09.01.04 - Spiraling Power of God
AFFIRM:
I am the spiraling powers of a God centered nature in human form,
moving outward from its primary destination of power and knowledge.
I am forever anchored in this center of Truth even as the velocity
of
change comes quicker, faster, harder.
I rely on Spirit as my fabricated world swirls and reconfigures with intensity.
I remain conscious in the centerum of the figure eight
becoming the balance of Living Spirit empowered today.
And so I approach all my affairs in adoration that I have the magnificent
ability to overcome all chaos and to soar above adversity simply by
celebrating the joy of what I truly am ...
a dancing, spiraling, power of God.
And so it is.

- Embodying Our Desires
"One
of the reasons that students have difficulty with deliberate
creation is that they never cross the bridge from concept to
embodiment. It's one thing to conceive of ourselves as expressing
a new, more fulfilled identity, yet entirely another thing
to step into the shoes of that new version of self and assume
its point of view." - Reverend Angela
This shift from thinking about the new, desired identity to
assuming it is the "tipping point" of our practice.
It makes all the difference, inwardly and outwardly. The measure
of embodiment is the feeling that something is natural.
It fits. It's who you are. There's nothing to work out. Whether
we assume that we are what we want or assume that we are what
we don't desire, the Law of Mind responds, fulfilling the assumption. As
one Hindu teacher put it, "You not only have to see what
you want, you have to be what you want."
Believe this,

TREATMENT:
I choose this day to serve the highest and best within
me.
This is the great mystery, the Creator, sending out its
song
through my soul. I am willing to merge myself completely in the flow of divine light and love that I may be an instrument of
the pure song of Creation. My heart becomes stronger, my pulse
deeper and more rhythmic as it beats in unison to the
drum of the One song ~ the Law of One.
I affirm the expanded consciousness of being Self-aware rather
than self-centered. As I simply witness the Truth of who I really
am I experience the beauty and power of the One love. Easily I
renounce willful attitudes. Effortlessly I avoid and release willful
behaviors. I surrender the idea of needing to have a positive
self-image and replace it with the spiritual truth of infinite perfection.
My essence is a divine realization that is Self-aware and Self-confident
now and always. I celebrate the God/Goddess role ( insert name ) plays
in this drama of life.
How beautiful it is to witness the wholeness of God for one day. How
blessed I am to prove that this Presence is everywhere I am. I do not
have to seek it because at my innermost core, I am already the pure
consciousness of creation. This I know, this I AM. And so it is.

- TGIF
Ok,
is the week over yet? We have all had challenges lately that
have tested our patience, trust, faith, and sense of balance,
right? I am not going to tell you to remember that you set
all those events into place, nor will I go on and on about
the need to go with the flow. What I am going to do, is to
gently remind all of us that every aspect of negativity,
irrationality, selfishness, and destructiveness are stages
of soul development that provoke us to move into stronger spiritual
spaces.
If we lived in a state of harmony and bliss all the time, where everything
is fine we would never discover the worst within us. It would stay
dormant, unexposed, and would not go through the necessary process of purification.
These spaces within us are always triggered exactly at the right time for
their healing. They need the exposure and the provocation so that we can consciously
know all of us. These undeveloped aspects assist each of us on our path to wholeness.
And by the way, the more of these episodes you can work through successfully
the safer you are going to feel in your own skin, so to speak. You learn to remain
essentially whole, no matter what others do or fail to do, no matter how they
react, you are unaffected and can stand in a centered place of balance.
All negativity that you can walk/work through (in you) can no longer exist,
and can no longer flare up when others do wrong by you. You may be hurt, or angry,
but in an entirely different way than when your own unresolved faults and flaws
are triggered by outside circumstances.
So while we all face challenges in many, many different forms it is truly our
struggle for the wisdom and clarity of spirit that allows the darkest, most ignorant
limitations to spur us on to wholeness.
Dang, that makes sense doesn't it?

TREATMENT:
Spirit is always present in every moment, being the source and substance of
all things. It is my source, and it is to be found within me. I know that
the nature of spirit is always to reveal greater and greater wholeness, no
matter what. Regardless of the path I take to reveal that wholeness, whether
it's comfortable or uncomfortable, the truth is that wholeness is always
available to be seen, felt, and experienced.
I know that Spirit knows how to heal all that needs to be healed; it knows
how to do it in me, and it knows how to do it in every part of me. It knows
how to heal my body, my mind, my heart, and my understanding. It does all of
this now, for I specifically invite it to do so. The truth is that nothing
actually ever needs to be healed; only the innate perfection that is my true
identity revealed. I let this happen in me now, and I let it happen in every
situation in which I find myself. I'm not willing to settle for anything
less than absolute, joyous, perfect wholeness. I invoke it by means of this
prayer. And I give thanks for the power of Spirit that goes to work
accomplishing this intention. And so it is.

09.06.04
- Serving Infinite Love
At
the end of the day, there’s only me and my God. When
the lights are out, my ambitions are laid aside, ego surrendered,
children tucked in, list checked off (or thrown out), it is
just me and the Spirit within. In this naked light of midnight,
I cannot hide in any of my stories, or behind a facade of who
I might try to be. If I reach out to hold onto my beliefs,
my hand will swoosh right through. Beliefs are useless at the
midnight hour.
Every night, just before sleep, and every morning just before
waking, I resonate with that chord of God I have cultivated
in my awareness through my prayer and meditation…and
interest. It is so delightful and profound to be interested
in love, in peace, in sustainability. What a sweet intimacy;
what a sharp focus. At the end of the day, there is only me
and my God. Sacred Love indeed.
It is September. Time to harvest that which we have cultivated
all year in our character, and most importantly, in our connection
with Spirit. Let us follow the natural flow of the season and
begin to notice where we are fully plugged into Cosmic Source
and build upon that. Let us reside in the place where we do
not accept excuses and our good intentions alone, but we place
our bottom in the chair, so to speak, no matter what- and sit.
And listen.
Autumn is an especially rich time to retreat, to learn how
to observe our own spiritual practice without judgment. To
build our own sacred Spirit lodge within. From this place
of connection, we can come forth into our families, communities,
our world, and be the dynamic, dazzling, and infinitely loving
being we are destined to be. Join me in consecrating September
as the month of re-connection with God and placing First things
first! Ultimately, all that really matters is our devotion
to Love.

TREATMENT:
Equipped with qualities, a doer of works and creator of their
consequences, I reap the results of all my actions. I am the
ruler
of life and move in this One journey according to my own acts.
I lovingly recognize my awesome nature of Spirit, merge all
my
energies, desires, and movements within Its workings today
to
bring about the True Self. I understand as It understands for I
am the coming nexus of organized consciousness ready for
rebirth.
Monday is simply a step in the growth of being towards my
destined self-unfolding in Nature. I allow Infinite Intelligence to
freely and easily know Itself by means of my deeds and consciousness.
I am open and receptive to the vital awakening of a deeper, richer
spiritual awareness that flows through me transforming conditions,
and creating a wonderful life! I enjoy dynamic good health, increasing
prosperity, true love and creative fulfillment in all I do. As a creator in
training and an apprentice along a soul path toward ascension I survive
all challenges by being open to change and through faith in the perfection
of all that unfolds before me. In my heart, I know that new vibrations of
power and honor bring forth changes. These changes are in truth
the forerunners of better conditions bringing forth ideals and goals
into concrete form.
Being content, at peace, and filled with joy I let this prayer be fulfilled
now. I am tickled by its divine power the change all my desires into behaviors
of
a christed consciousness. So be it. It is the time of fulfillment. And so it
is.

- Changes

TREATMENT:
There is but one Infinite Intelligence in the universe,
and that
intelligence is God, by whatever name I call it. I know that
Spirit, being
an indivisible wholeness, is always in harmony with itself;
there is never a
conflict or confusion within Spirit. I may experience the temporary
confusion of forgetting the truth about myself, other people,
and the
universe, but the Truth is that spirit is never confused!
Because this is the case, all conflict and confusion are now
banished from
my experience. It is truly this simple; I set a clear intention
and God does
the work in me, by means of spiritual laws, to make it come
about. So I
release confusion, conflict, and difficulty, and in their place
I welcome
clarity, harmony, and ease.
I give thanks for the infinite possibility that is within me,
which I am
always bringing out to share with the world and the people
in it. I let this
be so, and so it is.

- I Am in the Mind of God
AFFIRM:
Inside
Inside me, there is a place of confidence
and quietness and security where all things are
known and understood.
This is the Mind of God, of which I am a part.
And which responds to me each time
I make a request of It.
This is the power I rely on for guidance
in all my daily affairs.
And so it is.

- Nothing is What it Appears
Ask
ten people what money or health or love means to them, and
you're likely to get ten different answers. This is why, from
a Science of Mind perspective, looking in a book to learn the
meaning of your dreams is like looking in the mirror to see
if you're hungry. Of course, if you know that the dream
book is a mirror of your beliefs, then you might find your
answers there, but you could find them just as well reading
a novel or a billboard or tea leaves.
The world is a place in which we can get lost or found, depending on how much
we realize and accept that it isn't things that happen to us as much as it is
meanings. One of my clients was struggling with whether or not to buy a widescreen
television until she realized that the new TV was charged with the issue of romantic
partnership! This isn't a connection one would expect, but clearly it was there.
In her reality, the small television she'd had for years was for one person to
watch; a widescreen TV, like a night out at the movies, was for two. As soon
as she realized what "buying a widescreen TV" really was about, the
issue resolved itself without effort.
Often we struggle with a situation only because, immersed in our personality
point of view, we fail to recognize what the situation is telling us about our
consciousness. This explains why seemingly inconsequential events can suddenly
be highly charged with significance for us. Along these lines, Ernest would tell
us, "Nothing is what it's about," which is a paradoxical way of saying
that nothing that emotionally charges you is about what it appears to be about
from your immersed perspective. Only by transcending the experience can we understand
what's working on us, what wants our attention, what contradiction is ready to
be released, what next better step is ready to be taken.
If you are facing a difficult situation this week, why not put the obvious "meaning" on
hold for a few minutes and consider it as something like a dream symbol, as representing
something else that's unresolved in your consciousness, something that wants
your attention and a better choice?
This week, claim the gift that is hiding in the things you most want to get rid
of.

TREATMENT:
The Intelligence that permeates the entire universe is always in operation,
keeping the whole in balance, bringing the parts into equilibrium with the
One. I know that anything that looks like chaos or disturbance in my life is
simply this re-equilibrium occurring...and I know that it happens by means
of spiritual laws.
This process of balancing and rebalancing is guided by my own expectations
and ideas, by my self-identification and by my beliefs. I look deeply within
myself, with absolute honesty, and realize that whatever I'm experiencing in
the world has a component somewhere in consciousness. I know that I don't
ask for difficult experiences; I've never asked for abuse or disease. Today
I simply say NO to those kinds of experience. I can do this, because I have
the ability to choose, and a law that backs up that choice without fail.
I am very clear about what I will and will not allow in my life experience.
I make powerful new choices for myself today, no matter what I've chosen in
the past. Spirit, in its lawful, intelligent, loving, balancing way, takes
these choices and creates my life from them. I always choose the very best
for myself, and my choices always benefit everyone. I give thanks for this
immense power that lies in my own thinking, choosing heart/mind...in the
wisdom that is in me! I know its source is Spirit, and I am awed and
grateful for this life I am living, because it's wonderful. And so it is.

- Spiritual Strechercises
Think
about your day so far. Even if it is early in the morning,
you've probably come into contact with your life in many
ways. How is it going so far? Each Friday this month we
are going to focus our attention on building stronger spiritual
muscles. Stretch our daily thinking to expand with a grander
version of ourselves. Living in a world that can demand
so much negative attention can deplete our "spiritual" storage
bins quickly. Think about it, each day our attention tends
to gravitate towards problems all day long. Not that
problems can't be helpful, because we need to attend
to problems in order to resolve or fix them. But what happens
if "problems and difficulties" occupy most
of our attention during the course of the day? We begin
to create a vision of life that is challenging, problematic,
disappointing and frustrating.
We are going to view spiritual practice not as an activity, but as a way of
experiencing our reality. Many of us were raised to think of spiritual
practice as little more than a short grace before meals, saying bedtime prayers,
and going to a weekly worship service. The problem with seeing practice this
way is that it can become just another entry on our already crowded To Do lists,
one of those frequently unexamined routines of our daily life. Practice degenerates
into an obligation similar to taking out the garbage or flossing our teeth.
You don't step on the path of practice for a few minutes a day, then jump off
to go about the rest of your life.
Take a moment to reflect on some of these example to see how you are doing
at maintaining your spiritual form, look at how you behave during a breakfast
disagreement with your partner, in a traffic jam on the way to the office,
in the line at the bank when someone skips ahead of you, in your reaction to
a homeless person begging for money, or at your club when you are asked to
do something that violates your conscience. This path also encompasses the
joy you feel in a job well done, the elation that washes over you while making
love, the affection you have for your pet, and the communion you experience
in a circle of close friends. . . .
Can you see how the skillful development of strong spiritual ideals is such
a fundamental aspect of our life experience and how the unskillful use of subjective
habits often result in suffering?
So please join me on this journey. Many of the exercises can be integrated
into your daily encounters with life. They will be interesting and fun to do,
and all will give you a chance to build your spiritual physique.

TREATMENT:
The infinite river of life is God's dream of paradise. A place of
one heart, one mind, and one pure, perfect body of expression. I know this
magnificence is my heritage. It is the power I came from and so
I creatively use these words to harness the astounding energy of God's life
~ my life.
Today I bring the harmonizing energy of spiritual strength into my life. This infusion
reinforces the value of well-being and objectivity as I take care of all the
details of the day. My practice of a spiritual consciousness allows me
to see new prospects and possibilities in every experience. My career, my relationships,
and all mental pursuits find a better order. Emotional indulgence and
other extremes are now transmuted by clarity, love, and wisdom. When
I see my own face in the mirror I remember that I AM the splendor of Spirit.
I embrace this Truth and step into my vision gracefully.
My gratitude is complete and eternal. I am Spiritual Light -- right
here and right now. I work in concert with the One that is in all, over
all, and surrounding all. I give thanks for this recognition and focus.
I release and let go, knowing it is so. And so it is.

- Turning into a New Leaf

This week my center is gearing up to start Science of Mind
classes once again. In a sense, I always consider this a "New
Year" because it is a time when individuals in the
New Thought community commit to turning over a new leaf, to
expansion, and to a fuller knowing of themselves. Ernest Holmes
once commented that Religious Science's greatest gift to the
world was "right thinking." "The ability
to attain your goals - to control your experiences and have
them result in happiness, prosperity, and success - lies in
your own mind and the way you use it." ( How to Change
Your Life ) To participate within a group as Mind-in-action
can only lead to greater good in your life. The ancient yogis
believed that the Godhead that dwells within the body is intelligence
itself, is pure consciousness and that our minds reflect
this consciousness. The Science of Mind philosophy teaches;
all conditions are affected by mental ones. The dear ones
that have signed up for a class have just instituted a
spiritual contract for their Inner God to be revealed! Yea
for them! I bow in honor to these Souls that signed up
for class this week because they are Possibilities walking.
They represent the human spirit searching for new ways to experience
who we really are. They are going to remember that they are
Divinity, All That Is, journeying forth to experience Itself
in a myriad of ways, Is-ness taking form in every manner possible
to experience Its own self.
I think we should all take a cue from them and do something
about ourselves and for ourselves that will develop our
finer, or God-like qualities. Move somewhere dynamic in consciousness
my friends, broaden your spectrum of living. Why not give rise
to a new paradigm? Be beautiful to behold and dignified
in movement as you compose your life's manuscript.

TREATMENT:
There is only One life, and that life is filled with the power
to recreate
itself in every moment. I am one with this life, being created
out of it. I
can always be made new by the Infinite Creative Power of this
Life, and I
choose to be made new today.
Whatever it is in me that's ripe for expansion, I offer it
to the
transformative power of Truth. I let the light in; I let everything
be
accessible to this power of Truth. I behold new ideas, constructive
habits of
thought, word, and deed, and let the infinite Truth have its
way with me!
I'm ready for the powerful changes this brings in my life in
all its forms.
I'm ready for a deeper, fuller, richer experience of life and
living, one
that comes only from a deeper experience of my true spiritual
nature. I open
myself for this experience, and I receive it with joy and gratitude.
And so
it is.

- Seeing Your Gifts

great men throw everything they have into their gifts and achieve a life of success."

Some people see an unswept floor as a problem; others see it as a project; and
some, of course, just don't see it! Character is revealed partly by what one
sees and partly by how one sees it. Is the glass half full or half empty - depends
on whether you're an optimist or a pessimist.
We all see different things, mainly because we see things differently. A God-inspired
man will see God's portrait in a thousand moods and find them all good.
He is not afraid of what and how he can contribute to the world, because he never
sees failure. He is a master of all things in his life because he knows that "all
inanimate objects obey the will of the Father."
William Blake said we might see the world in a grain of sand and heaven in a
wild flower. Is this for mystics only? Can we do this? Can we have this precious
healing insight? Yes! We need but accept, once and for all, the Nearness,
the Goodness, and the Allness of God.
Oh, momma-mia can you believe it is that easy -

TREATMENT:
God is All, and I greet His Spirit in all others I meet.
I recognize the Presence of God in, and as, my life and
the life of every living thing.
I accept right now an increased understanding of the gifts
in my life and know they are good. I do not judge what God
has inspired as not good enough, not valuable enough, or
not developed enough. My consciousness moves into God-
awareness and I am filled with the mastery of his visions. I
know that the more I understand God, the more I shall love and
understand the Self and all the gifts I possess. For where God
is, there is Spirit, and where Spirit is there is an infinite variety
of expressions. I use my Spirit successfully, sharing all my
gifts with the world.
I embrace the nearness, the goodness, and the allness of God
with a grateful heart. I am humbled when I try to imagine that I
would live otherwise. Thy work within me is ever good, ever
right, ever true. And so it is. Amen.

- Spiritual Stretchercises
Ours
is a transient life, lived on the run, with an endless
sense of process, of movement, of chasing the future. We
seldom pause to shine a light upon the ordinary moments,
to hallow them with our own attentiveness, to honor them
with gentle caring. They pass unnoticed, lost in the ongoing
rush of time.
"Yet it is just such a hallowing that our lives require,
we need to find ways to lift the moments of our daily lives
-- to celebrate and consecrate the ordinary, to allow the
light of spiritual awareness to illuminate our days.For
though we may not live a holy life, we live in a world
alive with holy moments. We need to take the time to bring
these moments into the light."

The Stretchercise For This Day: Identify several
ordinary moments in your day -- perhaps the moment
you first sit down at your desk, the walk to get some water,
the minutes waiting for an appointment to begin. Find a
way to acknowledge those moments with a short pause
or a gesture of gratitude, knowing that in doing so you
are allowing each moment to be filled with Spiritual awareness.
In gratitude for this moment with you all,

TREATMENT:
Life is always recreating itself out of itself in total
and absolute newness!
And because I'm a part of this One Infinite Life, this is true for me. I'm
always on the brink of newness, always ready to be made new all over again.
This prayer is just for that purpose...to embrace and accept newness wherever
I am, and wherever I go.
I'm ready to experience life with new eyes, a new heart, a renewed sense of purpose...
and a renewed physical form, too. I let the Infinite Intelligent power that has
created the
entire universe go to work on this in me; I invite it...I invoke it. Because
the creative power
responds to the direction I give it, and responds lawfully, I don't have to know
all the details
of what needs to be changed or added or let go of to experience my innate wholeness.
I simply
speak my word, trust in the spiritual creative laws of Life, and let them transform
me by the
renewing of my consciousness.
There are no ordinary moments. In each moment there is eternal newness that
is ever available
and I give thanks for it's appearance! I let it happen in me, and I celebrate its
illumination as my
New Self! And so it is.

- Making Life
Ok,
time to role play . . . . imagine for just a few moments
that you ARE the one creator . . . you know, the mind of
God that created all things. . . breathe this feeling in.
. . take a mental moment to slip into the shoes of the
One that wanted to experience its essence outside of itself.
. . So you set about the joy of creating a new reality
with the intention that you are going to hang out there,
in every imaginable form, for trillions and trillions
of years.
Do you think, just for kicks, you'd set it up in such a way that you might get
hurt, become less, or not matter?
Or, as the All That Is, the Alpha and the Omega, the bringer of the dawn and
each new day, would you be pretty confident that you could craft the most spectacular
paradise imaginable, flawless in every way? Yet at the time have it possess the
odd illusions of pain, loss and your own irrelevance, . . . to heighten suspense,
enhance the unknown, and make it one unforgettable, spine-tingling, nonstop adventure,
that will mean even more to you when you master it again, but from the inside
out?
How bout settling into Monday like you knew exactly what you were doing? If you
were the master putting his hand to this day would you bless it and "be" with
it every minute, or would you wring your hands in desperation and moan, "I
hope this is gonna work," all the while staying as separate and as distant
as you could?
From within the scheme of enlightenment and the love of God,

TREATMENT:
I awaken to the great thought that there is truly only One
sweet life. This body of life is all around me, and this day
I open myself up to the light of Its love. My heart fills with
peace and contentment. My mind absorbs the truth of all
universal wisdom. My body being organic God biology is
the magnificent force of light particle energy which has
amassed into a physical being under the pretense of being
a human experience. What a blessing to align with the God
Light Truth this morning.
I journey within a God-given limitless society that will give
me everything I want. All I have to do is love myself enough
to receive all of it. If it is healing, I can be the healer. If it is a
life partner, I can be the personification of love. To find my
purpose I share my soul light with everyone I meet. In the order
of God I can have everything, and nothing, absolutely nothing
can stand in the way! And it all arrives through the wavelengths
of my thoughts. Every thought is a master builder so today I
begin to "think" my way into whatever it is that I truly have a
passion to create/heal.
I live being healed back into the great love of God. It is so easy to
open my beingness to it. I am grateful to be filled with the light of
love itself, and to beam this Presence into every corner of my world.
Altering my life experience with these highest-bound spiritual words
I let it be so. And so it is.

Things in Balance
The
teaching of balance infiltrates all creation. This
become obvious when mindfully observing the activities of
creation and creatures as they instinctually follow
the rhythm of their existence. The most distinguishing
feature of the human being is consciousness, which gives
rise to self-awareness and a self-directing will. As
spiritual, mental and physical beings, we reveal
the three-fold nature of God residing in perfect repose within the
soul. A human incarnation is precious. Yet, to extract this preciousness
from our human walk requires that we balance all aspects of our being and doing.
If you see yourself as a spiritual being but do not respect other aspects of
your nature, imbalance will show up in your life. For example, if you
see yourself as a planetary citizen responsible for saving the Rain Forest,
you may contribute greatly to this process while angrily protesting pharmaceutical
companies. If you concentrate primarily on prayer and meditation while ignoring
serving others in this world, you become self-centered and retard your spiritual
development.
Your perspective must lovingly expand to make room for every dimension of yourself
to express and flourish. As each one of us takes responsibility to balance
our earth walk, so society balances itself. The first strategy is
to begin to appreciate everything that calls you to prayer. Each experience
comes to us that we may rise to meet the need of the moment with God in our consciousness. Secondly,
practice detachment from your current perspectives about life – it all
changes anyway! This allows the spaciousness required for expansion and
transformation. Thirdly, make room in your heart for yourself, remembering
that you can only accept and give to others to the degree that you experience
self-acceptance and self-givingness. Lastly, lose yourself in selfless
service to all whom you meet, freely giving the Divine Love that infiltrates
your heart to all.

TREATMENT:
The "single stuff" of the Universe is God, It is all there is.
This spiritual quotient is the reality that moves through, within, and around
me as a "piece of God." It's the reason I work! Not the objection for
why I shouldn't.
Because I am part of an unlimited spiritual resource system I call into place
the activation of that internal grid system that brings balance to all my thoughts,
words, and deeds. I move forward with a clear intention to always see what's
going on and if I am not
operating from a foundation of balance I allow Universal Council to defer
all experiences and perceptions to a level of highest good. With everything in
my life evolving for my highest good, I integrate more efficiently.
I have more power, more juice to bump out the underpinning beliefs that trap
God's truest sense of balance and
expression.
This is the basis of my spiritual questing, and so it is with a benevolent heart
and easy-flowing waves of gratitude that I
send this prayer into the One Mind knowing it now demonstrates in my
life. And so it is.

- I Am Absolute
AFFIRM:
“ WHAT THE #$*! CAN I DO?”
I lie in the lap of an immense intelligent universe
that is limitless and friendly.
I intend this day to be a creation of love, joy, and expansion for
I now know that all I dwell upon becomes my world.
The mystic observer pours forth It's knowing into my life revealing
the truth that I am absolute, I am complete, I am the beloved because
I am not separate from the I AM!
These words are the affirmative vision for my life.
Gratefully, I let it all be! And so it is. Amen.

When I create my day, and out of nowhere, little things happen that are so unexplainable,
I know that they are the process or the result of my creation. And the more I
do that, the more I build a neural net, in my brain, that I accept that that's
possible. Gives me the power and the incentive to do it the next day.
So, if we're consciously designing our destiny, if we're consciously, from a
spiritual standpoint, throwing in what the idea that our thoughts can affect
our reality or affect our life, because reality equals life. Then, I have this
little pact that I have when I create my day.
I say, I'm taking this time to create my day, and I'm infecting the Quantum Field.
Now, if it is in fact, the observer's watching me the whole time that I'm doing
this, and there is a spiritual aspect to myself. Then, show me a sign today,
that you paid attention to any one of these things that I created, and bring
them in a way that I won't expect."

TREATMENT:
There is One Essence, One Divine Presence, flowing in the Universe.
I open my heart and mind to the Infinite Source of All Good; It lives
through me. I have the power to create my experience through belief
and intention. I know all things manifest from my ideas through the
One Mind that is God.
Therefore, today I think clearly and constructively, for I am the sum
total of my thoughts. As my destiny is in my own hands, I joyously
direct my thinking and so direct the Law, bringing more good into my
life. Today I proclaim my freedom from every idea of failure. I rejoice
in the thought that I am of the essence of Infinite Spirit. I accept my
good with childlike faith for I realize the simplicity of accepting. I
know that good is limitless and everywhere present; from this unlimited
Source comes my bountiful supply for every possible need and manifests
in my affairs as success. Life can now deliver to me all that I desire.
I give thanks for my understanding that all things are possible. That there
is nothing beyond reach! And I boldly send my declaration of power and
acceptance into the Universe, where God always says yes. And so it is.

- Spiritual Stretchercises
I
will bet you that almost everyone who is reading this email
has an unbalanced relationship with "time." We
think there is too little time, not enough time, wonder
about time, we seek how to create more time, how to sculpt
time, and how to make time obey us. As you well know though,
linear time is a human creation. In this creation, it has
human components and common denominators. The human common
denominators are the digits from 1 to 2 and all the space
in-between -- the digits of 60 seconds, 60 minutes, and
24 hours. All of these bring you into alignment with linear
limited time.
Let's spend a moment of time recreating your average day. You get up in the morning
and the first thing that you is what? -- You look at what time is it. At that
moment of reference you decide your day. You decide how much time you have left
to make coffee, to make breakfast – not time enough to shower, time enough
to put your deodorant on, time enough to get dressed – and how much time
do you have to get to work. Shall I go the speed limit? Shall I stop here and
there because I have enough time? Or shall I speed along dangerously because
there is not enough time? Will I get there on time? We are see that your head
is spinning as Alice in Wonderland, but we ask you to just bear with us for a
few moments longer. In this time sequence, you are cutting yourself short by
trying to fit into a 60 minute, 60 second, 24 hour day. The numbers on your clocks
have become your lord and masters. You are Commander-in-Chief of your Time. Linear/
calendar time was originally created to lock you into a little black box and
keep you scurrying about as rodents in a maze where there is no cheese and no
ending in sight. The essence of time is here to obey you. You were not created
to obey time. Do you know how very freeing that thought is? Do you realize how
much life force and energy that you waste trying to fit into someone else’s
time pattern? Walk away from obeying the dictator of time?
In reality, time is yours for the bidding. The stretchercise for this week
is to begin sculpting your life according to your energetic needs. Create outcomes
that are aligned with your soul purpose each day. Work with the following
affirmation for the next week:
I now have enough time, energy, and money to accomplish all of my needs, wants,
desires, manifestations/creations and responsibilities.
Give time to yourself for it is a treasure,

TREATMENT:
On this very day I awakened with an expanded awareness of
the unity of all life. And so I open my heart with no fears, for
I am of the God Creator. I have within me the power to recognize
love, and love heals all. This love now carries me into the highest
of all healing vibrations.
I move, live, and have my being in universal flow. Every day, every
hour, and every minute of the hour is harmoniously arranged by
this Divine Principle. Because it never fails, I steadily move forward
being the most powerful energetic pattern that could possibly be.
Five steps, twenty paces, a thousand paces -- I do not falter. Time
is on my side. I am excited and delighted with all my day holds for
me to discover and live.
I am at peace and in flow. This is God's good day, and I am God's
good way. The Law begins Its work now. My life is the sincerity
of a grateful heart. And so it is.

- Water's Message
A
forceful scene in What the Bleep Do We Know takes
place in a train station. As Amanda waits for a train,
she is drawn to a series of posters, photographs of water
crystals taken by Dr. Masaru Emoto, a Japanese scientist.
From Mr. Emoto's work we are provided with factual evidence,
that human vibrational energy, thoughts, words, ideas and
music, affect the molecular structure of water, the very
same water that comprises over ninety percent of a mature
human body and covers the same amount of our planet. Water
is the very source of all life on this planet, its quality
and integrity are vitally important to all forms of life.
The body is very much like a sponge and is composed of
trillions of chambers called cells that hold liquid. The
quality of our life is directly connected to the quality
of our water.
Water is a very malleable substance. Its physical shape
easily adapts to whatever environment is present. But its
physical appearance is not the only thing that changes;
its molecular shape also changes. The energy or vibrations
of the environment will change the molecular shape of water.
This means that water can react to specific thoughts
or prayers directed to it. In this sense water not
only has the ability to visually reflect the environment
but it also molecularly reflects the environment. By essentially
capturing water's "expression" in his photographs,
Dr. Emoto has shown that thoughts affect physical reality.
In the movie, Amada is looking in awe at the posters when a man comes up to her
and explains that our bodies are 90 percent water and "if our thoughts can
do that to water, imagine what thoughts can do to us."
You make me sick. I will kill you.
Masaru Emoto's extraordinary work is an awesome display, and powerful tool, that
can change our perceptions of ourselves and the world we live in, forever. We
now have profound evidence that we can positively heal and transform ourselves
and our planet by the thoughts we choose to think and the ways in which we put
those thoughts into action.

TREATMENT:
The mind is to be used in harmony with the body. There is a
harmonic pattern of integrity in life-- in all life. This infinite
bounty of goodness is also inherent within me. As I balance
and align my thoughts with this harmonic resonance the Power
of Spirit establishes itself in me as a life which is good, beautiful,
and true.
Today I am realizing that all my thoughts are formulated in the
Divine Mind; all of my actions are sustained by the Infinite
Energy; all the power there is and all the Presence there is right
where I am. I consciously serve the constructs of my molecular
biology with energies that give birth to harmonious creations;
I release all old outmoded thought forms, addictions, and limitations
that have no place within God's evolved body of Light; within my
consciousness and in my new world. Energy attracts like energy,
and intent is one of the mightiest forces of my God consciousness.
As a consequence, I now honor myself as a receptacle for the ever-
increasing influx of refined Creator light-substance as (insert name).
I radiate the beauty of a "thank you" and rejoice in the anticipation
of this peaceful fulfillment. The universe begins to spread its wings
open toward manifestation, and I feel complete. And so it is.

The greatest discovery of my generation is that a human
being can alter his life by altering his attitudes.

According to materials physicist William Tiller, Ph.D.,
the unstated assumption of science since Newton's time
is that "no human quality of consciousness, intention,
emotion, mind, or spirit can significantly influence a
well-designed target experiment in physical reality."
However, rigorous experiments performed by Tiller and many others over the last
several decades have, "robustly disproved this assumption," he says.
In fact, many such experiments clearly demonstrate that we humans truly are co-creators
of our realities, not in some airy-fairy, new-agey way, but in a solid, concrete
fashion, based on the most fundamental building blocks of physical creation as
revealed by physics.

is higher-dimensional that we realize, much more than just space-time, this underlines
how we can learn to create. Everything we do in daily life, every single thing,
is an act of creation."

TREATMENT:
The Source of Life is always expanding. Therefore, I am always
expanding. Each moment I am manifesting the greatness of life.
A consciousness that has to come home to Itself individually."
Today" is my potential to do just that.
I am a seed of the Divine that is coming forward in consciousness
to experience Spirit as a workable material. I do this with a loving,
seeking, truthful heart. I live in a state of wonder and delight as I
dance, sing, write,and muse into my authentic self. The Self that is
filled from the Great Spirit and rises each day to discover, to journey,
to choose thoughts that create an environment where Good is
always present. In this way I stay clear, clean, and free from the
heavy, dense energy of doubt, fear, guilt, and worry.
It is said, and so it must be. My faith operates through an immutable
Law to create this fabulous Earth walk. How heavenly to be a seed
of transformational energy! And so it is.

AFFIRM:
Through the sacred web of neurons and nerves my
thoughts inspire every aspect of my being!
My life is lived in harmony with the great good of God!
I am bold enough to be whole and free enough from reactive brain processes to be me!
The fundamental unity of thoughtful, conscious choices
supports all chemical conditions in my body!
I am blessed and cause scientists to back up and go, wow!

- Liberated Thinking
The moment that you know that your focused thought affects
life - when you really
know that - that is the moment that you will start to take to discipline your
thinking,
because if this [thinking] runs away with you, it will destroy you.
If the Spirit
is awakened in it, it will liberate you. Joy is not being physical.
Joy is being the lord of the physical, not its slave.

TREATMENT:
I exist in a Universe of absolute compassion. It is intelligent, aware, alive!
Everything arises from the Beloved Creative Presence that is Life itself.
In every moment, I have the opportunity to see beyond the form of things
to the essence.
Rather than see the world in which I live as an 'it', I see it as THAT
- as
a 'Thou'. And the sacred dance of cocreation continues. I choose to live
from the best of myself. I bring my greatest understanding to all that I do,
the small tasks and the large ones. I decide to think lovingly about all that
I encounter. My perceptions don't just skim on the surface, but penetrate
deep into the heart of things. I listen deeply to the Intelligence within
me,
and discover that I am able to see God in all things. This begins a way of life
that is conscious, mindful, just, and filled to overflowing with joy!
Every day, I give thanks for the good in my life, and the source of it. I know
what and where that One Source is, and live from the knowledge that It is what
I am. My heart is filled with the love of Spirit, and it spills over into everything,
blessing the entire world. And so it is.
