04.01.03 - Yes To Self
"We
are given the power to sit in the midst of our lives and direct
our activities."

It is my belief that every time we say yes to something or someone,
an opening for spiritual activity occurs within us. By the same
token, whenever we say no there is a withholding of energy and
a turning away from what is before us. Of course, there are times
when no is the exact perfect choice for we should not be doing
things that rightfully belong to someone else. So don't be mistaken
with the concept here.
When, however, our minds and hearts are stirred with intention
and desire and we have prepared ourselves for a new adventure,
this is the time to speak a fervent yes to ourselves. It is not
the time to become filled with misgivings about our worthiness
or competence, or any other discouraging stories we may be telling
ourselves.
Ernest encouraged all of us to clear up our own beliefs so that
our thoughts and words form a strong, well-defined focus of intention.
If there is any question in our minds that we do not deserve or
should not have what our heart desires, the first thing we must
do is heal any contradictions in our consciousness. Mind loves
a clear signal, a directed beam of thought! All things in divine
order. Therefore, it is never too early or too late to say yes
to ourselves.
Yes to God, yes to life, yes to myself!

TREATMENT:
There is only One. One mind, one life, one intelligence, and it
is always at
work in perfect ways wherever it is to be found...and it can be
found
everywhere. As the creative Presence that made all that is, it
is always in
the process of making things out of itself; it does this by becoming
that
which it makes. It does this lawfully, impersonally, and perfectly.
I am a creation of this One intelligent life, and everything about
me is
always at work in perfect ways wherever I am. No matter what is
going on in
my life, there is a sweet perfection within it to be witnessed
and
experienced, and I open to experience that right now. There's nothing
about
this world or the conditions in it that can stop this perfection
from being
the ultimate truth.
Right now, whatever seems to be in opposition to this eternal and
overwhelming truth is now dissolved and remade in perfection. I
stand up for
what I know to be true, even when it's not popular to do so. Whenever
I see
unkindness, I take a stand for kindness. Wherever I see anger,
I take a
stand for peace. In the middle of all conditions, I stand as a
witness to
the eternal perfection that is available in every moment, and I
call it
forth.
My body is remade in perfect wholeness. My mind is calm and clear,
reflecting the innate wisdom of life in my every thought and the
most
trivial choices. My relationships are filled with the power of
love in every
way, from the most intimate to the most fleeting. And the work
I do in the
world is inspired and informed by this Presence that is within
me, always
creating good and more good.
I let go of any ideas that anyone needs to suffer to get their
good. I
release the attitude that somehow experiencing lessness increases
me. I open
my heart to the power of Spirit in me, and I take a leap of faith
- knowing
that God in me is ready to fly. I know this is so now, for me,
and for all
people. And so it is.

- Darkness Into Light
"The
power to turn darkness back into the light
comes not from mere human will or effort.
the living light, the love in our hearts, is the
only conduit for spiritual victory.

Stepping out of the darkness and reclaiming the light in our
lives is not just a way to live˜it is the only way to live.
We are always manifestations of the divine, even as we while away
the
hours of our lives in a cocoon of fear and despair. We must break
out, just as the butterfly must break out. Otherwise, we die. To
remain smothered in darkness means we stop being the creative,
joyful, loving, generous people we were designed to be. We may
walk and talk but we will never reach our potential. It's as though
the caterpillar couldn't bear to be a butterfly.
We've been given prayer and meditations as tools for transformation.
Their power of expansion is what breaks us out of the cocoon; they
bring us into the light. I affirm for each of us that being the
stillness of prayer or meditation transforms our perspective. For
each time I rest in God, the vision of my perception is washed
clean, refreshed and revitalized for new birth. There is order
and intelligence everywhere and when aligned with It I know I am
more than judgment, worry, planning, and analyzing. It is from
this more-ness that I find the strength that allows me to remain
gracious and loving. I open up to the sweetness of infinite supply
and identify it as my health, prosperity, love life, and service/work/play.
Our feet have been set upon the spiritual path and so we allow
a positive shift in perception. We step into the joy and freedom
that an attitude of prayer brings only to enjoy the beauty of what
we never dreamed we could be.
It's always worked before,

TREATMENT:
There is only One, and that one is the perfect and infinite Self,
the
Beloved, the Source of all things. This One Beloved Source is my
source, and
all that I am comes from it. Today I awaken to the intimate connection
that
has always existed between me and my creator. It has always existed,
and
today, I experience it in all things.
I experience the presence of God in my mind, in my body, and in
every choice
I make this day. I see it reflected in the eyes of the people in
my life. I
hear it in the sounds around me. It is the food I eat, and it is
the air I
breathe. There is nothing that does not mirror to me the presence
of God.
I make myself completely available to this experience, offering
the time,
the attention, and the willingness to go beyond old ideas of separation.
Whatever it is in me that holds me back from the complete and full
experience of the divine, I let it go. I open my mind and heart
to the
beloved. I let my hands do the work of God, my words express the
wisdom of
God, and in every moment, I celebrate my true spiritual identity
as the way
God shows up in the world. I know that I am one of the ways God
heals, one
vehicle for God's love, one instrument for God's good. And in this
state of
awareness, I am filled with an immense and unending gratitude.
I give thanks for this awareness; the creator and I truly are one!
And it is
wonderful. And so it is.

- Eternal Self Existance
Becoming
infinite is a mystery. Usually we meet it within ourselves
during vigilant, mindful silence. Your organized and structured
thoughts, memories, and concepts seem to protect you from
that illusive possibility and wonder. Today be open to
your own Infiniteness occurring in your bittersweet reality.
Into such openings the real wonder can seep and pour.
A good technique might be to just observe and hold silent
vigil from a broader perspective today. Don't judge anything
that happens. Just breath quietly. In each moment, wait
to see what concept, memory, understanding, outcome, person,
place or thing coalesces and comes into your experience
and existence. Expect to be surprised at your own holiness.
At every moment when you feel most certain you understand
exactly what is transpiring, that you know what is next,
that your or they are right or wrong, that you get this,
have seen this before, that you recognize this and know
where it fits - - those will be the times and situations
to stop and watchfully wait for Spirit to come into play.
For one day resist all of the ways you mentally and emotionally
have trained yourself to think and react in order to comprehend,
to find your place, to be powerful, to be safe. Because
to the extent that you are able to silence all these organizing
and comprehending patterns, you will find that Infinite
experience. The place in you that is pure, whole, infinite,
wondrous, and fleeting in daily life. Simply take up the
work and allow yourself to enter these truly fleeting but
magnificent places. It is there you will find the wings
you wear, crushed and bound by the habits of your thoughts
and reactions.
Be lost in the mystery of the Infinite today; experience
more of who you are. This is the task, the key, and the
reward.

TREATMENT:
I center myself in a moment of Presentness. A moment of
hushed, cosmic
reverberance where I meet universal spiritual truth. The
truth that there is only
One conveying power aware of its unbound infinity and universality
even in
the finiteness of expression. From the silence within comes
a realization that I,
too, am a process of It's self-revelation making visible
the inherent truth of its
powers of existence according to the harmonic law natural
to all manifestation
of the Infinite. This now moment allows me to know I am
the very nature of
an essential and universal good manifesting itself.
So today I call forth this nature; this self-effectuating
consciousness that is the
purity of infinite diversity. I open wider and allow the
light of eternal self-existence
to pour Itself into all of my activities ~ making and keeping
all things pure. There
will be no ignorance leading to wrong will, not the falsehood
of separation contrary
to the all good of Oneness. In soul, mind, life, and body
I am a consciousness of
harmony, self-knowledge, and self-mastery incorporating
an identity of persona.
I have particularized myself as a composition of life that
is potent, strong, and
beautifully recognized as a child of God. Today, I live
not as a personality
expressive of a larger secret being, but greater, as the
inner conscious Existence
self-revealed!
May it happen that this inner largeness overflows into
the surface formation of my
structural limits always and forever. My heart leaps with
anticipation as my Power
of Being moves forward into another day sharing this multiplicity
of goodness with
all I meet. And so it is. Amen.

04.06.03
- Into the Promise Land
My
family's religion of tradition is Judaism, so we are in
the moment of celebrating of Passover. The ritual itself
is in rememberance of the Exodus of the ancient Jewish
people from four hundred years of slavery under the Egyptians.
The Hebrew word for Egypt is Mitzrayim, from the word Tzar
meaning „narrow.‰ One of the most powerful
ways I've found to symbolize Passover is to redirect its
significance to a more metaphysical viewpoint by utilizing
the historical account of the Exodus as a metaphor for
the journey many of us make from our cycles of self-imposed
slavery into the wilderness that leads to our own Promised
Lands. In this way, Passover celebrates my going out from
the personal and psychological „narrow places‰ that
have kept me from becoming my truest self. Passover celebrates
my giving birth to the Spiritual Self.
Our own internal enslavements often keep us stuck in thought
patterns that lead to feelings of bitterness and frustration
that may lie at the root of the oppression we inflict on
those we consider wrong, threatening, or simply different.
As we free ourselves from these limiting belief patterns
and realize the truth of our eternal, divine spirits, we
facilitate the liberation of our entire planet. We are
then capable of knowing that all beings are One in Spirit.
As we more deeply love and respect ourselves, we expand
our capacity to love and respect others as ourselves.
The eighteenth century Rabbi Moshe Chayim Luzatto said, „Any
achievement that was attained, any great light that radiated
at a certain time---when that time comes around again,
the radiance of that light will shine again and the fruits
of that achievement will be available, for whoever is there
to receive them.‰ The telling and the retelling of
the Passover story is any opportunity for the achievement
of liberation from slavery in ancient times to shine as
a radiant light of consciousness for all of us here to
receive this gift of enlightenment today.
May the earth be forever filled with the knowledge of G-d,

TREATMENT:
The truth is that all Life is One. Every person, every
idea, every thing -
created and uncreated - come from One Source. This One
Source is completely
benevolent. From it comes all goodness and all that seems
unlike goodness.
Today I recognize with complete clarity that this One works
by means of
spiritual laws that are unchanging and eternal. It takes
what I truly believe
and creates my life experience out of that.
Whether this One differentiates into what I call good or
what I call bad is
completely up to me. I recognize that there is a part of
my mind that
finds this difficult to believe. When I experience doubt
or fear about the
goings on in the world, I return my attention to what really
matters: what I
do in my consciousness - what I choose to believe, think,
feel, and do - is
what creates my life. I see this again and again, and whether
I like it or
not, it's true.
This is no burden; it is power. It is freedom. It is my
God-given ability to
create a world that is peaceful, loving, safe, and compassionate,
rather
than a world that is governed by fear and ignorance. I
follow in Moses'
foot steps and know that enlightenment is not when truth
has been revealed
but rather when it is has been summoned. I see those narrow
spaces of fear
for what they are-- fear; anticipating something that has
not yet occurred. I
completely withdraw any energy or attention from this foolish
kind of thinking
and put that energy into what I desire, instead of what
I fear.
I choose to use the potent power I have been given and
create something
liberating. I stop hoping that there will be peace in my
world, and I start
creating it! I create it in my thinking, in every relationship,
in my workplace,
and in my body. I perceive the harmony that is preexistent
and indestructible,
and in so doing call it forth. The power to create a different
life and a different
world has always been as near as my next thought. I bring
it into the present
moment by daring to believe that what I desire is not only
possible, but
blossoming within me and all around me.
I give my thanks for the natural laws of life that support
the creation of
something wonderful through this kind of thinking. I give
thanks for
the world I am creating at this very instant, knowing that
it is joyous,
whole, at peace, abundant, and that it is good. And so
it is.

04.09.03
- So Much to Teach
from
the chapter entitled, "The Last Days" in Nine
Faces of Christ.
So much to teach, so little time! The love I bore for my
disciples lay like a tight band around my heart. So they
would be left to carry on the religion I had founded, which
only touched the garment of Truth. They would soon have
need for sure knowledge, the divine influx. They were so
willing, but they could not even remotely conceive that
a greater truth lay behind the primary truths I taught
them. Behind all lay the Eternal Truth, larger and more
beautiful than all the churchified religions upon the face
of the earth -- even mine; and the immutable law that all
men to know God must know Him directly and in their own
person. Because even those who loved me could not conceive
of the great truths of the initiate Religion, I could only
teach them little parts, by example.
TREATMENT:
The Perfection of Spirit dances as all life with a commanding
Presence today. I take a moment, and with an inner awareness,
I sense the connection of harmonious alignment with Source.
I am a pathway of Divine Love today.
Using the life of Jesus and the messages of my ancestors I
reflect on the need to remember and know Spirit. I call on
trust to fill my world so that I am never frightened of change like
the temple priests. Clarity flows through me so that I am not
confused when things do not go as I expect them to, just like
the disciples. I know there is only One power of Divine order
in life so I shall not be alarmed when my power is challenged
like the Roman authorities. Daily, I express joy for life eternal
and am never filled with sorrow over the loses in my life just
as the two Marys. I know what it is like to be different, to be
misunderstood, and to feel rejected yet like Jesus I stand firm
as a Spiritual being who is wise and intelligent. And in those
times when change is coming and I must say goodbye as death
draws near like Jesus at the Lord's Supper I can remain at peace.
Today I aspire to demonstrate the courage and the trust in
God that Jesus practiced during his final days on Earth!
I give thanks for the traditions and stories that allow the
greater awakening. Jesus on the cross breaks my heart.
The story of his journey breaks it Open and I am filled
with compassion towards this soul who was so graceful at
living the Presence. And so it is.

- Prayer Sends God Out

TREATMENT:
There is only One - One eternal, endless, Life.
Present always, in every place, within all people, it is
the One source.
Filling all creation with Itself, it overflows into every
form it takes,
every expression of its perfect nature. Today, I awaken
to the experience
that It is what fills me. All that I am is made of omnipresence.
More than just being present, this Source is all power,
all wisdom; it is
truth, beauty, and love. It is the author of every possible
experience. My
life is the divine's way of revealing its presence in wholeness
and good. My
heart is the place where the power of love and compassion
unfurl. My mind is
inspired always by the infinite intelligence of this One.
This day, I know that spiritual mastery is not an experience
reserved for a
choice few; it is my inherent evolutionary path. The great
teachers who have
gone before are examples, not exceptions - wayshowers to
the truth. The way
is ready, and I step forward knowing that it is my time
to let my light
shine.
I stand on Truth, knowing that everywhere the radiance
of the One is made
manifest. There is nothing but God, and I know it. I celebrate
this eternal
truth and my reawakening to it again and again, knowing
that this joy will
not end, even when every form recognizes its true Self.
Thank you, God, for
your perfect Presence. And so it is.

- Evil Cannot Exist
From
The Science of MInd by Ernest Holmes
p. 441.2, A Man's Foes (Matt. 10:36)
"
'And a man's foes shall be they of his own household'.
There are no enemies external to our own mind. This is
one of the most difficult problems to understand, and -simple
as it sounds- it penetrates the depth of creative causation.
Nothing can happen to us unless it happens through us.
That which we refuse to accept, to us cannot be, and that
which to us is, cannot help becoming a reality in our lives.
But someone will say, 'I did not conceive of this evil
which came upon me; it was not in my mind.' The question
arises, 'Can any particular evil be real to one, if he
refuses to entertain it in his thought?' The answer must
forever be, it cannot. This is one of those 'hard sayings'
which it is difficult to understand, but the principle
involved is plain.
If we can divorce our lives from the thought of evil -
from receptivity to it - if we can bring our mentality
to a place where it no longer conceives evil, then evil
cannot exist for us. The proof of this doctrine remains
for individual conviction, through experience, but it is
well worth trying."
TREATMENT:
I exist in a spiritual universe that is always creating;
this means that I,
too, must be creative, for I am one with this Universe.
There's nothing in
me, no part, no parcel, no past, that's separated or disconnected
from this
one universal creative spiritual intelligence. It's all
connected, always
connected. All I ever do is wake up to the truth that however
I think of it,
I'm already at the place I'm heading.
Since this is true, I can relax and be here. I can open
my mind, my heart,
my experience to understand that the creative process is
happening right
here and now. That unlimited, freely-flowing affluence
is part of my daily
experience, here and now. That the love I long to experience
in every facet
of my life is here, ready to be given, received, shared.
It's all about waking up. There's nothing to fight, no
thing to fear.
There's only this loving and lawful infinite creative presence
that's making
it all up for me, moment after moment, from what I believe
to be true. I
believe that everything I desire is here for me, now. And
so it is.

in my physical, etheric, mental and emotional bodies now made manifest

- Universal Wholeness

Spirit exists at the center of all form. Of Itself, It
is
formless but It is ever giving birth to form. The forms
come
and go but It goes on forever. We are some part of It.
If
pure Spirit is at the center of everything and is always
responding to our thought there is no limit to Its mani-
festation for us except the limitations that we set."

TREATMENT:
Eternal Spirit is everywhere present. It is the elemental
power
that fills my vision with a panoramic view of all that
has ever
been and all that is destined to be. I recognize my place
as a
child of oneness within this Universal Whole. I am the
new
hybrid creature of humanity that lives fully lifted in
the knowledge
that I am a personal expression of this one eternal spirit.
I open to being thy holy instrument that is learning how
to play
itself in a new octave of universal wholeness. I consciously
choose
to teach the Self to love more and to become ever more
at ease with
the Light. I become divine will that transpires and transforms
each
experience of the earthly platform I live. Any ideas or
interpretations
that communicate a remembrance of times when I was "less
than" are cleansed and healed instantaneously. I no
longer chew upon them.
I realize savoring them only poisons my spirit. They are
a falsehood
and a false God so I toss them all into the winds of change
and allow
the Holy Spirit to catch them and escort them into purification.
All
that I Am and live is now infused with a holiness from
on high. At
this very hour I walk the hallway of universal wholeness
into a place
of seeking to become peace, of seeking to speak peace,
and of seeking
to give peace to others. This is my new journey of heart
and soul.
I am so grateful for this adventure of awakening. This
journey of
walking into me is the place where Heaven meets Earth.
My footsteps,
my intentions, and my thoughts are each necessary for total
Divine
unfoldment. And so it is. Amen.

- Help the Process
Like
attracts like is a Universal Law. It is an irrefutable
fact of life. War begets war; hate begets hate; peace begets
peace; love begets love. It is just that simple. Nothing
will change that Divine Truth. In order to correct what
is happening in this country and on the planet, all conscious
people must get involved in the election process. We must
vote whenever it is possible. Unfortunately, things are
sometimes different than they appear. Politicians running
for elected office usually say whatever they think people
want to hear in order to get their votes. It is very difficult
to really know someone‚s heart in the current political
arena, but we need to try and find out as much as we can
about each candidate running for office. Then we should
ask our God Selves for assistance.
Our God Selves are able to see the bigger picture, and
they can see the Divine Intent of every evolving soul.
If we carefully listen to our hearts and ask our God Selves
to guide us when we enter the voting booths, we will be
inspired to vote for the most awakened candidates.
We are in a transitional period, and new frequencies of
Divine Consciousness are flooding into the mental and emotional
strata of Earth. It may seem as though there are very few
awakened people available to vote for at this time, but
that is rapidly changing. You and I have the ability to
accelerate this process.
Through our thoughts, words, actions and feelings, we are
cocreating this reality. If we will join our hearts and
minds together and invoke the Light of God into all of
the political systems on Earth, we will transcend the old,
corrupt, greed-infested, power-hungry, special-interest,
politics-as-usual consciousness that got us into this mess,
and we will establish a new global political system that
is based on Oneness and Reverence for ALL Life.
Don‚t ever underestimate your ability to make a positive
difference.
You are powerful beyond your knowing!

TREATMENT:
In the One Mind of God, all is in a flow of incredible
harmonious, beautiful energy.
It streams through the divinity of all life and I feel
my I Am presence joined with
the evolution that is taking place upon this planet. Today
I offer the cup of my
consciousness as a holy Grail through which the Light of
Creation will flow to
fulfill the highest divine plan for planet Earth.
The First Cause of Perfection becomes sealed within every
seat of government
upon this beautiful sphere. The holy flame of restoration
is purifying and manifesting
God's plan for Divine Government on Earth. I know that
many Blessed Ones now come
forth to transform all human miscreation in Washington
D.C., and every government in
the world. These angelic legions sweep through the auras
of every person and every
government building in the Global community. The human
desire to use free will
destructively now transcends into and is replaced with
the intense desire to be a receiver
of Divine Forces and to act as an Inspirational Activity
of God. I feel and know that all
vibrations that tie any government official to activities
of discord or imbalance to be
instantly quickened and transmuted into Light.
Precious Spirit and light of First Cause, I thank you for
creating great canopies of
protection over all governments and people. I consciously
accept this is done
right now, eternally sustained, all-powerfully active,
ever-expanding, and world
encompassing until Divine Government is manifest within
every country on the
planet. And so it is.

- The Presence

God is the only Presence and the only Power. God is fully
present here with me, now. God is the only real Presence
- all the rest is but shadow. God is perfect Good, and
God is the cause only of perfect Good. God never sends
sickness, trouble, accident, temptation, nor death itself;
nor does He authorize these things. We bring them upon
ourselves by our own wrong thinking. God, Good, can cause
only good. The same fountain cannot send forth both sweet
and bitter water.
I am Divine Spirit. I am the child of God. In God I live and move and have my
being; so I have not fear. I am surrounded by the Peace of God and all is well.
I am not afraid of people; I am not afraid of things; I am not afraid of circumstances;
I am not afraid of myself; for God is with me. The Peace of God fills my soul,
and I have no fear. I dwell in the Presence of God, and no fear can touch me.
I am not afraid of the past; I am not afraid of the present; I am not afraid
for the future; for God is with me. The Eternal God is my dwelling place and
underneath are the ever-lasting arms. Nothing can ever touch me but the direct
action of God Himself, and God is Love.
God is Life; I understand that and I express it.
God is Truth; I understand that and I express it.
God is Divine Love; I understand that and I express it.
I send out thoughts of love and peace and healing to the whole universe: to all
trees and plants and growing things, to all beasts and birds and fishes, and
to every man, woman and child on earth, without any distinction. If anyone has
ever injured me or done me any kind of harm, I fully and freely forgive him now,
and the thing is done forever. I loose him and let him go. I am free and he is
free. It there is any burden of resentment in me I cast it upon the Christ within,
and I go free.
God is Infinite Wisdom, and that Wisdom is mine. That Wisdom leads and guides
me; so I shall not make mistakes. Christ in me is a lamp unto my feet. God is
Infinite Life, and that Life is my supply; so I shall want for nothing. God created
me and He sustains me. Divine Love has foreseen everything, and provided for
everything. One Mind, One Power, One Principle. One God, One Law, One Element.

- God Listens
You
and I live in a loud world. To get someone's attention
is no easy task. He must be willing to set everything aside
to listen: turn down the radio, turn away from the monitor,
turn the corner of the page and set down the book. When
someone is willing to silence everything else so he can
hear us clearly, it is a privilege. A rare privilege, indeed.
You can talk to God because God listens. Your voice matters
in heaven. He takes you very seriously. When you enter
His presence, the attendants turn to you to hear your voice.
No need to fear that you will be ignored. Even if you stammer
or stumble, even if what you have to say impresses no one,
it impresses God˜and He listens. He listens to the
painful plea of the elderly in the rest home. He listens
to the gruff confession of the death-row inmate. When the
alcoholic begs for mercy, when the spouse seeks guidance,
when the businessman steps off the street into the chapel,
God listens.
Intently. Carefully. The prayers are honored as precious
jewels. Purified and empowered, the words rise in a delightful
fragrance to our Lord. "The smoke from the incense
went up from the angel's hand to God" (REVELATION
8:4 NCV). Incredible. Your words do not stop until they
reach the very throne of God.

I realize the Christ Presence born anew in me. I know that
there is
nothing in all the universe that can prevent the full expression

that which I am. I do not have to compel things to happen.

Principle,

- No Empty Space
Remember
today that there will be no empty space between you and
the person next to you. There is a vibration of energy
~ a life force that goes between you and all you encounter;
that goes through all of creation. And even in that connection
of life forces, there are forms of intelligent consciousness
occupying the empty spaces who are also involved in the
totality of life's creative process. Creation Is What Is.
Intelligence is that which motivates us to create. Self-awareness
is what says you know how; it offers the opportunities,
the possibilities. So the more self-aware you are, the
more your creative possibilities expand and the more your
creations become empowered with your own divinity or your
own spirituality.
When your soul began to express in an individualized state
of consciousness, it contained all that the Creator contained
-- all possibilities. This is why in Religious Science
we say that God is you. You are in God. God is within you.
When you know you are all possibility, there is not a feeling
of fear; there is no harm that comes to you or that you
feel the need to inflict harm upon another. And if you
feel fear, then you believe in the illusion rather than
in Reality.

Individuality is the necessary complement of the Universal
Spirit.
Consequently man, in his inmost nature, is the product
of the Divine
Mind imaging forth an image of itself. This is why I claim
empowered
divinity and trust that I am whole and complete. I trust
I am God in
expression. I trust that I am All That Is! I am endowed
with an innate,
divine, unlimited spiritual power and my only need is to
become self
aware of that.
God is simply a self-aware intelligent universal consciousness
that
contains all possibilities and since the Universal can
only work on
the plane of the particular through the individual I flow
this Universal
goodness into suitable directions of secondary causation.
My place
in the cosmic order is that of a distributor of the Divine
Power. I move
forward in joy to exclaim this acknowledgement of Being.
As new
portals of time and consciousness open I peek into all
this is a
possibility. The land of spiritual promises and material
miracles. I
make order of what would be, what could be, and what shall
be. My
mind is clear. My heart is clear. My purpose clear. All
that I Am whispers
louder each day; the mirage of humaness dissolves and the
evolutionary
process of Soul becomes crystal clear. In this now moment
I unfold into
what it is my heart really needs -- what it is that my
humaness is so
afraid of, and what it is that the divinity within asks
me to have the courage
to do.
I know I'm Spirit; I know I'm more than physical. Thankfully
I see from
Original Creation that my state of consciousness must be
the cause,
and the corresponding conditions the effect. I live the
Creative Order -
from states to conditions! And so it is.

- Soul Authority
THE
AUTHORITY OF THE SOUL

"The Word was with God and the Word was God." "The word is nigh
thee, even in thy own mouth that thou should-st know it and do it." What
does this mean? It clearly states that whatever power there is in the Word (and
it says it is All Power) is also in our own mouths. There is no avoiding the
fact that the Bible claims for us the same power in our own life and our own
world that it claims for God. In the lives of the majority, people do not realize
that the Word is in their own mouths. What Word? Little do we realize that this
Word that we are so earnestly seeking is every word we hear, think, or speak.
Do we who are endeavoring to realize the greater truths of life always govern
our words? If any word has power, it follows that all words have power. It is
not in the few moments of spiritual meditation that we demonstrate, but we bring
out the possibilities of the hidden word when we are allowing our thoughts to
run in any direction; not in the short time spent in silence, but in the long
hours stretching themselves into days, months, and years, we are always using
the word.
An hour a day spent in silent meditation will not save us from the confusion
of life; the fifty-one percent of a person's thinking is what counts. It is easy
when we are alone to brave the storms of life -- surrounded by our own exalted
atmosphere we feel the strength of the Infinite; we rise in Spirit, we think
we are experiencing the ultimate of truth, that all things are ours. These moments
in a busy life are well spent, but must unavoidably be brief -- but what of the
rest of the day, what of the busy street, of the marketplace, and of all the
daily contact with life? Do we then obtain? Do we keep on in the same even way?
Or do we fall before the outer confusion of our surroundings? We are still creating
the word and setting it afloat in the great ethers of life. Are these words creating
for us? Yes!
We who wish to practice metaphysics must first, last, and all the time, realize
that we are centers of the divine activity; we must know that whatever God is
in the Universal, God is in the world in which we live. We must know that all
things are made out of Spirit, which is First Cause; nothing comes before Spirit.
Operating upon itself out of itself, it makes what it will out of its own perfect
desire. We must think of Spirit as the Father/ Mother of our own life, eternally
bound to us, eternally binding us to it.
We must know that Spirit not only can manifest through us, but that it wishes
to do so; -- The Father seeks such to worship Him.? The practitioner who understands
the truth knows that as long as God exists, we will exist -- that we could no
more become nonexistent than God could. Walking, talking, moving in God, we must
not only see the Divine Being as the great unknown Cause, but we must go a step
further and see God as the great self-knowing, understanding power of Infinite
Intelligence, thinking through our own thought and willing into our own lives
all peace and all good. More than this, God must become within our own soul the
greater self, the inner life, the inner light that is to light our path to the
attainment of the greater ideals. God is to become the great friend of our life,
understanding us and helping us at all times to understand all things.
Like produces like, attracts like, creates like. If we could see our thought
and take a picture of it and of our conditions we would see no difference between
the two, for they are really but the inside and the outside of the same thing.
We cannot make affirmations for fifteen minutes a day and spend the rest of our
time denying the thing which we have affirmed, and affirming the thing which
we have denied, and obtain the results which we seek. We send out the word and
it sets the power in motion; then we think the opposite thing that neutralizes
the first word, and zero is the result.
We cannot demonstrate one iota beyond our mental ability to conceive and steadfastly
to embody. Infinite as Creative Power is, receptive and quick as it is, it can
only become to us what we first think into it. God can do for us only what God
can do through us.
Dare to say, "Great people have come and gone, and behold, a greater now
stands here where I stand, and I am that one." The world will laugh and
perhaps scorn. The Christian world will hold up its hands in holy horror, lest
you blaspheme; the unchristian world will smile knowingly. Neither the one nor
the other will understand, but the understanding of either counts for nothing.
You are now free, and your freedom will yet save the world from itself. The great
soul finds within itself the divine companionship that we need. We find within
ourselves the "Peace which passeth all understanding" and the power
to do all things. All Power! We speak, our word is Law, and it is done unto us
by all the power there is. Our word knows itself to be the law of life unto all
for whom it is spoken and who receive it.
There is only one Power, but we use it in two ways, either to destroy or to save.
The blessing and the curse are one and the same thing; the power of mind used
either affirmatively or negatively, the word used in fear and doubt or in faith
and assurance.
We trust our own word because first we "Know in whom we have believed." The
sooner we who are striving to attain realize that truth must become revealed
through our own souls, and not that of another, the sooner we will attain. No
more books, no more teachers, preachers, creeds, or candlesticks will we ever
need. The old methods must vanish into their native nothingness, as the great
realization that God is all in our life dawns upon our awakened thought.
We must then become immune from the collective belief in a hypnotic power that
sets itself up as an authority. There is no other authority than your own soul,
as "There is no law but that your soul has set." Leave authorities
to smaller minds and to those who need a leader because of this, their own self-confessed
weakness, and be free. Dare to "Stand amidst the eternal way" and proclaim
your own At-one-ment with all the power there is, was, or ever will be.
Practically the whole human race is hypnotized, thinking whatever it is told
to think. We get our concepts from our physical environment, we say, "See
sin, sickness and death, misery, unhappiness, and calamity." And this concept
we are giving to the creative, impersonal Mind, and so we are making a law for
ourselves that will produce what we believe in.
Remember that in the divine plan no mistakes are made and that if God could have
done it in a better way, God would have done it differently. No souls are lost,
for all "live and move and have their being in Him" and "God is
not a God of the dead but of the living, for in His sight all are alive." Too
long have we believed in the negative simply because we have allowed ourselves
to become hypnotized by a few strong-minded people, and by those who have imposed
upon the race a mass of false philosophy.

TREATMENT:
Today I begin the day with gratitude; I know that there
is a power in
gratitude that opens the heart and makes me and my life
ready for even more
blessings. I take stock of all the facets of my life, and
notice that even
where I am feeling challenged, there is a blessing to be
thankful for.
Any time I'm being challenged, it's not a
test from the Infinite! It's
nothing more than Spirit opening me up so that I may hold
more Light,
reflect Spirit more perfectly, and be made whole. I refuse
to look at
challenges as punishment, and I get rid of any ideas that
the path will
always be fun or pleasurable. I know that the universe
is spiritual, and I
put my trust in the spiritual laws of this universe. I
know that under any
situation, I can be carried forward in strength, in grace,
and in a clear
understanding that even in confusion, Spirit is present.
Even in painful
times, the support and comfort of Spirit is right in there
with me.
By seeing in this way, I am able to give thanks
in all things, rather than
just the things that are pleasant or easy. And gratitude
keeps me open to
receive the guidance, the support, the strength, and the
wisdom I need to
walk confidently through every day of my life. And for
this, I am indeed in
a state of perpetual gratitude. And so it is.

evolving on Earth.
We are moving from war to the warp speed of transmutation
and healing.
Soon we will be the outpicturing of the wonder, abundance,
and beauty that
we are destined to be. As a divine substance of light consciousness
ascending
up the spiral of evolution I have the power to absolutely
accomplish this goal.
I am privileged, honored, and filled with gratitude to
be the heart, head, and
hands of God in the physical plane of Earth during these
holy days. To witness
the healing through the power of limitless transmutation
and transfiguring Divine
love is such a treat. The collective of us is truly filled
with joy during this
passage into more Light. And so it is.

- Joyous Life
The
joyous place you may be standing is temporary, and the
abhorrent place that you may be standing is temporary.
Your now reality is only a temporary, momentary culmination
of what you've been thinking about.

If you want more than you believe you can achieve, you're
out of balance. And if where you are standing is less than
what you want, you're out of balance. And so, you, individually,
have to find your balance. We are just here to tell you,
as we have watched all of you, endlessly, generation after
generation, that the achievement of these properties, or
of these houses, or of these events, does not hold the
answer that you're really looking for. It is an elusive
dream. They are there in order to inspire the focus. And
it is the focus of clarity that feels good in life experience.
That's why, as you look at the joy factor of those on the
planet, it is as likely to find a joyful child, who has
very limited ideas of desire, who is, in this moment, not
in contradiction to the desires he does hold, it is more
likely to find him in outrageous joy than it is to find
someone who has lived enough life experience to have achieved
a very great desire, and has not found a way to be in alignment
with it, in joy.
Life is about joy, which is about alignment, which is about
your choice of thoughts.
We want to find different ways of helping you understand
that life is about the joy factor. And the joy factor is
about the alignment factor. And the alignment factor is
about the choice of thoughts factor.
If there is anything that we want you to take away from
this, it is the sentiment that you never get it done. We
want you to start easing up on yourself, and realizing
that you're not ever going to get it done. There's always
going to be something else that you desire that is summoning
life through you. Accept that and use that knowledge as
your reason for slowing up a little bit and smelling the
roses a little more, and savoring a little more, and complimenting
a little more, and appreciating yourself and others a little
more. In other words, just be more of a basker than you
are anything else.
Sometimes going slower is the best choice in the moment;
sometimes going faster is the best choice. In other words,
there's no perfection in going fast; and there's no wrongdoing
in going slow.

TREATMENT:
As I unfold into my own essence, I know I did not get here
by
myself. Within me, there is a Power that guides and directs.
It
is this unique pulsation that propels me along my rightful
path
and gently aligns my being to the cadence of the heartbeat
of the
Cosmic I AM. Because I am in rhythm with the one omniscient,
omnipotent, omnipresent Inbreath of God I am awakened to
the joyous nature of life.
I direct my thoughts into the impulse of Divine Delight.
This
transformative agent of mental power creates a mighty catalyst
to lift me into the Realm of Cause where I anchor an unprecedented
amount of unselfish love. I successfully magnetize patterns
of
Divine joy and grace into my daily life experience through
my
words, works, actions, and feelings. I am healed of the
perception
that the world of form rules my life; at times it may appear
that I
am caught in a place of discomfort but the truth is I am
the great
and glorious manifestor projecting and directing the images
on the
screen of life. And I do so as an instrument of Divine
Inspiration
open to having God's joyous blessings pour through me.
I am grateful to have the floodgates of Heaven open in
vigorous
support of every effort I make to improve my life, the
life of

LAW
OF OUR LIVES
The Impersonal Face of God

Spirit creates through law. The law is always mind in action.
Mind cannot act unless intelligence sets it in motion.
In the great universal mind, man is a center of intelligence,
and every time he thinks he sets mind into action. What
is the activity of this mind in relation to man’s
thought? It has to be one of mental correspondence; that
is, mind has to reflect whatever thought is cast into it.
Wonderful as Universal Mind is, it has no choice but to
create whatever thought is given it; if it could contradict
that thought, it would not be a unit, since this would
be recognizing something outside itself. This is a point
in Truth which should not be overlooked. The One Mind knows
only its own ability to make whatever is given It; It sees
no other power and never analyzes or dissects; It simply
knows, and the reason why people do not understand this
is that they have not realized what mind is. The ordinary
individual thinks of mind only from the limitation of his
own environment. The concept he has of mind is the concept
of his own thinking, which is very limited.
We are surrounded by an All-Seeing, All-Knowing Mind, which
is One and runs through all. The belief in the dual mind
has destroyed practically all philosophies and religions
of the ages, and will continue to do so until the world
comes to see that there is but One. Whatever name is given
it there is but One. It is this One that creates for us,
whatever we believe. Our thought operative through this
One produces all our affairs. We are all centers in this
Mind, centers of creative thought activity. There is nothing
which appears in the manifest Universe other than an objectified
thought, whether it be a bump on your head, a growth on
your foot, or a planet. It could not be there were it not
made out of Mind, for mind is all there is to make anything
out of. Whatever is made is made out of it. Nothing exists
or can exist without a source from which it springs.
We are not dealing with a negative as well as a positive
Power—not two powers but one; a power that sees neither
good nor evil as we see it. It knows only that it is all,
and since it is all, it creates whatever is given it. From
our limited standpoint we often think of good and evil;
not realizing that, as yet, we do not know the one from
the other. What we call good today, we may call evil tomorrow,
and what we think to be evil today, we may tomorrow proclaim
as the greatest good we have known. Not so with the Great
Universal Power of Mind; It sees only Itself and Its infinite
ability to create.
To the thinking person this will mean much; he will see
that he is no longer living in a limited universe, a world
of powers, but that he is immersed in an Infinite Creative
Medium which, because of Its Nature, has to create for
him whatever he believes. Jesus understood this, and in
a few simple words, laid down the law of life: “It
is done unto all people as they believe.” This is
a great thing to keep in mind. It is done unto us; we do
not have to do it, for it is done unto us of a power that
knows itself to be all there is. Could we even believe
that some material mountain would be moved, the power is
there to do it. Without this belief there is no real impulse
for the Creative Mind, and we do not get an affirmative
answer. We must realize more clearly that this Great Power
has to operate through us.
Creative Mind cannot force itself upon us, because we have
the power of self-choice. It recognizes us when we recognize
it. When we think that we are limited or have not been
heard, it must take that thought and bring it into manifestation
for us.
When we look about us and see nature so beautiful, so lavish,
and so limitless, when we realize that something, some
power, is behind all, and sees to it that plenty obtains
everywhere, so that in all things manifest there is more
than could be used; and when on the other hand we see man
so limited, sick, sad and needy, we are disposed to ask
this question: “Is God good after all? Does He really
care for the people of His creation? Why am I sick? Why
am I poor?” Little do we realize that the answer
is in our own mouths, in the creative power of our own
thought. The average person when told the Truth will still
seek some other way.
God has already done for us—in a mechanical way—all
that He can do; and having been given the ability, we will
have to do for ourselves the rest. Yet the Great Power
is always near, ready at any time to help, but we must
use it according to its own nature in harmony with its
laws. Man should learn that he himself is the center of
this Divine activity. Realizing this, he must seek more
and more to utilize his own Divine nature, and by so doing
he will come more fully under the protection of the great
laws that govern all life, manifest and unmanifest. Whatever
man is, he must find that because he is made out of God,
he must be of the same nature. This Infinite One cannot
know anything outside of itself, anything that would be
a contradiction of its Divine nature; man’s ignorance
of his real nature binds him with his own freedom, until
he comes to see things as they really are, and not as they
appear to be.
In the Infinity of mind, which is the principle of all
metaphysics and of all life, there is nothing but mind,
and that which mind does. That is all there is in the Universe.
That is all there ever was or ever will be. This mind is
acted upon by our thought, and so our thought becomes the
law of our lives. It is just as much a law in our individual
lives as God’s thought is in the larger life of the
Universe.
For the sake of clearness, think of yourself as in this
Mind, think of yourself as a center in it. That is your
principle. You think, and Mind produces the thing. One
of the big points to remember is that we do not have to
create; all that we have to do is to think. Mind, the only
Mind that there is, creates.
Few people seem to understand the nature of the law and
so think that they have got to do something, even if it
is only holding a thought; thinking or knowing is what
does the thing. It will make it much easier for us when
we realize that we do not have to make anything, just to
know; that there is something back of the knowing which
does the work for us.
That person gets the best results who realizes that he
can use this divine principle; he who can get the clearest
concept of his idea, and who can rely on Mind to do for
him, keeping everything out of his thought that would contradict
the supremacy of Spirit or Mind.
By simply holding a thought we could not make anything,
but by knowing in mind, what cannot we do?
