10.01.03 - One Mind

AFFIRM:

There is One Glorious Mind of God/Goddess Energy, it bursts and bubbles,
radiating an immense joy filled love.

Softly, compassionately it presents itself to our inner being. A renewing awareness within each heart and a stirring within each soul, we awaken to our truth. We are the Universal manifestation of Divine Creation.

The dance of the Goddess begins, creativity is unveiled, harmony winds its way in a steady flow, and the Healer is born.

Peace, order and love are here right now, "on earth as it is in heaven."

A wave of gratitude radiates from within enriching and blessing our purpose.

We are the One Mind. And so it is.

10.02.03 - Privilege of Giving

"You must give some time to your fellow men. Even if it's a little thing, do something for others, something for which you get no pay but the privilege of doing it." - Albert Schweitzer

Life is circulation. If things aren't going well, look for areas of constriction that you can release: forgiving someone who hurt you, giving away things you don't use anymore, lending a hand. Giving doesn't have to be formal or grand. We can offer a word of appreciation to a sales clerk who obviously harried. We can say hello to a stranger we pass on the street and not resort to criticism if the stranger doesn't respond. We can listen to someone attentively, not to five advice or fix things, but simply to be good company. In other words, we can give unconditionally, just for the sake of giving. When we do, we also receive much, because we come to a direct awareness that we can be more than an effect of circumstances, and this is the beginning of realizing that the Self, wittingly or unwittingly, is the cause of all that happens in this world. This realization resolves the apparent separateness in the underlying Oneness of things, the Prodigal Son's turning toward home. As long as this oneness remains foreign to us, our life is like a stuffy room with little or no circulation, and events must remain much the way they have been. Realizing and respecting that the Self -- through belief, imagination, and expectation -- is cause throws open the windows and lets in a flow of new circulation, allowing us to move effortlessly beyond old limitations. It's up to each one of us to open the window and allow this circulation to flow, especially in areas where old habits of anger, resentment, reaction, self-pity, and complacency may have constricted us. Today, we can choose to open ourselves in a new way to unconditional, nonreactive giving and receiving.

TREATMENT:
There is but one source, and that source is God. The nature of God is beyond the words I use to describe it, but I believe it to be infinite, intelligent, compassionate, and all-powerful. Because it is infinite, omniscient, and omnipresent, it is right where I am. Its wisdom is right where I am. And its ability to create wonderful things is right where I am.

I begin today by using this magnificent power in constructive and life-affirming ways. I do this by making sure my thinking is in alignment with what I want to experience. I do this by taking actions that exemplify my commitment to being of service and acting with understanding. I do this by getting clear in my own heart and mind that all that I see, no matter what it looks like, is God.

I stop paying so much attention to what things look like, and I uncover what things -are- like. Seeing the unobstructed Truth allows me to invoke a higher law...one that creates harmony, joy, and absolute freedom. I give thanks for my ability to shift my perception in this simple and available way. And I do it, moment by moment, all day and every day. And so it is.

10.03.03 - Age Well

Age Well. Start Now

Here we go - October Fridays are always health oriented. Putting together something that has meaning to all of us and can hold your interest can be challenging, but I believe that this month's topic on aging will inspire us all. Each day, for that fact each minute, we get older. It's how we perceive and handle the changes that make all the difference. After our Fridays, you should notice how easily your perception of aging can be changed. Hopefully you'll be inspired and reminded of the depths of Spirit and the fact that the greatest secret is that no matter how old we are there is an Observer witnessing it all that is changeless. The truth is: your body changes, but you don't change at all.

No matter how old your driver's license says you are, you likely have an inner birthday clock fixed at another age entirely. Most of us do. The next time you are gathered with friends ask each one how old they feel. Odds are that the numbers will average out much younger than the chronological facts. Part of this mindset is due to so much information available on how to stay strong and vital. "The idea that we have to prevent aging is crazy," says Susan Love, MD, author of Dr. Susan Love's Menopause and Hormone Book. "It's going to happen. What we really want to do is live as long as we possibly can in the best health we can."

With that in mind, here are some questions for you to ponder over the next week:
_How does getting older affect the way you really feel about yourself physically, emotionally, spiritually?

_With age comes wisdom. What are the most valuable lessons life has taught you? What experiences can you share with others?

_List your "age mentors". Whose path to maturity has inspired you? Who has served as a warning? Now next to each name write down what that person's life has taught you about aging.

_It's a medical fact that people with connections live longer and stay happier. Make a map of your social network. Put yourself in the center, then draw lines to family members, friends, coworkers, teachers, guides, and spiritual or support group buddies you interact with regularly. How could you create more - or closer - relationships?

Remember age truly only gives you one thing -- more of yourself each day!

Timeless, beautiful, ageless creation serves to bring me to my own fullness of Its life this day. A mighty heart of self love celebrates the beauty of Spirit that dances to the rhythm of sweet, unconditional life! Invited to a feast of joyous, eternal bliss, I delight in the pains and the perks of each day's harvest.

Because beauty and wisdom are cumulative I resolve to be the most gorgeous, provocative blossom in creation's garden. This" little flower" has flourished because of her/his ravenous appetite for living in hot pursuit of holiness. How simply outrageous that this eternal glamorous, restless adventurer gives the name of God a personal face that is graced by the beloved lines of time. Every wrinkle, smile line, dot and spot remind me that I AM forever! The physical evidence of wisdom and a rich life, fully lived.

I am honored to bud again in age and to simply be hopeful, kindly, cheerful, and reverent as I blossom. This is the best time of my life for the truth is . . . as we grow older, beauty simply seeps inward. And so it is.

10.06.03 - Making Life

Ok, time to role play... imagine for just a few moments that you ARE the one creator... you know, the mind of God that created all things... breathe this feeling in... take a mental moment to slip into the shoes of the One that wanted to experience its essence outside of itself... So you set about the joy of creating a new reality with the intention that you are going to hang out there, in every imaginable form, for trillions and trillions of years.

Do you think, just for kicks, you'd set it up in such a way that you might get hurt, become less, or not matter?

Or, as the All That Is, the Alpha and the Omega, the bringer of the dawn and each new day, would you be pretty confident that you could craft the most spectacular paradise imaginable, flawless in every way? Yet at the time have it possess the odd illusions of pain, loss and your own irrelevance... to heighten suspense, enhance the unknown, and make it one unforgettable, spine-tingling, nonstop adventure, that will mean even more to you when you master it again, but from the inside out?

How bout settling into Monday like you knew exactly what you were doing? If you were the master putting his hand to this day would you bless it and "be" with it every minute, or would you wring your hands in desperation and moan, "I hope this is gonna work," all the while staying as separate and as distant as you could?

TREATMENT:
I awaken to the great thought that there is truly only One sweet life. This body of life is all around me, and this day I open myself up to the light of Its love. My heart fills with peace and contentment. My mind absorbs the truth of all universal wisdom. My body being organic God biology is the magnificent force of light particle energy which has amassed into a physical being under the pretense of being a human experience. What a blessing to align with the God Light Truth this morning.

I journey within a God-given limitless society that will give me everything I want. All I have to do is love myself enough to receive all of it. If it is healing, I can be the healer. If it is a life partner, I can be the personification of love. To find my purpose I share my soul light with everyone I meet. In the order of God I can have everything, and nothing, absolutely nothing can stand in the way! And it all arrives through the wavelengths of my thoughts. Every thought is a master builder so today I begin to "think" my way into whatever it is that I truly have a passion to create/heal.

I live being healed back into the great love of God. It is so easy to open my beingness to it. I am grateful to be filled with the light of love itself, and to beam this Presence into every corner of my world. Altering my life experience with these highest-bound spiritual words I let it be so. And so it is.

10.07.03 - To Just Open

Once again, I offer to you some of the jewels that spill forth from the treasured teacher, Gangaji. (www.gangaji.org)

" There is a dilemma in speaking to people who have been on the spiritual path for some time and have listened to lots of teachers speak lots of words, mostly the same words, put together in countless different ways.

There are Advaita words and Tibetan words, for example, Zen words, Christian words and New Age words, but they are all speaking essentially about the living truth that cannot be captured by any word: a truth that is alive in you.

So the dilemma in speaking to you, as representatives who have heard it all many times, is how to invite you to stop understanding what you've heard through your active minds' normal ways of understanding. And rather to just open. To open your mind. To take the chance of not understanding anything. Not to say, 'Oh yes, I know what she is talking about because I have heard this in this place,' or 'Oh no, I disagree with that because my first teacher said it this way.'

To just take a chance in this time that we have together and not compare or string together anything you hear here with anything you have ever heard before. In either agreement or disagreement. Then there is the possibility of hearing innocently -- of hearing for the first time without credentials: without the burden of your past experiences, without your enlightenment, without your ignorance, without your past.

It's at that point the real possibility arises to receive something that all words are grossly inadequate in describing -- an exposure, a transmission within ourselves -- from mind to mind, heart to heart, that naturally, effortlessly occurs. And that is what we're here for -- an openness to receive what is already here."

TREATMENT:
The majestic sphere of Creation is celebrated in the intimacy of Oneness. To recognize that each and every part and particle is representative of the whole is to stand in the light of universal wisdom. To know, that even genetically, I am the essence of All That Is opens me to the Divinity of God's cause. I am the element of ordained God thought enveloped as human nature.

I use universal law of cause and effect to reveal the Spirit of this Living Source within. I know each moment of awareness I gain uplifts the populace of earth so I remain steadfast as I bring the essence, the nuance, the oxygen of God into my body, into all details, circumstances, agendas, happenings, and enfoldments of this earthly domain. I live the Truth of my authenticity Now! There is nothing to gain, no more to seek on this soul path. I simply release" forgetting" that I am God. I commit to consciously being the spiritual ideals I hold so dearly. To begin each day in a place of peace, to see the labyrinth of Self-Soul, and of heart as clear to walk through. This peaceful frequency ripples out to everyone in my soul family, in my soul group, and to all those that are effected by the dynamics of my Presence.

I will do everything in my heart to bring forth this God agenda for the highest global soul patterns to live in their light vibrations. I am sooo thankful to be God's humanity, and to live it boldly and beautifully. I am the seed source within the heart of man. And so it is.

10.08.03 - Divine Heritage

AFFIRM:
I AM the divine heritage.

My humanness is the most holy of instruments.

I give thanks this day for all the gifts of human nature.

I recognize that I AM the housed consciousness for the holiness of each and every drop of Spirit.

What a blessing to be Divinity within emotions, within physicalness, within the thoughts that enter my mind on a daily basis.

I am thankful to be in this place, at this time, thinking these thoughts, in this body, with such wondrous emotions!

I am grateful for it all.

10.09.03 - Namaste

"Look, and it cannot be seen. Listen, and it cannot be heard. Reach, and it cannot be grasped. You cannot know it, but you can be it, at ease with your own life. Just realize where you come from. This is the essence of wisdom."

Long ago it was customary, when encountering another, to greet them by honoring their inward momentum as much as their outward motion, as both were considered equal. "Namaste," accompanied by a gesture such as a warm embrace or a respectful bow, is recognition of the depth and the oneness of the spirit that enfolds all. Namaste is not good morning, good afternoon or good evening. It is not hello or good bye. It is much more than that. It is a total and complete acknowledgement of the indwelling spirit that expresses itself within and without form.

Namaste is as profound as the deepest well and as golden as sunshine, but many consider it out of date. As a consequence, it has fallen out of favor. Reduced in rank, it has been replaced by more common and superficial greetings, such as those that acknowledge what one has been doing with oneself of late, rather than simply being the living word of All That Is.

So how about joining me for one day in greeting everyone you meet in the way and words of another time and another place. Namaste! I shall salute the being that resides within and demonstrates without. I shall bow deeply before you, as you are among the mighty who speak truth and stand before it, even as others would hide behind it. You each are the ones who effect and affect change, while others stand idle and wait to see if and when the world will change. And to those who read these words now know that they are agents of change, to each I say, namaste my friends.

TREATMENT:
God, the One source and power, is all that there is. It is the light that is over all things; wherever I look, it is there.

Today I consciously choose to recognize the omnipresence of God in everyone I meet. In friends, in family, in community. It is indeed in the young and the old alike. I lift my eyes and open my heart to notice this Presence in the world, and that as I afford it recognition It responds to me. I believe in heart and mind that unconditional love flourishes from man to man, woman to woman, and child to child. We have always been in God, and today I declare restoration in our ability to anchor this recognition this lifetime.

I believe that this can take form, because I know that my consciousness is always being worked upon by natural spiritual law. I let this law have its way with me, creating this wonderful world, bringing it from the absolute level into perfect, balanced, harmonious form. I give thanks for my ability to acknowledge something wonderful, and I give thanks for the Law's ability to make it so in every way. And so it is.

10.10.03 - Age Well

Age Well. Start Now

The following piece was written by Anne Lamott who lives in Northern California with her teenage son, Sam. Her best-selling novel, Blue Shoe, is just out in paperback. It is a long piece but well worth the read when you get time.

I was at a wedding Saturday with a lot of women in their 20s and 30s in sexy dresses, their youthful skin aglow. And even though I was 20 -30 years older, a little worse for the wear, a little tired and overwhelmed by the music, I was smiling. I smiled with a secret Cheshire-cat smile of pleasure and relief in being older -- 49, which even I would have to admit is no longer extremely late youth. But I would not give you back a year of life lived.

Age has given me what I was looking for my entire life -- it gave me me. It provided the time and experience and failures and triumphs and friends who helped me step into the shape that had been waiting for me all my life. I fit into me now, mostly. I have an organic life finally, not the one people imagine for me or tried to get me to have or the life someone else might celebrate as a successful one, I have the life I dreamed of. I have become the woman I hardly dared imagine I could be. There are parts I don't love, until a few year ago, I had no idea that you could get cellulite on your stomach. But I not only get along with me most of the time now, I am militantly and maternally on my own side. Left to my own devices, would I trade this for firm thighs, fewer wrinkles, a better memory? On some days. That's why it's such a blessing I'm not left to my own devices. Because the truth is I have amazing friends and a deep faith in God, to whom I can turn. I have a cool kid, a sweet boyfriend, darling pets. I've learned to pay attention to life, and to listen. I'd give up all this for a flatter belly? Are you crazy?

I still have terrible moments when I despair about my body. But they are just moments -- I used to have years when I believed I would be more beautiful if I jiggled less; if all parts of my body stopped moving when I did. Bit I believe two things now that I didn't at 30. When we get to heaven, we will discover that the appearance of our butts and skin was 127th on the list of what mattered on this earth. And I know the truth that I am not going to live forever, and this has set me free. Eleven years ago, when my friend Pammy was dying at the age of 37, we went shopping at Macy's, she was in a wheelchair, with a wig and three weeks to live. I tried on a short dress and came out to model it for Pammy. I asked if she thought it made me look big in the thighs, and she said, "Annie? You just don't have that kind of time." I live by this story.

I am thrilled -- thrilled-ish -- for every gray hair and achy muscle, because of all the friends who didn't make it, who died too young of AIDS and breast cancer. And much of the stuff I used to worry about has subsided -- what other people think of me and of how I am living my life. I give these things the big shrug. Mostly. Or at least, eventually. It's a huge relief. I became more successful in my mid-40s, but this pales compared to the other gifts of this decade -- how kind to myself I have become, what a wonderful, tender wife I am to myself, what a loving companion. I get myself tubs of hot salty water at the end of the day in which to soak my tired feet. I run interference for myself when I am working, like the wife of a great artist would: "No, I'm sorry, she can't come. She's working hard these days and needs a lot of downtime." I live by the truth that NO is a complete sentence. I rest as a spiritual act.

I have grown up enough to develop radical acceptance. I insist on the right to swim in warm water at every opportunity, no matter how I look, no matter how young and gorgeous the other people on the beach are. I don't think that if I live to be 80 I'll wish I'd spent more hours in the gym or kept my house a lot cleaner. I think I'm going to wish I had swum more unashamedly, made more mistakes, spaced out more, rested. On the day I die, I want to have dessert. So this informs how I live now.

I have survived so much loss, as all of us have by our 40s - my parents, dear friends, my pets. Rubble is the ground on which our deepest friendships are built. If you haven't already, you will lose someone you can't live without, and your heart will be badly broken, and the bad news is that you never completely get over the loss of a beloved person. But this is also the good news. They live forever, in your broken heart that doesn't seal back up. And you come through. It's like having a broken leg that never heals perfectly -- that still hurts when the weather gets cold. But you learn to dance with a limp. You dance to the absurdities of life; you dance to the minuet of old friendships.

Younger women worry that their memories will begin to go. And you know what? They will. Menopause has not increased my focus and retention as much as I'd been hoping. But a lot is better off missed. A lot is better not gotten around to. I know many of the women at the wedding fear getting older, and I wish I could gather them together again and give them my word of honor that every one of my friends loves being older, loves being in her 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s. My Aunt Gertrud is 85 and leaves us behind in the dust when we hike. Look, my feet hurt some mornings, and my body is less forgiving when I exercise more than I'm used to. But I love my life more, and me more. I'm so much juicier. And, like that old saying goes, it's not that I think less of myself, but that I think of myself less often. And that feels like heaven.

TREATMENT:
Today I awaken to the beauty of another day in ageless Infinity. I shall mark its end by knowing I have vibrated the love of God and radiated a holy and sacred atmosphere as my history this day. I walk out into the world as the perfect sweetness of eternal life.

I revel in the grace and power that allow me to live well, to be each day a day's worth better, smarter, happier, and wiser. The truth is tomorrow I will be far more than what I have known up till now. I have lived through the time when lessons came in rapid succession, and have been the beneficiary of some of Spirit's finer cold moments. It has all been a labor of love. I live honestly, and feel no embarrassment that I am the object of my own affection for I have surrendered and become the person I most admire. As I let go of old ways of being and age with grace and dignity I stand anchored in that trusting Power and Presence that knows how to handle anything and everything that is going on in my life.

It makes me happy to openly accept every stage of my life from baby to senior. That one person can embody all these opposing forms is proof of miracles indeed. I make peace with it all -- gladly and tenderly. And so it is.

10.13.03 - Becoming the Blood of Transfiguration

Today is Columbus Day, a day of discovery! I want each of you to take this Monday, this place of new beginning, and become reverent and present with each "thing" you do today. Become full (of your own graces) on this gorgeous October day. For me October brings a familiar quiet, as I enter a space between the worlds and become more introspective. I bet you all do too. There is a hush that descends over the earth, and autumn exhales its cool breath over the green world and leaves fall to reveal the bare trees and the season's naked truths. I often pause in my doing, and simply enjoy being, I regain perspective on where I have been on this year's journey. I divine my future, and remember my roots, ancestors and friends who have journeyed on before me. The veil is thin, and I feel the presence of Spirit in many forms. It is a time to seek guidance, and balance activity with deep inner work. It is also a season of excitement and joyful celebration as the Great Wheel turns and life's journey continues, like a kaleidoscope of many forms and experiences.

Take the time today to discover and feel the presence of your true nature in your life today, and every day then you will truly be walking with God and know that anything is possible.

TREATMENT:
Imagine infinity compressing and shaping itself to somehow work at the gravity of matter through the concept of time, the myopia of spatial focus, to push around dense substance, such as thought, emotion, and cells simply to assist the gossamer possibilities and magical capacities of the individual soul tucked in the pocket of God! Recognizing this exquisite Wholeness as the preeminent firmament that moves in and through me as life develops an awareness of awed grace. I am blessed with a glimpse of Spirit's complex yet effortless passage into form. The layers of the Whole, profound, original One playing as the wonderment of all that is here.

In this open space of Truth, there is nothing I need to ask for. I clearly see the limiting, distorting, and erroneous thoughts that have shaped my existence as I am momentarily lifted above the constructs of my personal creations. Nothing is out of step, at no time have I been looked over or forsaken by a higher power. Graced by an infinite freeing of consciousness (that carries the imprint of perfection) I take responsibility for all lack, for each accumulated failure, all wounds and distortions sustained. I chose it all and was willingly and unconditionally supported by an autonomous source. Comprehending my right to become healed and whole and authentic I stay grateful and eager to live what matters most t me. I am a super-saturated aspect of God's work ready to relieve all worries and gain successful passage into my original pure mind, unfettered will, unencumbered heart ~ into my own dear Self.

I am so glad to have seen the fuller picture. To witness the consolidation preceding the unfurling of life. Confident in my sense of purpose I project my existence with a freedom of knowing that can only be seeded in vigil with the Self. And so it is.

There have been times when I was angry at God. Angry because things weren't going the way I wanted and no amount of prayer seemed to be able to fix that. I felt like God wasn't listening. Maybe God didn't care. Maybe God was punishing me.

I've realized that God has been listening very carefully and responding to my thought the only way God can: with a resounding "And so it is!" If I say "my work isn't very fulfilling," God demonstrates it for me according to the strength of my belief.

If I sit down and pray for ten minutes and have a complete realization that my source and supply is the infinite intelligence of God, and then I get up and spend the rest of the day affirming that I'm broke and don't know how to pay my bills, what chance does my ten minutes of prayer have of overcoming my next ten hours of affirmations? None.

Ernest Holmes taught us that thoughts are things. They have all God‚s power behind them: an infinite supply! If my word is law, then I must be vigilant in my thoughts. because everything in my life is a demonstration of my own thinking. There is no greater power than the power of my own thinking. My word can place me in heaven right now or in the concentration camp of my own awareness. I can see that it's my choice when I'm attentive to my thoughts. God is always listening.

When I don't like the way my life looks or feels, I turn within and look at what I've been thinking. I thank God for being God and manifesting my word in a way that forces me to look at my thinking and see that the discomfort I'm feeling is a direct correspondent to my own beliefs. This is when I realize God is powerful AS ME. I change my thinking and I change my life.

TREATMENT:
The Infinite Intelligence that is everywhere present creates things out of itself by becoming the things that it makes. It does this by means of spiritual laws that are eternal; they've always been and always will be. These laws are natural, impersonal, and precise: they create from intention.

As a part of this infinitely intelligent whole, I know that my intentions also create. They create my life experience, tailoring a perfect fit based on what I've been thinking, believing, and feeling. I use this power of intention to open my eyes and perceive a clear and vibrant vision for my life. I think deeply about the life I desire, and consciously think and believe in ways that naturally, lawfully produce that experience.

Rather than just considering what needs to be "fixed", I go even deeper...to the Soul level of my life. I envision how I want to feel, what I want to be involved with, how I choose to spend my days. I consider the friendships I want to nurture and deepen, and those I want to include in my life. I think about my work, and how I want to feel while I'm doing it, and include that in this powerful intention. I play with ideas without limits, paying no attention to what has gone before; Spirit never does, and I don't have to either. Hallelujah, and so it is.

10.15.03 - Harmonious Day

AFFIRM:
I know there is only One unified consciousness of sacred expression. As God-filled Spirit functioning with a physical overlay to play the game of duality and separation I bring forth perfect harmony in all I do. Perfect flow, Ease, and Comfort journey as me because I am the pattern of the One spiritual nature experiencing unconditional love for myself and for all others. With a sweeping momentum of heart force I release these words as an instrument of action to create a blessed state of knowing. And so it is.

10.16.03 - Kodoish, Kodoish, Kodoish

We (Religious Scientists) believe that God is personal to all who feel this Indwelling Presence...We believe in the direct revelation of Truth through the intuitive and spiritual nature of man, and that any man may become a revealer of Truth who lives in close contact with the Indwelling God.

"Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?" "God is in his holy temple." St Augustine said that the pure mind is a holy temple for God, and Emerson said that God builds His temple in the heart. Seneca said that "temples are not to be built for God with stones...He is to be consecrated in the breast of each."

Every man is an incarnation of God, and since each person is an individual, everyone is a unique incarnation. We believe in the Divine Presence as Infinite Person, and personal to each. God is not a person but the Person. This Person is an Infinite Presence filled with warmth, color and responsiveness, immediately personal to each individual.

The Spirit is both an over-dwelling and an indwelling Presence. We are immersed in It, and It flows through us as our very life. Through intuition man perceives and directly reveals God. We do not have to borrow our light from another. Nothing could be more intimate that the personal relationship between the individual and the Divine Presence which is both the Center and the Source of man's being.

Whatever God is in the Universal, man is in the individual. This is why all spiritual leaders have told us that if we would uncover the hidden possibility within, we should not only discover the true Self, the Christ, we should also uncover the true God, the One and Only Cause, the Supreme Being, the Infinite Person.

Jesus taught a complete union of man with God. He proclaimed that all men are Divine, that all are One with the Father; that the Kingdom of Heaven is within, that the Father has delivered all Power unto the son' and that the son thinks the thoughts of God after Him, and imbibes Spiritual Power through realization of his Union with his Source.

TREATMENT:
In the spirit of celebration I pray this prayer today. Kodoish, Kodoish, Kodoish, Adonai Tsebayoth. (Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord God of Hosts!) The father's limitless love is being poured forth to saturate the heart vessels of all living men and women. I open to the recognition that I am to transform my being into the greater Universe of the Spirit of His Love. I begin this truth by a conscious alignment with the One divine mind within the Infinite Way.

I offer my soul to the alter of the Cosmic Flame. This white light flame of eternal purity cleanses the seals of sacred light and sound (chakras) for the highest soul growth. I open to the teachings of Light that I might harmonize with the wisdom of universal creative mind. This is an intelligence that is alive within my biology. I glimpse inward and sense the Living God seeping through to the subatomic levels so that nuclear chemistry and biochemistry align in a process of change that enables the physical body to be rebuilt cell-by-cell with Light. I am a vibratory structure of light allowing a quickening of the physical state to an even greater scale of creation.

I joyously glorify this communion of Light in physicality that will not err in executing the Father's love. I move as his spiritual light through Creation this day. And so it is.

Age Well. Start Now

HERE ARE SOME THOUGHTS by Oprah Winfrey.

I'm turning 50 in a few months. Just saying that sentence out loud feels unreal, like I'm talking about someone else. 50! Me?!?
Gone are the days of living to please other people and making judgments about what others should be doing to please me. I look to the future with a bursting desire to be more, love and live more preciously. "I wouldn't take nothin' for my journey now," says an old spiritual. Nothin' for the big lesson I learned time and again in my 20s: Give up your power to no one, especially a man who's shown he cares only about himself. Nothin' for the 30s, which taught me: Own yourself in every way possible, so you never have to sell yourself short or be bought by anyone. Nothin' for the 40s, where I've come to know that becoming more of yourself is the only route to authentic, lasting power.

Take the quote from Carol Matthau in O-to-Go. Put it on your mirror or in your memory: "There is no old age. There is, as there always was, just you." That's why it's so hard to reconcile the number of your years with who you think you are. In my head, I think I'm 38 on a good day, and hanging in around 42 on my slowest day. No matter. I know the number is irrelevant. It's what you decide to do with it that matters.

My friend Maya Angelou, who turned 75 this year, told me, "The 50s are all you were meant to be." I marvel at that because, though I've accomplished a lot, I believe the best is yet to come. There's a lot of great work to be done in the world. Whatever your age, I can assure you that it's the best time to go about the business of doing what you were called to do. Whether you're 28 or 88, you've probably stamped yourself with a label. Look at the label that comes with your age, then replace it with one that reflects the reality of your life.

I know for sure that every birthday, you decide whether to mark it the end of your greatest days or the beginning of your finest hour. Your call.

TREATMENT:
Right here and now, I realize - not just with my mind, but from my heart - that all Life is One. I am One with the Source, and one with the beauty of all its creations. I am intimately connected with all Nature, all people, and reflect the blossoming that exists with all things.

Because this is true, I know that beauty is cumulative ant that all healing, improving, and transforming of my life can only bring good to the world. By choice, I open my heart to experience the radical oneness that I can bring to my life and to the world. In the smallest of moments, I perceive that unity. In the most trivial interactions, I realize that I am truly enjoying every aspect of my life. Aging gives me confidence because with time I have gained a broader sense of self-knowledge and self-esteem. I am simply fabulous!

In moments where my perspective gets narrowed, for whatever reason, I bring my awareness back to my absolute, eternal oneness with all, and let my perspective be radically lifted every time I look at an older woman. Va-va-va-voom there is the myth of God in the face of an elder. And so it is.

10.20.03 - Living the Light

Love is the greatest force of all and has the power to heal and transform anything, from the smallest challenge in your life to the world's largest crisis. Negating your self and your ability to make a meaningful difference in someone's life does not bring forth change or abundance. You must be willing to focus on your immense power to heal in order to create a lasting, positive result and genuine abundance. Ernest Holmes would tell us that we do not question the staggering power of our minds as much as we fear the responsibility from having such power.

Right now is an important time to keep in mind that we are joined not through our bodies, but through our thoughts. And each thought you have is either causing you to feel separated from others, or, connected to a larger whole. It's not enough for us to join with other Americans, for God does not distinguish between the people from America, Afghanistan, or Japan. We must be willing to release the man-made boundaries that exist within our mind and join with all people and all living things.

Everything is pure energy. As powerful transmitters, we are constantly broadcasting our beliefs into the universe. Like magnets, our thoughts create a dynamic force field, attracting people, resources and events into our life. Since each of our circumstances reflect our self-perception, our lives are enhanced by focusing not on our perceived darkness, but on our inherent light.

Never underestimate the effect your thoughts, words and actions have on others. Simply getting quiet and saying a silent prayer for someone can be as powerful as tithing money or donating your time and talents. When we undervalue the importance of our efforts, it is because we have forgotten the magnitude of our human capacity. Each of us is a "wonder of the world" just as much as nature's wonders. And as we join our minds, remain centered on the light, and appreciate our life, we become miracle workers capable of creating wondrous results.

TREATMENT:
The Divine is that which connects all universes through love. I am the Father's legacy claiming my sonship of Light this day. The heavens rejoice as I am faithful to this human tabernacle of God's Word allowing the natural creation of Luminosity to descend into my place of expression.
 
I serve the Lord of Light and Heaven by attuning my consciousness in oneness with the Christ vibration. This energy and vibarance rises first within the mind and ripples out to fill every molecule of my physical form. This precious creation of Divine Inheritance that I am moves to a new vibratory structure of Divine Breath, and is made into the garment of Light which can measure, resurrect, and reprogram all particles of negativity that cannot hold its image or similitude. Thus the odyssey of Source now indwells in every aspect of my Being. All that I AM is in service to the Living God of creation and by virtue of this transfiguration the whole mind of man receives this codification upon Earth.  Where I will be one, all are one.
 
This motion of going into a new image and similitude is a thankful act carried out in response to His commanding call! My heart opens wide with this next ordering of evolution and I fall graciously into this redemptive dimension of light which is the realm of the Christos. And so it is.

10.21.03 - Goals of Empowerment

Reclaiming Your Power
The path to self-empowerment is not an easy one. Here are some ideas and suggested ways to get you started so that your unique soul path can be outrageously more joyful !

1) Become aware of your beliefs and how they influence your perceptions. Think about the saying: “Seeing is believing.” Perhaps it is equally valid to say: “Believing is seeing.”

2) Become aware of your emotions. If they are anything other than enthusiasm, what are you resisting?

3) Be willing to re-examine your past and memories you may have suppressed. Areas of unconsciousness represent areas you are unaware of, but that doesn’t mean they don’t influence you.

4) Be willing to walk away from situations that rob you of your personal power.

5) Be willing to let go of control over others. Trying to control others is usually as sign of fear and resistance. We cannot be self-empowered when we are trying to control others.

6) Be willing to feel your feelings without resistance. Embrace all emotions with enthusiasm. When you are angry, for example, really feel the anger. When you are in pain, be willing to fully experience the pain. Remember, it is the judgment of our feelings that causes the resistances that inhibit our personal power.

7) Connect with all the aspects of yourself. Get to know your inner child, your logical adult and your spiritual or higher self. Work on integrating the three into a harmonious unit.

8) Examine those areas in your life where you are not yet self-empowered and see what choices you have made that you may be willing to change.

9) Know the difference between self-empowerment and self-isolation. Ideally, when we are self-empowered, we connect more fully with others rather than less. Intimacy is the product of two self-empowered individuals willing to be totally seen and known by each other.

10) Understand that it isn’t so much what happens to us in life, but how we deal with it that matters.

11) Be willing to be “cause” rather than “effect” in your life. This means taking full responsibility for your words, thoughts and deeds. It also means never seeing yourself as a victim of circumstances.

12) “Dance in your passion and play in your joy.”
 
TREATMENT:
Today I awaken with an unshakable intention: to experience my power no matter what. Because God is the source of all things, and there is nothing else, everything must come from this One Perfect Source. All things have their origin in God, and this includes people, events, nature, the world...and myself.

The nature of God is perfect peace, perfect power.  It is compassionate understanding. God is the courage it takes to go beyond the small and powerless minded places I've lived in before. No matter what my little intellectual opinion may be, the choice before me is plain. Will I live from the biggest dream I can imagine, or will I merely repeat what has gone before? The choice is completely mine. Spirit is yearning for me to wake up and say yes to the authentic power that I have dreamed of. It is looking for ways to expand my idea of what is possible far beyond my current consciousness. Today, I give the Divine Creator of all life my full attention, and I let God have its way with me.

There is nothing in this world, in any form, that can impede my divine awakening. There is no situation, no habit, no unconscious clenching of my heart that can stop God from opening me up when I say yes. I'm willing to let go my powerless ways, and I do. I'm willing to let my vision be lifted up, and it is. I'm ready to see  my divine power revealed through all people, places, things, experiences, moments big and small, and I do. I know that I am one with God; I see this everywhere, I live from this truth, and nothing is ever the same again.

With absolute gratitude and joy, I let this treatment transform my awareness
of self and Self, and let the power, passion, and presence of Spirit be my
companion from this day forward. And so it is.

10.23.03 - Radical Responsibility

One of the defining characteristic of human consciousness is its insistence on giving away its "creative authority". As such, we're quick to regard the world, and especially other people, as the cause of our experience and our moods. The price of this, of course, is that we remain their effect, the unwitting hostage of our own belief. Worse, by exporting authority in this way rather than taking what I refer to as "radical responsibility," we defer the unique joy and fulfillment of using our tremendous creative power deliberately.   
 
When will we all realize that we are a free beings, spiritual beings having a human experience. That we contain unlimited potential, can create our own world, and are responsible for all events that occur in our lives! This is who and what we really are. To the degree that one chooses to believe one is not responsible for something, to that same degree one is enslaved by one's own thought. The truth is that each individual is ever-changing their own world on a daily basis.
 
As an exercise, why not explore taking radical responsibility? There are two ways to do this that can bring about a dramatic improvement in the quality of experience, both inner and outer. First assume that whatever anyone else tells you is true. Even if you don't like how this truth is presented, you can choose to ignore the "packaging" and accept the gift anyway. See if you can recognize an element of truth in whatever comes your way. Second, consider that whatever you dislike about others is true of you, and that they've come into your experience to show you either what you do to others, perhaps without realizing it, or what you do to yourself. Radical responsibility is not blame! It's the doorway to consciously creative living.
 
From this Divine breathable atmosphere, I look at life and my place in it.

TREATMENT:
God is all there is. I'm done with trying to fix what already exists; where God is, nothing can be broken. Only wholeness is present. I understand that this idea can't be understood by the relative mind, which finds reasons and rebuttals to the idea that wholeness is all there is.

But the relative mind is limited; I am free. I am free because I know that what I persist in seeing with my inner eye must appear to my outer eye. This isn't a whim, but it is spiritual law in action. What I choose to see is what I get, so I choose wholeness.

I open myself to catch the highest vision I can, knowing that the moment I perceive it, the natural laws of Life are creating this vision in form. I don't have to know how. I choose to take the leap of faith that does know how to create anything I can imagine, believe in, be passionate about, and welcome on every level.

I'm open to receive a juicy vision for what my life can become, and I let it arrive in style. I thank god for this inherent creative ability within me, and I use it every chance I get. And so it is.

TREATMENT:
There is only one life to live, one undertaking to rally towards with all the zest and passion your heart can give... that life is God's life. I have walked through many lives, some of them my own, and I am not who I was, though some principle of being abides, from which I struggle not to stray. (Stanley Kunitz) The bliss of living this incarnation is surely temporary, so I embrace each moment while I can.
 
Each woman must look to herself to teach her the meaning of life. It is not something discovered; it is something molded. That magical skill of consciously overcoming human mentality and stepping into the Goddess Light is the blueprint I choose to follow.  I establish a reliance on an all-powerful deity that fills me from within and makes sure that all my efforts, however limited, are nurtured, creative, relevant miracles of Spirit. This cloak of flesh affords my Soul the opportunity to be strengthened, loved, blessed, gifted, and caressed by that greater Self-expression within.
 
There are no finish lines here so I can stop looking for results and embrace the journey as it is. The days are innumerable, and some time in the future when looking back, I will marvel at what an interesting life I had and the distances I covered. And how I wished I had realized it sooner! I am the all knowing, perfect guru of the golden years and so it is.

10.27.03 - God's Honored Vision

Let's start this week with a brief reminder about our daily experiences, the illusion that is in truth nothing more than a mind game that is here to serve your soul. An experience is merely a tool for the soul to gain knowledge. Now, let me say that again: An experience is adding knowledge to your soul. It is not a revelation. It is not knowing that you are a creative being. It is not saying, "I am the reality of love." The purpose of all experience on Earth or in other dimensions is to add knowledge to your soul.
 
As you gain knowledge at a soul level, this spirit has more remembrance, more awareness of its creative power. If you could create that experience, you would have more knowledge to create more experiences, but that does not mean you would have more awareness of your reality. The soul loves knowledge. The soul loves expansion, and it expands with new knowledge constantly by experiencing. For you see, as you experience, you are creating; and as you are creating, you are experiencing. That is what experience is truly about. Existence is expressing the creative process. Now when you are creating in the ego system of illusion, you have experiences that you define, and you define each experience by judging them as safe/not safe, good/bad, okay, benign, reckless, careless, hateful, angry and so on.
 
By defining your experiences, you are placing them in the illusion. This is only drama. Do not get caught in the drama of your creations. A good movie, a great drama, tells a great story from beginning to end. This is what experience is. It is like a movie adding to the growth of the soul. Anyexperience you choose will add color and dimension to your soul.  What you need to realize is that it is an experience ; it is not the reality of who you are. It is an experience, it is part of the soul's journey, and when you become too involved in the drama of an experience, you may lose the reality of your true identity. Be careful this week not to abandon your true self; when you step away from the true self you are no longer in control and no longer coming from your true power.

TREATMENT:
The life of God anchors love and light everywhere it goes. To live is to experience God  l 'infini and all his work. I recognize I am as one in the Divine Unity that unfolds to compose the many scenarios of creation. I am a divine picture of Eternal Mind seeded directly within the human mind.
 
I move as an honored visionary of God's love contributing to the transition of global enlightenment. My soul's path is to feel,  realize, and stand tall in the reality of truth that all are the collective power of a Superior One. Today is a time of great opportunity ~ a realm of transformation, transition, and moving the planet farther into Light. And I do this by living and knowing that humanity is not controlled or defined by the experiences that take place each day. I can remember in each moment that all are the creator souls of the illusion we call " daily life." We are neither empowered by an experience nor helpless because of an experience. We are bigger than these daily illusions. We are the center-point, the momentum of All That Is playing a part in third-dimensional drama. In this place, from this vantage point, it all feels good. I can embrace it all; every actor on the planet. As peace and happiness I honor all souls, their God essence and their creativity. As with myself, I embrace them for the beautiful roles they are playing in the drama.
 
I give thanks for this experience. To play in the drama and choose to love, truly love, my whole world! That is the vibration of global enlightenment, and the role I easily play this day. And so the experience is. Amen.

I resonate with Anne Frank’s quote because often I too step outside to connect with the beauty of nature and to rejuvenate, refresh and remember the truth of who I am.  To be immersed and surrounded by beauty always inspires me.
 
As much as I was impressed by the power of this quote coming from a 16 year-old woman who was hiding from the Nazis while she wrote it and who was able to stay connected to the beauty of nature and the goodness of humanity even while her own life was in peril, I was a little afraid to approach the backdrop of darkness and sadness that this triumphantly healing quote rose out of.  As I look at my life now, there is less separation between what I know and what I see.  I am more readily able to go beyond appearances and see that the darkness and the light are one. There is so much beauty in humanity. It is through our humanity that we reveal our divinity.  It is through our humanity that we know the eternal presence of God within us. You have to be grateful for inspirations such as Anne Frank. Just thinking of how her spirit persevered makes my knees wobbly. What clarity and finesse this child had.  

Open your heart to the beauty of God all around, in and through you and let the magnificence of that beauty inspire you to see the spiritual Reality of what Is, and not what you prefer it to be.

TREATMENT:
God, the One source and power, is all that there is. It is the light that is over all things; wherever I look, it is there.
 
Today I consciously choose to recognize the omnipresence of God. It is indeed everywhere. In this season of autumn light, its softness fills my days. The gentle joy of life returning to its roots again in celebratory completion.  I notice the trickling of time over that last season of growth has brought much knowledge. I am wiser now, another year of nature's lifeblood sealed by the shading and hues of her harvest. I prepare my inner garden so that this new wisdom can live deep within me. And lovingly this wisdom shall  respond to me, lawfully taking the content of my consciousness and making it into my reality.
 
I see with absolute clarity how fulfillment and completeness are the gifts that I have given to myself this past year. What I have attended to ... I have become. How well I see the power that my own acts have had on me; the places of joy, the places of misery. How easily we forget because we have the power to direct our attention, we have the power to direct life. Thank you Nature for allowing me to see the increase in love, the increase in connection, in joy, and good in my life in every form! And so it is.

Wherever I am in my life, I remember this eternal truth. I regard other people as they truly are, and I regard myself as I truly am.
 
I live my life, in this world, knowing that everything is One, everything is connected, and wherever I am, I'm standing on holy ground. Naturally, I live mindfully and compassionately.
 
I bring a conscious awareness of the blazing divinity that is everywhere present to all that I do, and nothing is ever the same. And so it is.

10.30.03 - Eternal Presence

I have been privileged to travel through the lands of New Mexico and Colorado. Recently I once again visited these sacred vistas in dream time and I became aware, deep in my being, of eternity.

The homes of the American Indians created high in the side of a mountain or out in the middle of a mesa spoke to me of their spiritual energy, transformed into dwellings.  I sat in a great "kiva," or meeting place for ceremonies and felt my heart beating with the wisdom of the ages.

This great expanse of land was home to many diverse groups of Indians who traveled and traded with one another, sharing their diverse ideas and customs.  They were often fine artisans, creating knives and hammers, awls and needles.  They wore garments of cotton and created ornaments of shells, turquoise and stone.  There was decorative pottery and petroglyphs —telling the story of their aspirations and connection to God.

I revisited the petrified forest, the evidence of many eons exists.  It is an incredibly expansive experience.  No artist could possibly recreate the patterns and exquisite colors of the stories of climate and conditions on petrified wood.  This wood was formed 225 million years ago!

The layers of colors in the Painted Desert each tell of a different weather system and era at work on the land.  In the middle of this vast experience of wonderment, eternity pulsates your whole being.  You know life is eternal.  To take the time to be a part of this immense intelligence and to receive the great truths is a gift so life-affirming, it reverberates deep within the soul.

Rum-tum-tum....how great to be energized by God's eternal presence once again,

TREATMENT:
There is only One, and that One is God. It is the source of everything that is, the creative fire, the infinite Presence that beats within all things. I open my eyes today and perceive this Presence within, as, and beneath all Form. I choose to look deeper, and see what really Is.
 
I know that Spirit is the source of all that I am, including what I deeply desire. I know that the life I am yearning to live is the result of Spirit's yearning to express itself as me. It has always been this way - for all people, so I open my life to this power, letting my ability to perceive the greater connection expand without limit. My mind is completely receptive to the highest, most expansive thinking, and Spirit fills my mind today with all the ideas I need to do great and wonderful things in my life.
 
I let myself be drawn by what it is I truly love - my own Source - and my life is forever changed. I am forever changed. This world is the place where I have been blessed to express my truest nature, and I do. And so it is.

10.31.03 - Getting a Treat

Hello on this grand day of Alchemical Celebration! In our country tonight millions of children will dress up in costumes and head out to receive a bounty of goodies from all the neighboring houses. If you tune in, you can feel the excitement. And in the grown-up world we play with many concepts today ... we may be attending costume parties ourselves, terrorizing ourselves, or simply communing with the magical forces of the universe. For those of you who do not have plans I invite you to go trick or treating with me in the cosmos.
 
In just two weeks the whole globe will be gifted with a harmonic concordance. A significant configuration of 6 stars will form into a Star of David in the heavens on November the 8th. This particular Star of David is very powerful since it is created no matter where you are in the world because it only includes planets. The planets are very close in degrees to each other. The Star of David alignment activates within each cell of each person. A cellular encoding identifies the day as a signal and opportunity to move past what is limiting. Allowing humanity to embrace the future of planetary healing with such a zest and passion that all else pales in comparison. We each will be open to having the opportunity to activate a unique and profound healing process at the cellular level within ourselves. An accelerated spiritual growth process of consciousness and physical ascension, in order to become a Spiritual Master on Earth.
 
A beacon is about to be birthed and all eyes look up for the promised sign of a future that must go beyond the predictions of the past. A new doorway is opening, and it will be felt on all levels seen and unseen. TREATMENT:
The mystical powers of the Universal Source engulf my world as a blanket of Trust. As I walk through the land of unknown spooks, spirits, and demons I find within myself the magic of Self-Knowing. The spell of opening my mind and heart to a deeper realization that I am Spirit. For Spirit is my true form, and the form I see in the mirror is but an intelligent consciousness having an experience of belonging in the world.
 
Today I knock on the door of the Universe and claim my treat of inherent rightness, wholeness, and goodness..... a sense of being both blessing and blessed....totally at home in the heart of Spirit. I understand that there is nothing to fear in the unknown. The still, dark places of the universe contain the creative seeds of tomorrow's experiences. These are the silent places where I can awaken to what's going on right now. Become alive with all the good that is here in this moment. I release anything that keeps me from adoring who I really am, anything that would keep me stuck in limiting patterns or beliefs. Today I see beyond the mask and the costume of a human life and embrace the powerful Eternal Spirit of Light that truely can shape all my thoughts and all my beliefs.
 
I give thanks for this inner celebration of holiday today, and I know that it always uplifts me and refreshes me to summons the power of my authentic Self in spiritual recognition. It brings a greater joy than all others. I give thanks for the invisible palpable presence of Spirit in my life, and for all the blessings that brings. And so it is.
