03.01.04 - Squeaky Clean
THE MISSING PIECE
It is not uncommon for my day to include a walk,
playtime with the dogs, meditation, or music before going into
the office
to
work. Why?
I am feeding my mind and giving it a bath. A bath in beauty, in
symmetry; but more particular imbuing the inspiration of Spirit
that naturally occurs in the world. Then when I get to the office
my mind is better able to remain quiet and confident in the face
of any problems that arise. Only by doing so can I solve them more
nearly correctly -- with wisdom.
Surely, it is wise to recognize that all problems exist only in
your mind. No one sees the problem just as you do. There are no
problems in papers, books, and machinery. And let's not forget
that the solutions to problems also exist in your mind. How about
lifting the veil of separation between them?
You may not be able to do the same things I do first thing in the
morning. But where are your beauty, symmetry, and inspiration of
Spirit? Where do they reside for you? How simple it is to paint
beauty, harmony, and fulfillment by meditating for a few minutes
each morning -- visioning that things go right instead of wrong.
Thinking that things are "good enough to be true" instead
of "too good to be true". Thinking along these lines
puts you in tune with the Principle of the whole universe. The
result brings wonderful experiences. Activities begin to slip into
their proper places, with effortless endeavor. Try it and see!
At the state swim meet there was a beautiful young girl in competition.
She outshone the others by her effortless easy with which she swam.
I overheard someone ask her whom she studied with. "No one," she
answered. "Then how is it that you swim so beautifully and
effortlessly?" they asked.
"
Well," she replied, "I don't exactly know. But I suppose
it is because I am 'in love' with the water."
That was her meditation.
Whatever you love to do, whatever seems beautiful to you is a vessel
for a clean mind!

TREATMENT:
As a living being with a divine nature, I was created from the
infinite
and eternal life of God. As I reflect on the magnificence of creation,
I feel a sense of wonder. I realize I am a divine spiritual being,
endowed
with all the attributes of Spirit. This Truth is wondrous. I am
alive with
God's Presence. I am saturated with Divinity. I am love. I am light.
I am joy.
I know I am in this life to express and share my truest nature,
so I
dedicate each day to giving my divine greatness to Life. As such,
I prepare myself accordingly each morning. I align with the vision
of
God potential I witness in the world. I absorb beauty, I cultivate
patterns
of peace and harmony for I understand to "be" these things
I must
not leave them out of my daily comings and goings. I rejoice in
the
wonder of my being and let it fill my consciousness. I am training
my mind to always correspond my internal knowings and nature with
my external objective experiences. My life has a deep meaning.
I am the minstrel of Spirit, here on purpose. Stretching and growing,
living the highest creative endeavor. I am grateful for the loving
nature of Universal Mind as it acts in amazing ways to fulfill
my word
this day. And so it is.

- Deep Truths
In
Virginia Beach we have a local gathering spot called the "Heritage
Store". On any given weekend, you can choose from yoga
sessions, meditation classes, astrology intensives, and a hundred
other adventures in woo-woo. Grizzled veterans of the scene
have a phrase to describe the attitude of workshop leaders
who are overly proud of how enlightened they are -- who ooze
a pretentious solemnity that belies the divine grace they're
supposedly championing. The term is, "stinky Zen." It's
a perfect way to convey the fact that humorless self-importance
can sabotage even the finest ideals.
We all need to be on alert for this stench, not only in New
Age types, but in everyone! I nominate each of you to be the
whistleblowers who make sure that all the deep truths stay
fun and genuine.

TREATMENT:
There is One God, One Mind, One Spirit, and One Power.
I stand in the now and view my world from the Absolute.
The power of every life, the very life itself, is determined
by what it relates itself to. . . I know this as my truth and
can feel its palpable power working and manifesting in and
through all I do.
My life is the out-picturing of the sensuous sense perception
of
Spirit. I accept, right here and right now, that I feel the
inner spiritual
sense through which man is opened to the direct revelation
and
knowledge of God. The genuine spiritual supremacy and illumination
thus realized through my own development gives the perfect
inner
vision and direct insight into the character, properties, and
purpose
of all things which my attention and interest are directed.
To that,
I have no need to demonstrate how special I am, or how I many
know more than another. All my inspired teaching and spiritual
revelations are based upon the recognition of the spiritual
faculties
of the soul and that is enough for me. The conscious unity
of me
in spirit and purpose with Divine Omniscience is the greatest
fun
I can imagine!
I am filled with thanks simply to be able to approach all beings
and
things from the divine side. They are seen in the light of
God's
purpose in them and through them. And so it is. Amen.

- All Good is Mine
AFFIRM:
God evolves my consciousness, and
I awaken to more and more
of me as His perfect idea; complete and whole!
Every cell and function of the body temple is in harmonious
relationship to the one Whole and reflects the perfection
of the Infinite.
All my affairs are orderly, abundant, charged with love,
joy, and peace.
I live the serenity and security of God's perfect plan!
Gratefully I let it be! And so it is!

- Summon Peace
From
Meditations of the Heart by Howard Thurman, p. 186
" I Seek Room for Peace"
I SEEK the enlargement of my heart that there may be room
for Peace.
Already there is room enough for chaos. There is in every
day's experience much that makes for confusion and bewilderment.
Often I do not understand quite how my relations with others
become frayed and chaotic. Sometimes this chaos is a positive
thing; it means that something new, creative and whole
is beginning to pull together the tattered fragments of
my relationship with a person and to fashion it into that
which delights the spirit and makes glad the heart. Sometimes
the chaos is negative, a sign of degeneration in a relationship
once meaningful and good. There is room enough for chaos.
But the need of my heart is for room for Peace: Peace of
mind that inspires singleness of purpose; Peace of heart
that quiets all fears and uproots of purpose; Peace of
heart that quiets all fears and uproots all panic; Peace
of spirit that filters through all confusions and robs
them of their power. These I see NOW. I know that here
in this quietness my life can be infused with Peace.
Therefore, before God, I seek the enlargement of my heart
at this moment, that there may be room for Peace.
TREATMENT:
The One intelligence that is behind and within all life
is in me; it knows
what to do, how to do it, and what it's doing all the time.
My own spirit,
my own soul, is totally aware of the direction in my life.
I'm here as part
of a great plan of the evolution of consciousness, and
I participate in that
evolution joyfully.
I know that how I help the consciousness of the world to
evolve is simple: I
create a wonderful, fulfilling, joyous life. I do this
by thinking and
believing in ways that support me every day. I believe
that life is
abundant. I believe that people are wonderful. I believe
that love is
everywhere, and that my own creative wellsprings are always
flowing, looking
for a way to be expressed in the world.
Everything I need to create a great life is right here
within me. My life
experience doesn't depend on the actions of others, the
economy, the
weather, my history, or on anything at all except for my
ability to believe.
I strengthen my ability to believe in the best by beginning
each day
believing in something better. As my ability to believe
increases, I
experience an increase in joy, in peace of mind, in love,
and in abundance.
Thank God for the simplicity of all this! I let my life
be opened up to a
great and wonderful experience of life, knowing that as
I heal my own life,
I heal the life of everyone who's ready for transformation.
I evolve the
world soul by evolving my own. And so it is.

TREATMENT:
God is the Spirit of Infinite Life. The power and presence
of this existence is resident in every point in the Universe.
The magnificent splendor of this unfolding joyous expression
is my life and love now.
Within my daily rountine I remember to use the drawing
power
of mind. Thoughts as a science are demonstrated abundantly
each day. The law of correspondence between spiriutal and
material things is wonderfully exact in its workings. So
today,
I am the energy of the living Spirit of Truth. I release
any
opinions or evaluations and righteous judgments. In all
things,
there is a blessing, so I demand to see the sanctity clearly
revealed. My mind is clear, and I behold the radiant lovliness
of
life as the ruling mood of my day.
Faith is nothing more or less than the operation of the
thought
forces in the form of an earnest desire, coupled with the
expectation
as to its fulfillment. With thanksgiving I send out this
prayer watered
by firm expectation that when it returns I will love to
be living it!
And so it is.

- The Wonder of Joy
To
prosper and enjoy your soul's journey on Earth,
there are three cornerstones that you must embody:
peace, joy and blessings.
So this week I am going to challenge you to try the path
of soul joy. What do I mean by soul joy? Joy is a sense
of l-i-g-h-tness. Joy is wonder. Joy is colors and sparkles.
Joy is magnificent. Joy expands and expands and expands
and touches into unknown places. Joy is an adventurer.
Joy embraces all things and sees them as beautiful. Every
vibration to joy is magnificent. Whether that vibration
is one that seems to be harsh in your ego mind, or whether
it is one that feels good to you, to joy it matters not.
Joy is a playground. It roams all over finding the beauty:
looking, examining, seeing the most minute, littlest detail
in all it sets its eyes upon. Not to be confused with its
counterpart, happiness. Happiness is the illusion of your
ego attempting to be joy. It is always dependent upon an
external situation, person, involvement or creation, while
joy resides within you!
Your soul equals joy. Joy bubbles up and pours forth over
into all creations. Your soul lives in this beauty. Your
soul knows that you are magnificent and that you are brilliant.
When you recognize the beingness of who you are and when
you recognize that this beingness is the All That Is expressing
Itself as you, what can that be but joy? What a magnificent,
magnificent individualized expression of the creative process
you are! Make the time this week to reflect upon joy and
upon the great wonder of who you are.
Talk to the beingness of who you are and ask you ask your
soul to express joy. Tell your soul, "I want to feel
the joy of who I am." Sometimes this may feel impossible
in the moment of an emotion. Remember, the emotion you
are feeling is only the confused ego attempting to keep
you safe. Also remember that it is powerless to do so.
Choose the greater power of who you are. If you make this
a practice, even for one week, your soul will respond and
you will find the grandeur of wonder and magnificence in
all existence.
Let it run, let it play!

TREATMENT:
As I stand in the Presence of the One Life, the One Power
back of all there is, I remember I am the gift of Life
to Itself.
My father and mother are the agents that gave me the body,
the house in which I live, but the real life that created
me out
of Itself comes from the Infinite Source of Life, God,
who is
our Father.
I am all life is - a dynamic, eternal, evolving power of
joy in
the universe. I use this power of bliss to uplift, bless,
prosper,
and heal everyone and every situation I touch today. Since
what I believe about myself is all I experience in life,
I choose
to believe I am a joyous dance of Spirit that cannot fail
in
bringing satisfactory results. No good thing can be withheld,
for I trust myself fully to the Law, the force that transcends
all limitations. I love and appreciate my life and all
my creations.
I enjoy living, and I recognize the many reasons this is
true today.
I celebrate the beauty and peace of my thoughts, and my
uplifted
awareness is my gift back to Life. I am a joyful soul that
becomes
translucent to the Infinite Spirit so that all things may
be revealed
to me. For this, I am grateful. And so it is.

- Ready and Holy
There
are two simple truths you need to accept if you are to
move effortlessly
into the world of soul, the world which is based on the
laws of love.
First Truth is: You're Ready. You are ready to release
the fearful beliefs that have kept you bound to the concept
of separation. You are ready to accept the reality of love
that is the foundation of your existence. And you are ready
to give love to everyone in every way, for that is the
only way you will fully experience it for yourself.
Second Truth is: You Are Holy. Who you really are is beyond
the scope of your imagination. If you are one with the
Divine Pulse of creation, then you are also one with the
holiness of God. When you realize this, when you begin
to perceive this truth within everyone you meet, including
yourself, then the world will change by itself. You are
holy, and that cannot change. When you accept that you
are ready, and that the truth in you is the very essence
of holiness, then you will recognize the next teacher ˜ the
Messenger of Love. It is this teacher who will take you
through the Door of Eternity, to the very seat of the soul.
TREATMENT:
The sacred books, the inspired writings, all come from
the same
source -- God, God speaking through the souls of those
who open
themselves that He may speak through. I perceive that God
as the
deep place within me that has the power to transform my
human
existence, the sound and the feelings that engage me to
realize
the vital principles of this One.
One doesn't grasp a great truth. One opens to it hoping
that one
day it will drift past your ear and be caught in the net
of your
awareness, then sink into the soul where it will resonate
with the
vibrating strings of the heart. And in that fateful moment
grace
descends and you are shown the absurd, laughable limitations
of
the impermanent human life. The day-to-day experiences
spark
inspirations of Wisdom and Love which is the breath of
the power
of God. A practice of true worship is established by willingly
accepting the Self as a poised, vital idea rooted in Spirit.
Belief
in the fact that we are all the action of God made manifest,
and
displaying the Allness of God right where each is.
This is my life, and with an earnest, sincere heart I let
it unfold in
splendor. I am in tune with the Infinite Spirit of Life
and Power that
is back of all, uniquely individualized. I delight in knowing
and
feeling my life is the life of God. I am a holy eternal
attribute of the
One that never ceases being. And so it is.

- Uniting Consciousness
The hope of man has been that finding some supernatural
power he would be able to recapture that state of bliss
on earth. It must be clear to every thinking person, however,
that in his attempt to find harmony, man has been searching
in the wrong way and in the wrong place. Individual harmony
and world peace will never be established by searching
for some new supernatural power. Man's need is to re-establish
himself in his original Edenic estate which is oneness
with God.

There is only One Life. That life is God's life and that
life
is my life now. Self-remembrance unfolds the inner beloved.
This Presence of raw, unbridled Truth invokes love into
every
living thing and consecrates a creative union. In this
state of
Self-Realization I am living in the One real world.
I now express my life as a uniting consciousness. There
is no
longer any space between my Divine and mundane life. The
spiritual and the every day have arranged themselves into
a
meaningful wholistic symmetry. I am the most beautiful
petal
of God's flower. I choose to become a soul-dominated personality.
There is a harmonic rhythm between inward stillness and
outward
activity. I embody purity of motive. Harmlessness of thought,

I am thankful to recognize and focus, with conscious thought,
on the
Providence of God that now rules my Being. I boldly send
these words
out into the causative dimension of consciousness -- where
Spirit is
materialized. From this higher world they shall be revealed
to me.

- This Attitude I Practice

TREATMENT:
There is One Healing Power in the Universe; that Power
is God.
God's idea of Itself as me is the center of me. This vision
is Life
seeking to be fulfilled perfectly -- the primal energy
of creation
in motion, unfolding as an ever-expanding circle of "all
God, all
good" in all directions. Infinite possibilities of
healing await me,
ready to come into physical existence as I draw upon them.
The trajectory of Spirit in moving through all dimension
of me --
the body temple, my body of affairs, my body of consciousness.
It rises as a divine tone of satisfaction, as an exquisite
sense of
oneness that is beyond words. God's idea of me, this Source
energy
that is cascading in waves from inside out, is the pattern
of wholeness.
This pattern is my "in the beginning" DNA. It
is the original word that
continues to originate me, the word made flesh continuing
to flesh me in
Its image, Its likeness, and Its substance. God is living,
breathing,
moving, having Its "isn't life grand" beingness
as ME. It is Creativity
creating, Love loving, Prosperity prospering. God is "Godding" me
right here, right now, always!
Yes, thank God! The divinely aggressive pattern of wholeness
is
greater than the illusion of unwholeness. God's timeless
certainty
of who I am is greater than my time-bound version of doubt.
The
truth that God is having a wonderful life as me rises up
new again.
And I am new again. And so it is.

03.18.04
- First Cause
"I
am the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith
the Lord,
which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty."
Revelations 1:8
Spirit as Absolute Cause is the beginning and end of everything.
If we place complete reliance upon this Spirit as being
the adequate Cause, then we may also place complete assuredness
upon It as producing the desired effect. When we give a
spiritual mind treatment we are using this Absolute Cause,
which is the Alpha. From IT automatically proceeds the
effect, which is the Omega. Thus, treatment contains the
potential possibility of its own answer. Jesus said, ".
. .the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and
they are life." He knew that because he consciously
dealt with First Cause, there would be no question about
the effect.
A lack of the realization that there is but one final Power
has given rise to the belief in many gods. Some of these
gods we call evil, lack, want, limitation, pain, disease,
death. These false gods must be deserted, for there is
but One, which is Truth's Self. We are told that while
we cannot behold the invisible Presence with these physical
eyes, "the divine eye I give unto thee". This
has an identical meaning with the saying of Paul that spiritual
things must be spiritually discerned.
Impart your divine authority into this First Cause -

TREATMENT:
With every breath I take, I breathe in the Allness of God.
For God is all there is. I am filled with the serenity
and
security of the radiant One that initiates all Life. Today
I
recall the inner knowledge that God is First Cause, the
One
Source and Supply of all.
In my conscious awareness I bear in mind that God always
works through human instruments in supplying the necessary
and the needful. I open my heart and arms and speak with
confidence,
expecting my every idea, desire, and thought to manifest
in my physical
experience. I overcome every lower tendency to remain aloof
from the
connectedness of my Divine Nature. Every trace of non-acceptance
and
resistance is uprooted in subjective consciousness and
God's perfect
order prevails in my life and affairs. All thoughts are
empowered with the
vision of what I wish to have and know. I expect miraculous
good and
accept only the best and better.
Within the flow of Spirit, I am uplifted to a transcendent
state and
vibration of love, happiness, and freedom. In this place
of Terra Christa
I am serene, confident, and grateful. I relax and witness
the hand of the
Lord deliver. And so it is.

choose the thought that makes you worry or the thought

The Science of Deliberate
Creation
TREATMENT:
There is only one life, one mind, one heart, and one perfect
pure presence
of Life. It is everywhere, in everything and in everyone.
It is the source
of all creation, and it is my source. Today I know that
whatever the task or
challenge before me in my life, it is present. Whatever
it is that I embark
upon this day, that presence is in me.
This is good to know! For whether I am working towards
healing, expansion,
or looking to do or become something completely new in
my life, the truth is
that Spirit is at work right alongside me. My life is the
work of Spirit, in
form as me, with my personality and perceptions, thinking
through my mind,
manifesting through my actions, and loving through my heart.
I consciously
open my life every day for this wonderful Spirit to be
present in me. This
is indeed a choice I make, for whether I choose to be an
opening for Spirit
or not, it is always present.
In this opening that I make, joy is born. Healing and understanding
have
full sway. Compassion and kindness reign. And abundant
ease makes its home
wherever I am. This is the result of consciously making
this choice, to know
that behind what I know is the Knower. Within what I do
is the action of
Spirit. I joyously take time every day to open my mind
and heart and life to
the action of Spirit, and the results are amazing! For
this, I give enormous
thanks. And I let this be so. And so it is.

- A Little Investment
Do
you get that your environment comes in response to your
thoughts? So often people play it backwards and their thoughts
come in response to their environment. That's why we are
quite often wanting to control everything in our world.
The basis of life is freedom; you are so free that you
can choose to direct your thought anywhere! And your freedom
will truly come when you learn to exercise the power of
your own focus. Reorient yourself with the consciousness
that is individually best for self! And remember you cannot
NOT stay connected to Source, and to the Whole. Well-being
abounds and it is simply your joy to focus on it. Become
the path that allows....the thought path, the words, the
imagery, the picture, the memory, the projection of thought,
the process, the tool, the operation of the Universe!
Ohhh yeah,

TREATMENT:
The Universe is an intelligent spiritual system that always
knows how to
balance itself. It creates out of itself, perfectly, lawfully,
and
lovingly... then consistently maintains its creation in
perfect harmonious
balance. The same is true of me, for I am one with this
infinite spiritual
system. The universe maintains me in perfect orderly balance,
and all that I
have created in my life can be in this same absolute equilibrium.
Every area of my life is now brought into this equilibrium,
with enough play
and enough work, enough activity and rest, just the right
amount of
all things so that my life moves effortless with the natural
flow of things.
My thinking, too, is balanced and steady; so are my emotions.
This doesn't
mean that life is flat; on the contrary, life is richer
and richer every
moment. The nature of life is to continually harmonize
with itself, so every
facet of my day moves fluidly into the next, with all things
of importance
attended to in the right way, at the right time.
I don't use my precious time in ways that don't serve me
or the greater
livingness of my life; I am attuned to what to do in every
moment, and I
do it...of course, with perfect grace, ease, and balance!
I am so grateful
to the Power of Spirit to restore the perfect equilibrium
in every area of
my life, and I accept this blessing with great joy. And
so it is.

- The Great Influence is Within
From
Practicing the Presence by Joel S. Goldsmith
p. 76 Many times we find it difficult to love our neighbor
because we believe that our neighbor is standing between
us and our good. Let me assure you that this is far from
true. No outer influence for good or evil can act upon
us. We ourselves release our good. To understand the full
meaning of this requires a transition in consciousness.
As human beings, we think that there are those individuals
in the world who can, if they would, be good to us; or
we think that there are some who are an influence for evil,
harm, or destruction. How can this possibly be true if
God is the only influence in our life - God, who is "closer...than
breathing, and nearer than hands or feet"? The only
influence is that of the Father within, which is always
good. "Thou couldest have no power at all against
me, except it were given thee from above."
TREATMENT:
The nature of God is primal creation. Movement and light
his spiritual expression of a joyous heart. I am just one
unique
prism of light for the blueprint of divine creation. A
human
flower of creation expanding in a chamber of enlightenment
(Earth).
The energy of harmonic resonance becomes the focus of my
spiritual practice today.
With an earnest heart I unfold into practice, patience,
peacefulness
and equaniminity. By consciously leading into each and
every
situation. Maintain equanimity. By consciously leading
into each
and every situation and responding to any and all input
with patient,
peaceful equanimity my life reflects harmonic resonance.
A place of
wholeness, unfazed by political, economic, global, and
personal chaos.
A place that cannot yield to cynicism or despair. I apply
Spirit's divine
standards to my own life regardless of anything I notice
around me. This
means to impact any of the greater and larger good of this
planet in my
own personal day-to-day life is my joyous creation. It
is my power, and
it is massive and pivotal.
I am devoted and filled with God's grace as I develop a
life that affirms
only the irresistible force of God's love. In each and
every moment. I can
be that which we all seek. Life is good and I am safe.
And so it is.

- Embracing Soul
AFFIRM:
The synchronicity of all that is
demonstrates magnificence in my life
now!
The harmonic chords of Intelligence create the beautiful
sounds of life here on earth.
I continue to awaken to the wonder of creativity and
expression which comes as a result of freedom.
My essence explodes with light and joy as I claim
my space on this planet with ease and grace.
All is perfection and I open myself

- Producing the Invisible
There
is naugh whatsoever higher than I . . .
all this is threaded on Me, as rows of pearls on a string.

All things are threaded on the Divine like rows of pearls
on a string. Spiritual intuition tells us that beauty is
at the root of everything. Ugliness if its suppositional
opposite. We must sense not the opposite but the Reality.
It is this Divine Presence which we are to recognize through
everything. For every apparent opposite we are to supply
a spiritual sense that is transcendent of the form which
the material sense has created. In this way we can look
at, in, and through a difficulty or a challenging situation,
until we perceive the truth at the very center of its being.
Thus a false appearance is transmuted into an angel of
light, for there is naught beside Him. If everything enduring
and true comes from God, the Creator, then we may be certain
that no matter what the appearance is, the Reality is always
perfect. This is why Jesus said we were not to judge according
to appearances, but to judge righteously, to let our knowledge
be of the certainty of the Divine Presence at the center
of everything.

TREATMENT:
Life is not an achievement, it is a gift. An intoned harmony
that pulsates from a quiet centralization of universal
livingness.
This melody of absolute, eternal, and infinite power is
God.
Because all life originates from this divine rhythm I recognize
my beauty and nature as Its being. I embrace this heavenly
mystery and just like the lake, the sunset, the rose .
. . . I
become God's sermon of life in me, as me, and through me.
Every moment today is filled with the vibrancy of the Most
High; therefore, I live each moment to the fullest creating
powerful
experiences of possibility and opportunity. I ground in
the truth
that I live in the realm of Cause, not effect. In surrendering
to this
knowledge it is easy to live in a state of being in which
I vision my
life as I desire it to be. There is not one circumstance
or experience
I cannot change to be more comfortable. Lack now finds
prosperity.
Illness transmutes to vitality and health. Frustration
and anger resolve
into appropriate boundary setting. Loneliness allows in
love, harmony,
and beauty. Seeing my life from the perception of Divine
rightness
energetically aligns me with universal wholeness thus I
am living,
breathing, and acting within the condition that makes all
results inevitable.
Ready to live this grand adventure, I fill myself with
prayerful expectancy
and release all sense of burden to the law. I let go and
let God have full
sway in my life. And so it is. Amen.

- The Heart of Man
He
assigned to man two spirits with which he should walk.
They are the spirits of truth and of falsehood,
truth born out of the spring of Light,
falsehood from the well of darkness.
The dominion of all the children of truth
is in the hands of the Angels of Light
so that they walk in the ways of Light.
The spirits of truth and falsehood struggle within
the heart of man,
behaving with wisdom and folly.
And according as a man inherits truth
so will he avoid darkness.
Blessings on all that have cast their lot with the Law,
that walk truthfully in all their ways.
May the Law bless them with all good
and keep them from all evil
and illumine their hearts with insight into the things
of life and grace them with knowledge of things eternal.

TREATMENT:
Today I recognize that I am a perfect being, living
under perfect conditions, knowing that the goodness
of Truth alone is real.
I know, too, that It is the only power in my life.
Everything I think, say, or do is from the spiritual
viewpoint of God in everything.
And so it is.

- Wait and See
How
much time does the universe need to bring about the material
manifestation of what has been claimed inwardly? Dr. Holmes
would tell us to engage the method of mental equivalents
correctly and fully and to believe that the fulfillment
of our desire simply hasn't happened yet. He would pat
us on the back and look attentively into our eyes and remind
us to rest faithfully in the feeling of fulfillment. Faith,
like love as Shakespeare describes it, "bears it out,
even to the edge of doom," and various spiritual writings
tell us that our faith in "the substance of things
unseen" ( Christianity ) must be unwavering.
Yet there are situations in which the outer fulfillment
seems to take an awfully long time in coming, if indeed
it is coming at all. I understand and sympathize deeply
with how challenging this can be. There are many useful
things Science of Mind and Dr. Holmes would have to say
about this, the first of them being that merely noticing
that an outer manifestation hasn't taken place creates
a counterintention. By allowing the apparent void to occupy
your present awareness you disrupt the relief, peace, and
contentment of the alignment you were directing.
To assist you in carrying out the process of creation & manifestation
correctly and deeply choose to believe that the fulfillment
of your claim in consciousness just hasn't happened yet.
Lead into those feelings of expecting it to be done, and
that creative waves of energy are dipping into pre-manifest
matter (through intending) to select the perfect version
of Reality just for you! Have the unwillingness to settle
for less than what "the eye of the beholder" can
create.
Intend everything today in a context that it is already
under way, already flowing to you -

TREATMENT:
The light of Spirit rushes throughout all creation, an
everywhere present,
unlimited intelligence with the ability to apply that intelligence
wherever
it is needed. There's nothing that can impede the perfect
revelation of
these spiritual energies in joyous and life-affirming ways.
And this
intelligence has been made manifest as me, in me; I am
the creation of
Spirit that thinks, chooses and decides!
I've been given a great gift; the ability to create my
experience of
everything in life simply by changing my thought. Knowing
the power of this
stream of consciousness within me, I pay close attention
to what's going on
in my mind, listening intently to my intuition, choosing
again if my inner
talk is not the best of the best. I think clearly and set
a clear intention
to live from the best of myself, always. And I do. And
so it is.

- Love Begets Love

431 How God Forgives "We
are told that God will forgives us after we have forgiven
others. This is a direct
statement and one that we should ponder deeply. Can God
forgive until we have forgiven? If God can work for us
only by working through us, then this statement of Jesus
stands true, and is really a statement of the law of
cause and effect. We cannot afford to hold personal animosities
or enmities against the world or individual members of
society. All such thoughts are outside the Law and cannot
be taken into the heavenly consciousness. Love alone
begets love. People do not gather roses from thistles.
The Father who seest in secret will reward us openly.
Shall we not learn to enter the 'secret place of the
Most High',
within our own soul, in gladness? We are to fast without
outward sign, but with the inner mind open and receptive
to the Good alone. Our treasure is already in heaven,
and our thought can take us to this treasure only when
it is
in accord with divine harmony and perfect love.
TREATMENT:
Love is the only power there is. It is the cause of all
creation. It is the
power to heal, to inspire, and to create. Love is the binding
force in the
Universe, holding everything together and maintaining everything
that
belongs together in right relationship.
I was created to experience love in every way. Even when
I don't perceive
love's presence, it is there. Today I choose to call love
forth into all my
thinking, my choices, and into every facet of my experience.
I know that
this means one thing: I must release everything unlike
love. So I do.
Wherever I'm holding on to anger or resistance, love goes
to work and fills
that place with itself. Wherever I'm choosing to blame
or resent, love heals
and aligns me with itself. I'm no longer willing to live
a life that is only
partially loving.
I actively and forcefully practice forgiveness, looking
for those places
where I have believed that any other is the cause of my
experience. I choose
to rethink, reframe, and revolutionize! My consciousness
is filled with
enough love to forgive those who have harmed me, intentionally
or
accidentally. I am able to forgive those who have hurt
me through their own
ignorance or misguided beliefs. I am able to forgive those
who have brought
suffering to the world in large and small ways, because
I know that the
power of Love is stronger than any confusion or contempt.
Thank God that the power to think clearly, to love fully,
and to trust in
God absolutely resides in me! I let it be so, and so it
is.
