06.01.04 - Fun Creation
"Great is the man who can overcome the world, but greater
still is the man who can overcome himself, for he will have
the world spinning on the palm of his hand."

Today give away something that you want. There is a powerful gesture
in the willingness to let go of old patterns and beliefs that we
have allowed to define us so far. Every shift, every new expression
of Self, each nuance of you-as-Spirit requires that you let go
of an old version of Self that had value. When you feel called
to nurture this work of self-discovery you can awaken to the generosity
of the Universe by mirroring its givingness. Heaven "provides" and
is always waiting to give us something splendid. And by giving
away something you want, you demonstrate, for the sake of your
own believing, that you are willing to take the next step, and
both be and have more. You never lose by being generous. Tithing
operates on this principle. So does deliberate creating.
Remember there comes a time when life gets shorter rather
than longer and one has to go the direction of the heart -

TREATMENT:
Life is a never ending continuum of expression, and I am one with
this life.
I'm here to express my own innate beauty, power, and creativity.
I was made
out of life-stuff to enrich and increase the blessings that Life
brings, by
means of me, into the world.
What this means for me is simple: I steadfastly affirm and proclaim
that
I am an original thinker, and I can always create, develop, and
cultivate
new ideas and perceptions of Self that manifest from the One and
Only
Creative Power of the Universe. I am totally available to an experience
of
the world, my self, and other people as God in expression...God
in form.
I consciously choose to be accountable for my own experience. I
freely
make the kinds of choices that bring me to balance. I choose ways
of being
that support the greater expression of my life, and I do this with
joy.
This isn't a burden - it's a celebration! I give my all to life,
in conscious,
balanced, and unconditional ways. I release the need to hoard aspects
and
qualities of my personality that are no longer serving my own God
purpose
and potential. I give my gifts openly and with a generous heart
as I bring my
own unique and vital Self into expression.
The natural laws of Life respond to these bold choices, words,
and actions.
All that I need to live and live well is here, and I accept it
without
hesitation or reservation. The time, resources, and inspiration
to
accomplish what is mine to accomplish is suddenly right where I
am, at just
the right time, in just the right way. I am totally in the flow,
One with all Life,
and One with God. I know it. I give thanks for it. And so it is.

- My Mental Garden
AFFIRM:
Beauty, wisdom and truth blossom in the garden of my Christ
consciousness!
My life is lived in a never ending, ever ascending spiral of
good!
The essential nature of my being is abundance!
Everyday I discover something new, true and wonderful about

I really am Gods gift to the universe!
In deep gratitude I let it all be!

- Gratitude
Find
something in every situation for which you can be grateful!
Gratitude is a tremendously creative stance, because our experiences
correspond directly to who we believe we are. And gratitude
establishes a foundation of Self that has already been received,
which is after all, the time we are usually grateful. The truth
is that even when a situation is problematic, you can find
something in it to appreciate. Being sick may give you a chance
to finally rest from overwork; not having enough money can
teach you to appreciate the little things and also to be resourceful.
Every problem contains a gift. Cultivate the grateful version
of yourself and the gifts start to swing into view. Note that
in this sense gratitude has to be genuine; it cannot be forced
or strategic. And further it cannot be merely a reaction to
facts, because the gratitude I'm talking about leads to the
facts by staying true to itself no matter what. In our spiritual
practice, we don't assume the desired version of Self in order
to manipulate conditions, events, or other people. We do it
for our own sake, for the joy and relief of being who we want
to be.

TREATMENT:
There is only One Source - Infinite Mind - and this One
individualizes Itself by means of me. I know I am part of
the Universal Mind of God, and this good is now available
to me as my divine inheritance!
I focus on and celebrate the abundant good in my life. I am
aware of good in every experience, wherever I am and wherever
I go. I look for the good and find it. I bring the highest
and best
of me to the world and the world gives its highest and best
back,
for this is the law of circulation. I am in the flow of the
Spirit-of-
Wholeness, and It responds to my receptivity of greater good
more than ever before -- dynamic, radiant health, loving relationships,
abundant, increasing prosperity, and expansion of creative
expression
in all glorious ways.
I am ever grateful. My good now expands as my consciousness
of
acceptance is broadened. And so it is.

Living
in the There and Then
Thomas Moore
Are your efforts to be in the here and now taking you out of
the present?
I confess that there is something perverse in my nature. Whenever
I hear someone presenting an idea with unusual conviction,
and I sense even a little anxiety in it, perhaps revealed in
excessive passion or the need to convince, I consider the opposite.
For example, people often tell me how important it is to be
in the here and now, and so I entertain the value of being
in the there and then.
I understand the point in being present to whatever you‚re
doing, but the idea of being present takes you away from simply
being present. It becomes a program and an ideal. To be really
present you may have to stop thinking about being present.
I sense some sentimentality and perfectionism in the idea of
being in the here and now, and this can be a subtle way of
avoiding the very thing you‚re advocating. The philosophy
of the here and now may be more exciting than being fully engaged.
Being present with your heart entails giving up some of your
ego wishes, including your desire to be present.
I find great value in the there and then. The past is always
at work in the present. As a therapist, I like to listen to
stories of the past, not to explain the present, but to gather
the pieces of a life into a living organism. Some people try
to get away from their pasts. They don‚t realize that
avoiding the past is to cut off from the present.
As the years go by, I find more value in paying attention to
night dreams. They are not of the here and now, except as they
undergird daily life. They are from another realm and another
time zone altogether, and yet they influence the present, perhaps
even more than the intention to be fully engaged.
I also worry that the emphasis on being present makes the "I" too
big. What difference does it make if you are truly there? Maybe
it is more important for you to be receptive to the presence
of the other, to really open yourself to entertaining the reality
of the other person. Maybe it‚s more important for you
to allow the other to be in your here and now than for you
to be so conspicuous. Maybe you should hardly be there at all,
except to take in the world that makes itself present to you.
The spiritual teachings I cherish most are those that tell
you how to soften the self so that life can happen. Spiritual
teachers stress toning down the self because spirituality easily
inflates the ego. It‚s easy to see a big, obtrusive self
getting in the way, but more difficult to spot the small, nearly
invisible ego that is even more troubling. Whenever you attempt
some spiritual goal with the idea of advancing, say, into being
in the here and now, the self is likely playing a major role.
So, let me say it publicly: From now on I will not be concerned
about being in the here and now. I may frequently wander into
the past and into fantasy. I want to be present to memory and
imagination as much as to whatever is going on around me. In
fact, if we ever meet, you may notice that I‚m not present
much at all. I‚m the kind of person who easily walks
into telephone poles and forgets what I just said or what I
intended to do, so lost do I get in the rich world that is
not visibly present.
Maybe this means that I‚m not such a spiritual person.
So be it. For me, it is not as important to be spiritual as
it is to be.
TREATMENT:
I am an expression of the Infinite One. Within the Life of
Spirit
I live, move, and have my Being. Spirit is eternal in Its existence
and perpetually transitions into new and varied expressions
of
Itself. As such, I too must perpetually change and become more
within the Life of God.
Knowing this is Spirit's Nature, and that my nature replicates
that of the Divine, I easily and excitedly surrender to what
I
am becoming! I appreciate all that I am in this moment and
anticipate the magnificence of my undiscovered Self. My
thoughts and attention fall upon my potential; I know it goes
beyond any perceived boundaries. My potential as love, joy,
prosperity, peace, and wisdom is as infinite as the Creator
Itself.
I am the immortal beloved, and I rejoice in my personal,
sacred evolution. The Law now accepts my spoken word.
I praise my life; I raise my life. And so it is.

- Path of Inner Truth

of, for the rich person inside you and for the poor one.

us.' If you learn to love the poor one within you, you'll
discover that you have room to have compassion 'outside'
too, that there's room in you for others, for those who
are different from you, for the least among your brothers

The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want. I am filled
with all of the power and light I need to create the life
I so desire. I Am that I Am -- truth and wisdom abound
and I am courageously led into freedom.
A new door opens and Light, Love, and Life everlasting
pours through and I am limitless creativity and productivity.
I invite into my life those experiences that enrich the
expression of my soul, and fulfill me in every way. I open
my heart to people, places, and things that inspire and
support me. I am all possibilities for my greatest self-
expression. I remember that I am Divine Potential and
can access the All That Is.
I embody all of the Intelligence, Light, and Love of the
Universe in each cell of my Being. I am a beacon. I am
love. I am compassion. I am nonjudgment. I am joy. And so it.

- A Holy Command
The
first step in conquering difficult situations is to understand
that you are the power, you have command over all situation
potentials and you and you alone determine each and every
final outcome. Many are taught early in life that we are
powerless, and that we will just have to accept the inevitable
when it arrives. I don't believe this is true, and neither
should you. We must reeducate ourselves and our children "the
truth" regarding these matters. Man is so accustomed
to struggling and suffering through circumstances that
often when it is absent he cannot be happy. This is how
twisted our reality has become, the perpetuation of polarity
consciousness; negatives and positives constantly battling
each other. These thought forms operate in subtle ways
to bring about lingering consequences and circumstances
that can be traumatic. Statements such as, "I
could have done more!" serve to get you nowhere, and
they promote energies of guilt and regret. Unbeknowing
to most individuals, the easiest and most effective way
of discharging a potentially difficult situation is through
spiritual intention and energetic means. We must go to
the deeper thinking of alignment and command the Limitless
Conscious Life of God to be the realization of our life.
Never hesitate to say that you know your life is the life
of God, and that the Truth of that Life penetrates every
particle of your Divine Nature.

- A "Gotta See" Movie
There
may be signs that ALL are waking up gang. Last week while
in Sedona the locals recommended a "must see" movie
that was in town for a limited time. They ranted over how
it was science, spirituality, humor and our consciousness
paradigm all rolled into one. The film is titled, "What
the #$BLEEP*! Do We Know!?" and I am certain that
many of my Mid and West Coast neighbors have already seen
this little masterpiece. If you have heard of it and haven't
made the time to see it -- take the time.
Because it has arrived!
This bold, funny, unique work goes to the heart of the human dilemma. It challenges
and lays waste the old Paradigms of thought and places responsibility squarely
where it belongs – on individual human consciousness. It’s a documentary.
It’s a story. It has mind-blowing special effects. These three elements

soul! It’s a new genre about a New Worldview for a new audience. This outrageous
film plunges you into a world where quantum uncertainty is demonstrated – where

TREATMENT:
The beacon has been lit! The One Life of God stands in a
place
where
it can see a panoramic view of all that it has been and all that it is
destined to be. As part of the fullness within this One Self, I recognize
the holy vessel that I am. My Presence participates in the success
of
the Shift of Ages.
The portal of Divine Consciousness from the heart and mind of God
has opened and humanity is now being guided, encouraged, and
enlightened as sacred knowledge flows forth as viable solutions to
the challenging times we find ourselves in right now. It is a time of
lifting. A time when great currents of Light flood from the heavens.
A time when, together, we are cocreating every facet of the Divine
Plan. The Whole of Us is reawakening to the greater reality behind
the one we all accept as true. We all are catching It and escorting
it into purification.
I am thankful for a heart that can love who we are at this very moment,
and yet get giddy with excitement over the place of greater light that
we are headed. I bless all those connected to the "What the Bleep"film for their genius and graciousness as they bring thoughts to the
forefront of the public's attention. Expansion for the populace.

- The Wisdom of Men
WHAT
IS PRAYER?
Aramaic doesn’t have a separate word for prayer and
meditation. It doesn’t even have a word that separates
the inner and the outer life. The word "prayer" in
Aramaic means "to open oneself to allow the sacred
to fill one’s life, inside and out." "God" in
Aramaic means "One Being-ness" – not some
thought-form image outside of oneself. As I sometimes say, "God" in
Aramaic means that no one and nothing is excluded. The
prayer that Jesus gave can guide one through a meditative
process that begins in blessing and proceeds
through letting go, vision, embodiment, and compassionate
sharing of the gifts of creation with all of one’s
community, human and non-human.

Loose the cords of mistakes binding us, as we release the strands
we hold of other's guilt.
Forgive our hidden past, the secret shames, as we consistently
forgive what others hide.

I am a master here on Earth. I have come to expand into
the fullness of my Soul in the physical. I am consciously
creating a life of beauty, truth, joy, love, laughter, abundance,
prosperity, creativity, and great wisdom. I trust myself to bring
these qualities forth into my physical existence now. I am
evolving, and this is Perfection in every moment. I embrace
my journey and grant myself permission to explore, experience,
witness, and expand now and always! And so it is.

Every day and every way I am One with God. One with
the joy and peace in Infinite Mind. One with the glory
of Spirit's world. Living the God-revealed each day.
Today I realize that it is no wonder the Universe is
expanding in marvelous ways that only makes my
life greater than Great! Anything I desire, anything,
the Universe can find a way to let it happen . . . as long
as the joy and pleasure of receiving lives within the
context of my natural day. I choose to allow the "vibes"of my world getting better and better, and better take
over my heart. Every experience I create causes Source
to respond lovingly, easily, and effortlessly!
What a celebration to watch my life be transformed
into all of that! Living what I feel, manifesting my
dominating vibrations brings the most blessed fruits
of labor. And so it is.

- Living the Calm

Thurman: For the Inward Journey
From "Walls of Disapointment", p 295-96:
"
When
trapped by walls of disappointment and tempted to panic
by disordered thinking, calmness is the only solution for
men, for the acts of Providence are so hidden it is hard
to understand how delicate are the influences emanating >from
our own mind. There are great changes that come about in
the darkest hours where there is no hope and the encircling
gloom is terrifying to the heart. It is difficult to understand
the power at the moment. Calmness in the midst of chaos,
serenity in the midst of ferverish activity, are the secret
that all commanders must know, the secret revealed in crisis,
that the soul that is calm with controlled emotion is performing
an act of faith. To do this we must remember our way back
into the very center of our being, to that eternal fountain
of refreshment within. Otherwise we block, frustrate, and
delay, giving over to a frantic spirit and mind glutted
with panic. It is a hard lesson, perhaps it should be an
easy one.
Consider you believe that you are a child of God. You have
a vision, however vague, or your own send of godhood. Your
bewildered, tired, impatient self can only glimpse this
in moments far between as you conceive time. But what is
a week, a month, yea, even a year? In the deep, inner quietness
of your spirit, time stands still - before and after are
lost in now, there is no movement, no action, even the
outer edges of awareness blend into the surrounding calm.
It is this calmness that now you must carry with into the
maelstrom of your hectic days. Let it be remembered grace
and a nourishing companion. And this is enough.
TREATMENT:
Life is wonderful. All around me, I see the evidence of
an intelligence so
immense, so intimately involved with creation, that I know
it's involved
with me too. My life springs from the One great life, out
of the formless
into form, so that Life, wonderful Life, can be expressed
in greater
fullness, with greater joy, with lavish abundance, and
with unlimited, wild
creativity.
I let my life open up to the intelligence that created
it all, that created
me, and that is yearning to create even more wonderfulness
by means of
me. I let my mind be inspired with innovative, fresh ideas. I know that the
principle of life is never bound by precedent; what's gone before is
irrelevant. In this moment, I am totally new, and Life is new in me. This
intelligence is brought to bear in my work, my play, my relationships, my
body, and in every facet of my life.
Thank God for the intelligence that is always there for me to draw upon!
It's a great blessing, and so am I. And so it is.

- Infinite Givingness
AFFIRM:
I am open and available to the infinite givingness of God!
Divine love and supreme wisdom are active in all of my
affairs!
All the power and presence of pure Spirit shines forth
as my experience!
Health and wholeness express radiantly as my body
temple!
These ideals are constantly made real as my life!
In deepest gratitude I do let it be!

- Sending Light For Your Child
Nothing
is more debilitating than to care about something you can't
do anything about. And you can't do anything about your
adult children. You can want better for them, and maybe
even begin to provide something for them, but in the long
run, you cannot do anything about someone else's vibration
other than hold them in the best Light you can, mentally,
and then project that to them. And sometimes, distance
makes that much more possible than being up close to them.
Worrying about someone else is a terrible waste of your imagination,

TREATMENT:
God ..... Absolute, Eternal, Infinite! Perfection in Spirit. ALL.
Perfect God. . .is having a passionate love affair with Life as
(child's name). God personified as the pure radiance of a
human life. . .
Everything in (child's name) life represents the evolution of this
God consciousness. All is occurring in divine right order in
his world. Right now! (child's name) is a point of harmony through
which this evolution of consciousness is flowing. His mother
joyously and easily celebrates where (child's name) is right now
in his current level of consciousness. (Your name) aligns with this
One consciousness to counsel (child's name) in mastering the
level of consciousness that he is currently working with fully
and completely. It is easy for (your name) to release worry and fear
connected to (child's name) affairs for she realizes that to upgrade
(child's name) spiritual intelligence through these qualities of God's
grace is not beneficial. Instead I turn to the Law of Mind and
become confident in the faithfulness of the invisible good.
(your name) consciously focuses on each being around (child's name)
that assists in his development and growth (seen and unseen) so
that his/her daily experiences transform into a beautiful expression
of the One Creative Source.
(Your name) thoughts, feelings, and emotions are immersed in God's
infinite healing light of intelligence! And there is gratitude for the
loving guidance in this highest vibration of Light. These words
are now released into the Law as (your name) now values, loves, and
adores her son/daughter as God's equal. Thank you God, and so it is.

The
Vessel
The Master was searching for a vessel to use:
Before Him were many,
Which one would He choose?
"
Take me," cried the gold one.
"
I'm shiny and bright;
I'm of great value and I do things just right.
My beauty and luster will outshine the rest,
And for someone like you, Master, Gold would be best."
The Master passed on with no word at all,
And looked at a silver urn, grand and tall.
"
I'll serve you dear Master, I'll pour out your wine;
I'll be on your table whenever you dine.
My lines are so graceful, my carving so true,
And silver will always complement you."
Unheeding, the Master passed on to the brass,
Wide-mouthed and shallow and polished like glass.
"
Here, here!" cried the vessel, "I know I will
do;
Place me on your table for all men to view."
"
Look at me," called the goblet of crystal so clear,
"
My transparency shows my contents so dear.
Though fragile am I, I will serve you with pride,
And I'm sure I'll be happy in your house to abide."
Then the Master came next to a vessel of wood;
Polished and carved, it solidly stood.
"
You may use me, dearest Master," the wooden bowl said.
"
But I'd rather you used me for fruit, not for bread."
Then the Master looked down and saw a vessel of clay.
Empty and broken it helplessly lay.
No hope had the vessel that the Master might choose,
To cleanse, and make whole, to fill and to use.
"
Ah! Now This is the vessel I've been hoping to find.
I'll mend it and use it and make it all mine.
I need not the vessel with pride of itself,
Nor one that is narrow to sit on the shelf;
Nor one that is big-mouthed and shallow and loud;
Nor one that displays his contents so proud;
Nor the one who thinks he can do things just right;
But this plain earthen vessel filled with power and might."
Then
gently He lifted the vessel of clay,
Mended and cleansed
it and filled it that day;
Spoke to it kindly - "There's work you must do...
Just pour out to others as I pour into you."

- Playing in God's Garden
The sun shifts into its highest position in the sky this
month and all life seems to follow it. Delicate
creek-side blossoms grace the paths of the red
rock country and the air exults with the
celebration of life. Ah, summer! The very writing
of these words fills my heart with passion and makes me
want to let go of all care, to abandon all this adult serious
foolishness, to slip my shoes off and to wander the banks
of some breezy mountain lake stalking dragonflies! Or,
maybe I could just lounge around a friendly campfire
singing a song or two, eating a fire-toasted marshmallow
or two (the blacker the better) and then wander off into
the darkness to gaze right up into the Milky Way so brilliant
this time of year, wondering what other life is up there
and feeling so big and yet so small all at the same time!
What a time to step out of life and to embrace Life! What
a time to reconnect with the earth and all its web of noble
creatures large and small; to rediscover a lost piece of
our own nobility! While we fret our little stories
under the neon lights of this city, whole galaxies are
being birthed somewhere up there in the deep recesses of
those powdered-sugar summer skies! How simple are
the ways that lead us to peace, that crown us with joy,
that invite us into the Oneness---and we choose to be lost
in the complexities of our own “importance?”!
May we together, you and I, find a place this summer if
only for a little while and an excuse (any excuse will
do) to let it all go, to taste the sweet nectar of our

TREATMENT:
As a living creature with a divine nature, I was created
from
the infinite and eternal Life of God. A masterful creation seeded
from providential intention and design. As I reflect on the
magnificence of creation, I feel a sense of wonder. I realize that
I am just one divine and spiritual being endowed with all the
attributes of Spirit. This Truth is wondrous. I am alive with God's
Presence. I am saturated with Divinity. I am love. I am light. I am
joy.
I know I am in this life to enjoy and partake of my true nature. I
step out of my "normal" mindset and take time to play in God's
gardens of nature. I take time in the late afternoon and lay my
head in a nest of grass where I can smell the aroma of gardenias
on the wind. How beautiful it will be to welcome that time for
the play of my being with God. Who knows what will happen?
Come trouble or pleasure, I will find myself beloved. I rejoice in
these healing, playful adventures of salvation and ecstasy.
I am here by choice, stretching, growing, and playing. Living my
highest awareness, yearning to be intimate with God. I am grateful
for the beauty of life God imparted on this planet and the delight,
awakening, and expansion of soul when I blend with its Presence.
And so it is.

While
at the LightMasters conference in Sedona one of the presenters
had us do a neat visualization that I would like to share
with you all. . . it doesn't take but a few minutes
and has a potential to really impact your physical existence
if you allow it.
Bryan de Flores was explaining to the audience that every soul on this planet
has an unlimited reservoir of universal energy, which we can call upon and utilize
at any given moment. He called it our 5th Dimensional Bank Account, and it is
a higher and more unlimited source of money and energy, as it is what we have
accumulated on a soul level from all our lifetimes in service to humanity and
God. And we can connect to this bank account through our will and intent.
To utilize this universal account you must use White-Light technology to
upgrade your present bank account. Imagine that this etheric spiritual technology
energizes and purifies all your money consciousness. Close your eyes and
see your bank account being charged up to 100 % of its value! Pump
it up, see the mastery of your finances, charge it with feelings of wealth and
freedom! Spin out any thoughts of fear and lack from your field (your body, mind, & spirit)
-- feel the exhilaration that fills in those places of constriction. Be totality
absorbed in your own right to Universal Abundance!
Stay in this mode of consciousness until you know your bank account has been
100% charged. *A note of conscious caution here: remember as you are manifesting
through your universal account to be realistic and practical, if your desires
are too excessive the flow will stop and your needs will not be met. Never possess
more than you can love and care for!

God is my sheperd. I shall not want, ever, for anything. God is all there
is. Perfection is the reigning atmosphere in and around all that is God.
God in me, through me and around me. God is my atmosphere. Perfection
reigns within me.
Rejoice ... for this my day, My day of perfection where everything goes
right. I have time to do everything I want to do. Every moment falls in line
with my desires. It flows. The sun is shining, the birds are singing, and
Oh look, my life is colored in glorious beauty. I am filled with JOY. My
clothes fit properly. I look Maaa-velous!!!!! I feel so good about myself. I
weigh what I want. And if tomorrow I want to be smaller, I know it will be so.
I am God's creation of perfection.
I am living from the right place, alighned in Christ Consciousness. I am
full of comapssion and send love to all I meet. I am living from my goddess.
I am so HAPPY. Laughter bursts from my heart with such joy as I laugh
out loud!
My bank account is full and is charged to be worth 100% of its value.
I have more .... way more than I need to meet all my needs, wants and
desires, Always! Abundance is mine.
I live today aligned with perfect health. My bones are aligned properly
and carry me through while my muscles are strong and healthy and
support me through my day. I feel no pain . . . only the ebb and flow
of perfect health.
God, I LOVE THIS DAY! I revel in the gloriousness of all I have access to.
I am thankful for all I have and all that is on its way to me. As I say these
words I know the Law has already done its job. I know this as my life.
And so it is.
