your unfoldment is the remembrance that all the pieces of the puzzle that is your human self are the form of Divinity in physical space and time. There is not one, not one experience that has not served you. Often you might feel as though someone did you wrong, that the world is against you. We have all appeared to be the victim from life's chaotic jumble at some time or another. It is the truth when I tell you though that to stay in this mindset will only perpetuate more of the same.

I support each and every one of you in becoming the grounded and awakened You that has the ability to heal all past hurts. Take the time to examine these events and experiences and find how they came along to empower you life. Use them to expand and energize your here and now and make it all come together into one congruous whole. Let your focus be upon allowing, gracefully honoring yourself, safely, harmoniously, and easily. Remember your soul knew you would be the perfect being to inhabit this life and ride it to its destined end.

We are pregnant with possibility at every moment, and each new day you face the prospect of giving birth to fascinating new parts of yourself. Do you wish to leap in and enjoy some lonely thoughts or taste some good old disdain for past experiences? All in the name of staying unhappy? It's your choice. It's your reflection. It's all you. The world is your oyster and the awakened, aware Self is your pearl.

In Oneness, there is no such thing as "out."

TREATMENT:
Everything in Nature contains all the powers of Nature. Everything is made of one hidden stuff (Ralph Waldo Emerson). I am God's hidden greatness shrouded in human consciousness. The reality of all her powers are present right where I AM. God's universal mind is responsive to my mental states, intentions, expectations, and receptivity.

There is not one concern about past faulty actions or mistakes I have made because God was an active participating force in it all. I release any guilt, pain, or emotional trauma associated with past experiences. I acknowledge and accept healing as I declare the truth that all is forever done in Divine Right action and for my highest good always. Because God is the only power, I never needed or will need to be protected from bad influences. Because God is omnipresent, I stand in the truth that there is nothing that is not God. And because God is omniscient, all knowledge that is in God, resides within me as well. I look forward to what is possible to accomplish as an immortal spiritual being eliciting creative courses of action that awaken me to full God consciousness. I live purposefully, with no regrets, to expand and develop my innate spiritual qualities: peace, creativity, and intuition. Soul peace bathes me in inner contentment. Creative abilities empower me to skillfully accomplish every purpose. Intuition enables me to discern the truth of all I think and observe. With these qualities forefront in my mind I rise above my ordinary states of awareness and refuse to be confined by past erroneous beliefs and conditioned modes of behavior.

Fulfilled in this noble, honorable pursuit I thankfully become transformed in God. I am driven by a Divine Will that seeks its highest realization. And so it is. Amen.

07.16.03 - Truth of Beingness

AFFIRM:
I rewaken to the truth of my beingness. In this reawakening, and in the knowledge of truth I know how best to serve all my beingness, which is, in its potentiality, eternal. I open my heart to myself and know that all healing comes from within me. I open my heart and know that the return to wholeness is my choice. And so it is now.

07.17.03 - All Things Resolve

"All things do resolve themselves, if allowed. All things do. ALL things resolve themselves - if allowed."
- Abraham

We say, "Some things resolve themselves," and we believe it. Abraham assures us that all things resolve themselves, and we don't really believe that. We want to, but how many of us have personal proof about it? Most everyone possesses the belief that says, "I really don't accept that all things can resolve themselves without my help." And so that is exactly the vibration that gets activated in our lives. And when that energy gets activated all kinds of people start showing up in your life with unresolved things, as well as in your own life.

Doesn't sound like much fun does it? For today, I am going to ask you just to allow yourself to receive what the Universe is offering. Pick one thing, one area, in your life in particular that needs resolution and move into the mental space that every bit of allowing is going to bring your greater and greater results. I am going to pick resolution within my physicality. Each night I am going to lie in bed and talk to the cells of my body, and I am going to expect recovery, regeneration, revitalization, and REALLY feel the sensation of it. I am going to put myself in as much comfort as I can, as often as I can, for the next week while this new energy aligns. An energy that knows, from my talking to my cells, that they are summoning and receiving a natural Source energy. I can know that I will be answered because I believe in the Law of Attraction. I am knowing that as I allow...the receiving is naturally happening. It cannot, not!

In this attitude of, "Let me see physical progress," my body will be back in alignment with anything that opposes health being resolved within a short time. So many people are convinced that their physical bodies are in a compromised state. A state of unhealth, of steady decline (aging), of dis-ease. And it all is absolutely opposite of what our cells know how to do naturally, and of what Source energy is supplying. It is only our negative expectation, or worrying, that keeps resolve at arm's length just beyond our reach. The truth is we only decline because we disallow more of the resources that keep us feeling good. That's all, every single time.

For me, I see all ailments resolved. What's it going to be for you this week?

TREATMENT:
The pure Presence of Life has taken form as all creation! The nature of all things is sacred and whole, and this includes me. My nature is sacred and whole, both in the abstract and in form. I recognize this day that my body is a perfect reflection of the wholeness of life, and that I live within a form of Spirit that is so incredibly intelligent, that it knows how to rebuild itself every day.

My body is inherently intelligent, and it knows how to resource all it needs. I talk to my body, instilling wisdom into actions that support its health, its strength, and its beauty. The wisdom of Spirit takes up all my choices and I immediately see progress in activities and behaviors that support my body's wholeness. I discover all negative conditioning or decline is halted. I hold the attitude that whatever brings more life, more vibrant health, and more joy into expression in my body is good, and desirable! I give thanks for this natural inner tendency towards supporting my natural wholeness.

I also know that anything that is out of balance in my body is being completely resolved and healed right now. I declare my nature as balance, grace, health, and strength. I listen intently to what my body is telling my about what I need in terms of food, activity, and rest, and joyfully follow this inner wisdom. these kinds of choices naturally reveal my whole and pure nature. For this I give thanks. And so it is.

07.18.03 - Stretchercises

The human spirit, once stretched to a new consciousness, never goes back to its original dimension.

I tell students all the time that they've got to ask for what they want. And I find that most people only have one problem with this directive... They don't KNOW what they want! You can't ask for what you want unless you know what it is!

In this week's stretchercise, I'm going to start you on a wonderful path of painting your dreams into reality. I'm going to teach you the secrets behind setting - and achieving - your greatest ambitions. Before you set off on this path, let me make one thing very clear: The word "goals" can be intimidating - it can feel so overbearing that it keeps people from even beginning the process. So, let's instead think of goals as a "To Do List With Deadlines." Do the deadlines have to be tomorrow? Next week? Of course not. This is your To Do List for the rest of your life. Goals can be added to, subtracted from and - most importantly - scratched off the list - as you move through your life.

Go For the Gusto Stretchercise - 99 Goals!
It's time to get started on your master plan. Give yourself some quiet time, put on some relaxing music... and write down 99 goals. Why 99? Because the ability to make choices with ease comes as a result of how many neuro-pathways have been created in the brain. The fastest way to create new neuro-pathways is to force choices. Normally, when faced with a decision, we stop after only ten or twelve options, thinking there are no more. With this very different stretchercise you will find that you've probably run out of goals around the fourteen or fifteen mark. That is when you really must push. KEEP GOING! With each new goal you push out, you are creating a fantastic new network in your brain. Open your mind to ALL the possibilities. Start each goal with "I am" or "I will." Don't even THINK about restricting yourself! To help you with this process, here are some key questions to ask yourself:

What do I want to do?
What do I want to have?
Where do I want to go?
What contribution do I want to make?
What do I want to learn?
Who do I want to meet and spend my time with?
How much do I want to earn, save and invest?
What will I do for fun and optimum health?
This process may take two hours. It may take two weeks. Don't stop until you have 99 goals. Remember, you're building your better life here - it's the only life you have. Here's a checklist to ensure you're using a successful framework to set your To Do List:

Your most important goals must be yours. Not your spouse's. Not your child's. Not your employer's. Yours. When you let other people determine your definition of success, you're sabotaging your own future.
Your goals must mean something to you. When you write your goals, you must ask yourself, "What's really important to me?" "What am I prepared to give up to make this happen?" Your reasons for charting a new course of action give you the drive and energy to get up every morning.
Your goals must be specific and measurable.
Vague generalizations and wishy-washy statements aren't good enough. Be very specific!
Your goals must be flexible. A flexible plan keeps you from feeling suffocated and allows you to take advantage of genuine opportunities that walk in your future door.
Your goals must be challenging, exciting. Force yourself to jump out of your comfort zone to acquire that energy and edge.
Your goals must be in alignment with your values. Pay attention to your intuition, your gut. When you set a goal that contradicts your values, something inside will twinge. Pay attention.
Your goals must be well-balanced. Make sure you include areas that allow time to relax, have fun and enjoy people in your closest circle.
Your goals must be realistic. Be expansive but don't be ridiculous. If you're four feet tall, you will probably never play in the NBA. Also, be sure to allow yourself time to get there.
Your goals must include contribution. Unfortunately, many people get so wrapped up in pursuing their goals that they don't have time in their lives to give something back to society. Build this into your goals program.
Your goals need to be supported. Either selectivity share a few of your dreams with a number of people, or share all of your dreams with a select few people. In either case, you're creating a web of support and accountability for yourself.

TREATMENT:
The source of Life is a perfect, pure, unlimited source of Good, from which all things arise. Just as a wave on the ocean is made from the sea, I am formed of pure spirit. I draw from Spirit all that I need to live...not to merely exist, but to live and live well. I do this by means of natural spiritual laws that create my experience based on what I believe. Today, I believe at depth that anything is possible. I return to a state of knowing that all things can be accomplished with the power of Spirit. Whatever is needed in my life today, be it something tangible, emotional or physical healing, or a new outlook on life, I believe that the power of Spirit can provide it in perfection and balance today. Not only do I believe it, I know that it is happening now. I don't have to know how this happens. Not at all. I simply must believe...and must know...that it is happening in me and in my life now. This kind of knowing causes changes that are amazing! Spirit goes to work immediately, by means of natural laws, to create perfection, balance, and all that I need. I know that this is simply the way things work. Knowing this, I use these wonderful laws by moving my belief more and more to the side of wholeness. I give thanks to the beloved Spirit for its infinite care and precise action in my life today. And so it is.

07.21.03 - Take the Time

If there is physical, mental, or financial darkness, be assured the presence of God dispels it.

Our training to depend on the five senses and intellectual faculties has diminished the perception of our True nature. The walls of intellect within our mind can serve to mislead us, keep us in bondage, and perpetuate the same messages we have tried so hard to out-grow. I am often reminded that it takes real dedication to spiritual practice to have an actual experience of God. thinking of yourself as Light is not the same as setting some time aside to BE the light. Meeting your authentic Self takes being still until something within indicates that God is present. It is not an intellectual perception but an actual feeling of the presence of God. And it takes learning to open ourselves up to God without desiring that a wish or chore of ours be done. It takes a real communing in the depth of stillness, with the intention that God's will and God's grace be performed through us, seeking only further realization of the Presence. Then we shall sense God as an extension of man. As Thomas Troward indicated, the more we yield to that heartfelt impartation of the presence of Go, the more we can be in restful enthusiasm... and the more pure joy we can realize in the play of energy and light of human experience.

This week... today... take the time to allow the radiant light of God dispel that which blocks your view of the expanded reality, of who and what you really are.

When light is exceptionally radiant, there is only Oneness.

TREATMENT:
To know we have always dissolved back into a Oneness is an encircling truth that warms the heart of the Soul. To know that the extension of God that I AM lives its cosmic truth as a sovereign security within the operations of my daily activities is a blessing. I am, therefore, the first principle and the universal condition of divine love in my world.

I cannot be diminished by anyone or anything. I am Infinite Reality bound in form, inseparable and indivisible from the eternal bliss of its primal works. In consciousness, I claim the panorama of this hidden Godhead. Doubt and confusion cannot touch me. I am firmly rooted in the belief that as God's emissary here I possess the Self-Knower power of creator consciousness. My body responds with visible, radiant, perfect health. My mind responds with developments of joyful, creative, and productive experiences. And my mystic wanton Soul soars among the stars scattering the seed of her/his new found power.

Being in and of the Infinite Creative Consciousness I utilize the hidden secret of its structure and dissolve any beliefs that I am different in genius, species or essence from my Source. Because of this Truth, I know my personalized life is a holy dwelling place and the scene of spirit's emergence. I am grateful this is so now and forever. And so it is. Amen.

07.22.03 - My Nature is Health

TREATMENT:
The pure presence of Life has taken form as all creation! The nature of all things is sacred and whole, and this includes me. My nature is sacred and whole, both in the abstract and in form. I recognize this day that my body is a perfect reflection of the wholeness of life, and that I live within a form of Spirit that is so incredibly intelligent, that it knows how to rebuild itself every day.

My body is inherently intelligent, and it knows what it needs. I learn how to listen to my body, distilling its wisdom into actions that support its health, its strength, and its beauty. The wisdom of Spirit informs all my choices, so I naturally choose the activities and behaviors that support my body's wholeness. I discover that this isn't deprivation or difficult. I always hold the attitude that whatever brings more life, more vibrant health, and more joy into expression in my body is good, and desirable! I give thanks for this natural inner tendency towards supporting my natural wholeness.

I also know that anything that is out of balance in my body is completely temporary. My nature is balance, grace, health, and strength. I listen intently to what my body is telling my about what I need in terms of food, activity, and rest, and joyfully follow this inner wisdom. these kinds of choices naturally reveal my whole and pure nature. For this I give thanks. And so it is.

07.23.03 - Sacred Wisdom

AFFIRM:
I am the cellular awareness of every sacred wisdom ever issued to Earth.

The Mother Matrix of these encodings quickens the embodiment of highest wisdom accelerating a most potent manifestation of feminine divinity.

I am lead onto the street of free will, up and down the path of personal choice, given a large helping of the sacred with a sprinkling of the Divine replacing all that is discord within my life structure.

A great excitement draws up in me as I break free of all present constricts into new potentials of existence. And so it is.

07.24.03 - Enlargement of Consciousness

Loose the Consciousness
From Living the Science of Mind by Ernest Holmes, p. 339

"It is certain that none of us receive as much benefit from this science as we might. We do not permit our consciousness to range in the field of greater possibilities.

A certain time should be taken each day for the enlargement of consciousness. This is done by reminding our imagination that the field with which it deals is Limitless, that Mind is the Creator and the Sustainer, that Mind is Infinite, ever available, and always responsive to us.

There should never be any sense of finality in our self-discovery. No matter how much good we experience today, we should expect more tomorrow. Expectancy always speeds progress; anticipation of better yet to come helps to dissolve the overload of burdens which we now carry with us.

We must learn to loose our consciousness. Nothing is too good to be true. The Kingdom of Harmony is already an ever-present Reality, but as far as we are concerned It waits to be perceived, and only as much good can come to us as we mentally receive.

We must increase our receptivity, continuously extend and expand our comprehension. We should declare a hundred times a day:

Good and more Good is mine. An ever-increasing Good is mine. There is no limit to the Good which is mine. Everywhere I go I see this Good, I feel It, I experience It. It crowds itself against me, flows through me, expresses Itself in me, and multiplies Itself around me."

TREATMENT:
There is One life; that life is God's life and I am an extension of this expression as woman/man. Everyday, I write a beginning, an ending, a limitation, and an unleashing power as I participate in this grand costume party called "Earth Life."

On this day, I write and call forth the perfect freedom to choose my expression with all the power of my eternal nature flowing through me to manifest that choice. In accordance with the vibrational harmonies of my supreme origin I now choose to experience profound support in every area. There is absolutely no resistance to good unfolding in my life. All the pages, from this moment onward, in the novel expression of my being give testimony to the belief that life is easy. The climax of the story is reached now! I step from behind the bush of humaness, of lack, of limitation, and of pain. I commit to embracing the principle truth - you think it and it becomes so. My epic tale is now embellished with the richness, the beauty, and the detail of my eternal gracefulness.

I revel in the glory of remembering. I can be anything I choose to be. I receive the new gifts of goodness that are forthcoming with enthusiasm and deep gratitude. "Nothing is hard," is the effortless blessing of my trust in Self and Spirit. And so the story ends, and so the experience shall be. Amen.

07.25.03 - Stretchercises

The human spirit, once stretched to a new consciousness, never goes back to its original dimension.

Time for a God Walk... and on this God Walk, you leave the critic at home. The critic is that voice in us that follows us around and keeps us separate from ourselves. The one that at times takes up so much of our awareness that we think we are the critic.

You have a whole weekend to play with this exercise of greatness and I expect each person who receives these blessings to try this at least once, ok? So when you go on your walk you leave this critic at home so that as you are out contemplating the good in your life, you align with the good and sacred intentions of everyone you meet, everything you encounter, and all that you bear witness to. This means that even as you observe situations, or encounters that are confusing, or that you don't like you have to look a little bit deeper and SEE that there is a good intention at work here. You must identify with all Souls and the good that they bring. All Souls in some way, shape, or manner are atempting to get, give, or hold on to Love! And trying to find some way to be safe in this world. Trying to find somewhere to express themselves. And as you begin to look for, and see the good intentions of others, and agree with those intentions, you will be given an insight that allows you see that even when individuals are acting at odds with themselves, or others, they are acting from a space of being afraid, or scared, or both.

The lesson is that as you begin to go on a God walk, agreeing with all the good intentions of others, you become a GIGANTIC prayer field that literally helps individuals become unstuck in their destructive behaviors! because you are not creating a field of resistance by inwardly, or externally, criticizing them. You allow them to take a stand in where they are -- you allow for an open space of freedom where transformation can take place because YOU on this god walk are seeing and agreeing with the Good and God Intention of everyone's soul. The pure desire to Love, and to let Love happen!

This, this is a practice that when applied on a regular basis begins to shift our consciousness, and we can hear the universe saying, "All Rise Please," and we literally rise to meet God. We no longer ask God to shrink and come into our little problems, instead we step out of the problem and expand and rise in a great readiness to reveal the great power, presence, and love of God. And what better way to command your environment than from the point of reference called... love.

TREATMENT:
God is all that there is. More than that, God is present in every person, every situation, every experience. It is the Source of all creation, whether I call it pleasing or not, whether I consider it moral or not - whatever my little opinions - God is there.

I believe that God is the source of all goodness, wherever God is, there is good to be found. This isn't the optimism of denial. It is an eternal spiritual truth. ALL things are filled with, immersed in, and made of Spirit. ALL people, circumstances, and conditions are made of Spirit. The labels I give those things: good or bad, right or wrong, are my labels. They are my personal assessments only. The truth is, God is even in what I abhor. God is in what I find it difficult to accept. God is in what I label as bad or wrong. This also means that God is in me, and I am in God.

Rather than living in the world of rightdoing and wrongdoing, I choose to lift my consciousness to a greater, more inclusive point of view. Because Spirit has given me free will, I can always choose something better. In the middle of conditions of difficulty and suffering, I choose to see things rightly. I choose to see things as Spirit sees them: perfect manifestations of an unlimited spiritual reality. The life I experience proceeds from what I pay attention to. Rather than focusing on what's wrong with the world, I focus on what's right. I see the possibility, rather than just the past. I see the potential for creating a new world, with a spiritualized understanding.

Looking in this way activates the natural spiritual laws of life, and carries this potential for a newly awakened world from seed to plant, from plant to blossom, and eventually from blossom to fruit. I stand firm in this belief. I root my understanding of everything around me in spiritual principles. Doing so brings healing to the world by revealing the preexistent wholeness to light.

I give thanks for this ability to clearly and definitely direct my thinking in ways that bring good to the world. And I do this every day. And so it is.

07.28.03 - Beautiful Morning

Welcome to another glorious Monday all my forever beings! Did any of you notice that all of creation bowed to your awakening today? Darn, you missed it? Again? As you arose from within the celestial blanket that soothed you during the night all the earth became excited because you were back for another day. Can you feel that All of life is led into a more beautiful expression with your Presence? Because Life can.

Do you realize you will do great things this week and not even think anything about it? You will extend kindness, give support exactly when someone else needs it, share in love with a furry friend, spiritualize all your ideals, live as a force of harmony, allow more abundance and expect more good in your life, flow with disappoints, etc. And as you do all of this for yourself, you do it for the whole universe. You are a poised creature of God Light with the ability to stand in the face of contradiction and still remain steadfastly aligned. Every one of you! And so the Universe unfolds graciously before each one of you for working in tandem with the Divine.

Oh Yeah, it's Monday and we're ready to live the whole enchilada... so that others will be inspired to do the same, and will similarly experience their divinity.

TREATMENT:
I delight in the beauty of another day. The Oneness of the universe is alive within and speaks to me as feeling refreshed, calm, and orderly. I remain soul-centered and God aware as I pray in God this morning.

The channels of Light support and nurture the Divine qualities inherent to the Soul known as _(your name)__. He/she is a spiritual being, a flawless, individualized expression of God. All that is included in God's wholeness is available to __(your name)_ and he/she chooses to perceive this essence, acknowledge It, and accept its purposeful energy. (your name) is grace expressing from within. He/she is witnessed as enlivening and energizing, clarifying everyone's mind with awareness, nurturing the spirit of everyone as he/she unveils their innate Divine qualities. His/her whole essence abides in this field of Infinite consciousness as he/she harmoniously arranges circumstances, events, and relationships. Thus the outward physical manifestation is a clear, unwavering, Soul-inspired life!

I remain ever thankful to once again gift myself the time to recognize and claim this treatment. With love and gentle intention it is received back into the Mind from which it came - growing, evolving as a unit of consciousness responsive to physical manifestation. And so it is.

07.29.03 - God Needs Us

Ok guys, God needs us today because life is a co-creative process. Don't you want to feel that magical Presence of God within us today? Yeah, me too! Only it can't be revealed unless we consciously awaken to it. You have to think of yourself as a Divine conduit of Spirit. It is absolutely essential to understand that we are clear, unimpeded instruments, of God-love that can only do for us in direct proportion to what it can do through us! If we are the wire and God is the ever-present current of divine energy, we must allow the current to flow. If we blow a fuse and short-circuit the wire, we temporarily cut ourselves off from our source. When you are cut off you live under conditions where darkness and ignorance prevails; therefore, anything that obstructs our natural luminescence impedes our awareness of joy, peace, abundance, clarity, wholeness, and love. Do not let anything hinder, alter or affect your divine universal current my friends!

You have the opportunity to be either an instrument through which God expresses (or an obstacle to that expression). Mother Teresa was a remarkable example of one who chose to be a divine instrument. She said, "I am like a pencil in God's hand, writing a love letter to the world." To be an instrument of God is to remove the rheostat from your life and embrace the tremendous surge of this divine current.

Whoo-hoooooooooo, let's let the light shine through as me and you!

TREATMENT:
Infinite Intelligence pervades every particle of the universe, for it is infinite intelligence that made the universe, out of itself, by becoming it. At every point, infinite wisdom is present. In every moment of time, the unlimited Infinite is at work. I am part of this intelligent, powerful, creative system, being made of and from it. This creative system is perfection itself - containing within it the know-how and the power to create perfection out of perfection.

This intelligence that created everything - from the largest galaxy to the smallest particle - created me and my body. This intelligence is present in me at every level. It flows through my mind and my bloodstream at once and as one. It is to be found in my ideas an inspirations, and in my very bones.

Because this universe does nothing but create, and it is always creating from a energy current of perfection, I now realize that this surge of perfection exists within me. My mind and body are made from it. It is the source from which my body repairs itself intelligently, and through which my mind processes and receives information with ease. Nothing can stand in the way of this intelligence's work - for there is none else.

This day, I remember that this current of perfection is within me, guiding all my thinking and choices, my ideas and decisions. It is within me, regenerating my body in newness and wholeness. It is the preexistent perfection from which I spring, and I let that perfection be made completely manifest in me, in every way.

I give thanks for the power to raise my awareness to understand that Infinite Intelligence is always at work in me, and I let it work perfectly. The law of mind now works on this understanding, and makes it so in my life. And so it is.

AFFIRM:
I embrace every moment of my life as an opportunity to express more God!

Today I release the bonds of confusion and lack! I take the limits off of God!

My body temple vibrates at the frequency of wholeness and perfect health!

The ever givingness of Spirit is my source and supply made visible!

My life is an adventure in unlimited possibilities!

Faithfully I speak my word! Mindfully I live my word! Gratefully I am my word!

And so it is! Amen!

07.31.03 - Spirit Withholds Nothing

From This Thing Called YOU by Ernest Holmes

Chapter VI, pg 40: "Spirit withholds nothing from you. To believe that God refuses the good you desire is to deny the goodness of God. It is a refusal to accept the profound conclusion of the one who said, 'It is done unto you as you believe'...

Did not the great and beautiful Jesus proclaim, 'Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden and I will give you rest'? Reality has not changed since Jesus walked the shores of Galilee. The Power he used is still here.

It makes little difference what method you use, provided you have conviction. Some will tell you that you should affirm the Divine Presence, denying all else. Well and good. This method will work. Others may tell you that all you need do is to ask, believing. They are right. Each receives according to their belief. Don't be too concerned over methods. Any method that leads to conviction will produce results.

Stop arguing. Learn to believe. Stop debating. Learn to accept. Stop looking for an authority outside your own conviction. This calls for complete confidence in the Law and an equal confidence in yourself. If you wish to be healed you must expect to be made whole. If you wish freedom you must no longer think bondage. Bondage and freedom are but two ways of using one law. If you spend all your time saying, 'I am poor, weak, sick, miserable and unhappy,' you will attract poverty, weakness, sickness and unhappiness...

The nature of the Mind Principle you are using is that wherever a mental image is set up in it, an objective form will be created. Learn to convert thought patterns of sickness, unhappiness, fear and doubt into patterns which conform to spiritual perfection. You cannot change a pattern of fear by maintaining an attitude of fear or by fluctuating between fear and faith. Make a picture of yourself as happy and successful. Refuse to entertain contrary ideas. Since you are the only one who has complete access to your thought, you can do this for yourself better than anyone else can do it for you...

It is not always easy for one to control his thoughts. It is not easy in the midst of pain to think of peace, in the midst of poverty to think abundance, in the midst of unhappiness to think joy. But if you do this you will meet success. The Law of Mind reflects your mental attitudes exactly as they are.

simple TREATMENT:
That which I am seeking is seeking me.
That which belongs to me will come to me.
Since it is my desire that only good, truth, love, wisdom and power shall go from me,
I know this is all that can come back to me.
The Kingdom of God is within and around me.
I know that the power of the living Spirit exists at the center of my being.
Now think of some desire, and say:
It is done unto me.

Even God must wait your conscious co-operation before the full light of His presence and the power of His law can be made manifest through you. Your conscious co-operation with Him starts with a realization of the Divine Presence and your union with it.."
