11.01.03 - Please Vote
"I cast a ballot for everybody who came before me and gave
their life's energy
so that yours and mine could be a force that matters today.… We ought to
do better and respect ourselves enough to be counted.
Vote." — Oprah
I believe that Oprah made a good point when she stated, ". . . every time
I cast a ballot, I choose not only for myself but also for Otis Moss Sr. and
for the countless others who wanted to vote, but couldn't. I cast a ballot for
everybody who came before me and gave their life's energy so that yours and mine
could be a force that matters today." Tomorrow we each have the opportunity
to vote for our country's leadership. At times many of us think our voice doesn't
matter, and won't influence anything but you are wrong! If you believe in
reincarnation, just think the many lifetimes when you didn't have the freedom
to vote. The right to choose just wasn't there; for every suffragette, to
every slave, to every human who didn't have a voice but hoped someday their
daughters and sons might be heard (us all over again).
Now you have the power and I encourage you to use it. Remember,
537 votes decided the last presidential election. We owe more—we ought
to do better and respect ourselves enough to be counted.

TREATMENT:
Believing in the Divine destiny of the United States and in
the preservation of liberty for all I offer my prayer of Oneness
this day. I know a united people will act tomorrow with a
oneness of purpose. A people whose strength is steeped in
the faith that God shines forth through all by a sustaining
power of Good.
A great opportunity is upon our country, and with it a responsibility to clear all confusion about collective safety,
personal liberty, freedom and democracy. As we prepare
for this national election I know in my heart that we are
making a united effort to preserve those values which are
dear to all freedom-loving people. I can feel the assurance
in the air that all individual minds are clear of confusion
and that only the highest intentions for political and
economic success are achieved. Every man shall have his
right of vote, and the Eternal Vigilance of Right will be the
privilege of this self-expression.
I do not doubt the great masses of humanity in this nation.
The wholeness of life is manifesting confidently and calmly
as the citizens of this United States claim One leader. My
heart is filled with gratitude for I know this understanding is
being received and accepted right now. And so it is.

- This Thing Called America
Today
we, the American people, take time to consciously intend our
country's leadership. There is no doubt that there are many,
many opinions about the best way to accomplish this. I am going
to take this blessing's moment and remind you that no matter
who you vote for today let the remembrance stay with you that
the Original Spirit is Harmony. It is Beauty and Truth and
everything that goes with Ultimate Reality. The Universe is
not divided against Itself! Consciousness can separate from
the One Mind, and the mentalities of men can create an atmosphere
of fear, of doubt and uncertainty, but the pure Principle of
Intelligence is forever aligned.
Our standard is one of perfection because we embody a willingness to let Spirit
guides us. With this conscious knowledge we can go to the polls and create with
intention that which has never been tried, thereby lifting the whole of us into
the Law of Good. Let's know a new light is coming into the world today. Demand
upon the One Intelligence that It answer you vote today.
We are on the borderland of a new experience, and it is in line with the evolution
of the great Presence!

I know that Divine Intelligence governs the destiny of the United States
of America, directing the thought and activity of all who guide its affairs.
I know that success, prosperity and happiness are the gifts of freedom
and the Divine Heritage of everyone in this country; that they are now
operating in the affairs of every individual in this country. I know that
Divine Guidance enlightens the collective mind of the people of this
country, causing it to know that political security may come to all
without loss of either personal freedom or individual self-expression.
I know that no one can believe or be led to believe that personal
freedom must be surrendered in order to ensure political security for
all. The All-Knowing Mind contains the answer to every problem
which confronts this country. I know that every leader in this country
is now directed by this All-Knowing Mind and has the knowledge of
a complete solution to every problem. Each is impelled to act upon
this knowledge to the end that abundance, security, and peace shall
come to all.
I know that this Spiritual Democracy endures, guaranteeing everyone
in the country personal liberty, happiness, and self-expression. (Thankfully
our future is being spiritually conceived this day and we are blessed
to dedicate our time and energy to such endeavors. And so it is.)

- The Day After
"To
lead people, walk behind them."

One of the many remarkable statements I have heard about this latest election
was, "Well, I guess we know where the consciousness of this country stands." The
detail of judgment that went into the words as this person brought these words
forward was amazing. I know there are many of you out there who are doing the "end-zone
happy dance" and many who are disappointed. That's life! Instead of judging
the powers that be, how about alchemizing your perceptions to know that in ALL
things there is Perfection. Many would like to spend a heck of a lot of time
going on and on about what is going to happen now; what is happening now? Can
they see that this election has been an extraordinary gift? A gift that will
usher in the exact perfect path of spiritual expansion for the leaders of the
United States. Before you pulled a lever, touched a computer screen, or filled
in a blank ballot on Tuesday you took a moment to realize the highest for your
beloved homeland -- so how could the best not manifest?
These are the things we often overlook my friends. Take some time today and let
the Soul of you remind your consciousness that we can see the world however we
like, and live to see it so. No matter which party is ruling on Capital Hill.
Can you feel that? The power of Spirit spinning within the center of your heart
that can hold a fluid, accepting, unresisting stance through all adversity. Remember,
no version of any event can persist without a corresponding consciousness requiring
it. If your candidate didn't win then perhaps you can use this event as
an opportunity for your consciousness to come home to itself as a creative source.
Without fail, I know that our country just put the exact perfect expression of
Spirit in the President's seat --

One Law, One Mind, One Nation under God. The unity of Universal
Oneness makes way for new beginnings this day. A harmonic
relationship has been engineered within all structures and organizations
that represent the American people and this collective field of Intelligence
now pours forth Its grace and wisdom upon the land. As it flows all
people become conscious conduits through which It maintains its
momentum.
In America our various voices and votes have been unified into a
single fundamental phenomena of Truth. A feeling of success and
accomplishment prevails within the hearts of all men, women, and
children of this great nation. We are not merely two contrasting
polarities of consciousness -- we are the psychology of a unitary
consciousness manifesting Divine Leadership. Each ballot has
changed the world; each made a difference in the life of our nation.
So here -- with grateful hearts we leave this presidential campaign
knowing that even Greater Good has saturated this vast homeland.
God has blessed America. And so it is.

- Good Things Can Be

upon us and weigh us down with its contrary appearances."

In Science of Mind we often hear the phrase that thoughts are things. I believe
that more powerful than the thought itself is the belief you hold about the thought
or words you speak. Holmes refers to this as the “fire in the belly.” Your
conviction and belief powers your word to become true and manifest in form.
So today let's remind ourselves to be aware of our expectations. Do we expect
the perfect income and work, right romantic relationships, wonderful friendships,
perfect housing and transportation, divine health and wholeness, inner harmony,
perfect spiritual path, peace instead of war, and to be sustained and maintained
by Spirit itself? Or do we allow belief in our fears, doubts, race thoughts and
worries to be our predominant belief system? Science of Mind teaches that the
world is the self writ large, which means that our life experience is an
exact out-picturing of our beliefs. Every good thing can be and is ours in deliberate
imagination, and that we can shift easily at the deepest levels of our psyche
into ever better versions of self and claim any reality in which we're willing
to reside. We have the ability to walk around with great expectations that God
is our source, supply and sufficiency. We have the power in consciousness to
have faith in the invisible, that what we expect will be made so and visible.
As soon as we get out of the way and allow for Spirit to move through us, it
is done.
I invite you this day to be mindful of your expectations. Allow for any false
thoughts to slip away to nothingness as you proclaim with great expectation that
divine right action is your birthright and at hand now. Know with certainty that
it is God’s good pleasure to grant you the kingdom of heaven on earth with
no delay. This inheritance includes all of your expectations being met now.

TREATMENT:
There is One Source, One existence, and One God in infinite action
and manifestation. Representing the individualization of the Divine,
I turn within and premeditate a useful interaction with Spirit, shifting
gracefully into its expression this day.
I take time to be still when faced with a choice today. I let the hidden"
small voice" of Spirit show itself to me, especially if the options that
imediately present themselves seem less than fully satisfying. Knowing
that there is always something better waiting to be recognized, I willingly
accept it. Every idea or concept I could possibly need already exists in
my consciosness. Nothing is impossible. All realities can manifest. All
things are real. I can change my consciousness in relation to any given
event, and the event must change!
Directing my attention, with complete acceptance of things as they are
in this moment, I embody an attitude of appreciation and praise for the
perfection of Spirit. All is well in my world and I shift from having to
make decisions, to making choices instead. And so it is.

TREATMENT:
In the Oneness of All That Is, I Am. I am that which reaches
far beyond this Earth impersonation for I am an abundant spark of Source that is always quietly and graciously cheerful.
A sentient being confident in my Self-identity as God's good
light and joy here.
I allow the path of Spirit to direct me in the ways of happiness
this week. As an immortal spiritual being I am an agent of divine purpose with the powers to create each and every
desire that enters my mind. I allow joy to stay centered in my
heart and life this week. I discover that all my resources and supportive events, circumstances, and personal relationships
are filled with the good fortune of this heart-held energy. And all that is unlike a joyous essence is renounced and returned back to the wholeness of peace. Everything that I need to have
a joyful week is available to me. This embodiment of the Divine
reinvigorates and realigns my Soul force nature of well-being.
My heart overflows with gratitude for the many blessings that
will come this week. An awakened path of joy reminds me of the
original purpose for coming here. To live as pure delight and love
upon and within the juicy wholeness of life! And so the experience

- Changing Color
As
we slow ourselves down a little bit and take a contemplative
look at the way things are both in the world and in our
own souls, we cannot help but realize that many of the
spiritual truths that form the basis of the Science of
Mind teaching are less articles of faith and more directly
observable, verifiable truths. It is very much like the
leaves in autumn that turn glorious hues of reds, yellows,
and oranges. With the change in sunlight they forfeit vitality
and begin the vivid transformation back into the realms
of Self. Any tree being placed in the environment of autumn
will begin this evolutionary process. And so too, our spiritual
growth occurs spontaneously when the influence from the
external world is restricted so that our innate Inner Divine
Nature can respond to Spirit's hope that we become
conscious and aware of the true Self that resides
with the inner realms.
Beneath all the superficial realities that fill our days
are the patterns (archetypes) that speak of the Divine
nature of the human soul and of the essential unity of
all things. These patterns are expressed within the
stories of sacred literature, are depicted symbolically
in the highest forms of the graphic arts, are sung at times
in the lyrics of songs, and come to us as guiding messengers
in dreams and visions. These patterns have remained
virtually unchanged across time and cultures from the dawn
of humanity.
So the truth is all around us and nothing is hid but we
are always at choice. What do we do about these truths,
these patterns of wholeness that reside in our own souls? Do
we embrace them and adopt them even if that puts us at
odds with the “real” world? Or do we
continue to follow the same tired, established patterns
based on the non-realities of fear, lack or “that’s
just the way things are”? The degree to which
we fearlessly embrace our deepest truths is the degree
to which we manifest that Divine joy, abundance, radiance,
health and beauty that are our birthright. It is
also the degree to which we empower others to do likewise.

TREATMENT:
Days have shortened and time has changed our costumes,
night and day dance in the dusk of dawn. Everything
changes color. Everything shifts. Everything beckons to
Itself to come out of hiding to be seen, and to be known. As
an integral part of this One nature, so too must I change.
My spiritual Presence is intense because my thoughts, feelings,
and actions are always intentional. I have created every droplet
of my life, and I structure the holy livingness within it. I am filled
with enough love to extract love from negativity, darkness, and
chaotic shift. I am a master of time and choice. If there is anything
that feels discomforting, uneasy, or disturbing I persist in motivating
a re-construction, a re-evaluation, a re-calibration and a re-design of
that life experience. I consciously set aside all aspects of my being
that keep me little and less than, and move into the greatness of Self
that I seek in the here and now.
I joyously use all the colors of life to paint a new beautiful picture of
my life as it could be, as I know in my heart that I deserve it to be. I enjoy
what I am doing. I enjoy the people in my life. I enjoy
myself. I am so loved and so blessed. And so it is.

- Devine Heritage
AFFIRM:
I AM the joyous divine heritage of Life.
My humanness is the most holy of instruments.
I give thanks this day for all the gifts of human nature.
I recognize that I AM the housed consciousness for the
holiness of
each and every drop of Spirit.
What a blessing to be Divinity within emotions, within physicalness,
within the thoughts that enter my mind on a daily basis.
I am thankful to be in this place, at this time, thinking these thoughts,
in this body, with such wondrous emotions!
I am grateful for it all.

- A Master Day
According
to my numerology friends today is a special kind of day.
One that I think deserves a little attention. Today
is 11:11and is an encoded molecular structure of
Remembrance, activating the Master of Light we have always
been, with the Master of Light that is "Coming." This
is the Ascension, and 11:11 is the Ascension Doorway. The
Light of Ascension comes in many forms and on many levels.
It comes not always in one day, or one moment. But it comes
as our every breath, our every thought, our every word.
For we Ascend and descend continually word by word, thought
by thought. The 11:11 Doorway begins it’s activation
on November 11, 2004 and closes on January 11, 2005. (according
to Gillian Mac-Beth-Louthan).
'11,111,11:11' is a doorway or gateway into your highest potential as a human
seeking divine memory. One is a singularity within 'all that is'. The 'one' seeks
itself through mirror like reflection of the world around it. This doorway offers
an opportunity to surpass any limitations you have unknowingly set for yourself.
One to one to one we may enter the oneness hidden deep within our being at the
center point of our souls.
When the forces of Eleven become fully activated on earth, they have the power
to change history in the making. Within the number and sequences of Eleven (29,
47, 38, 92, 83, 74, 56, 65) lives all answers and questions. Eleven teaches us
every problem is a divine opportunity to learn. It shows us how to see beyond
what is everyday and boring. It try's and tests our faith and our belief. It
forces us to listen to that small still quiet voice within the silent witness.
It reminds us we are not victims but victors and are all vast beings who have
come to earth to help with the ascension process starting with ourselves. It
asks you to finally locate the light within and share it with all. Eleven is
our Best Friend and Teacher. This 11 energy stays activated until Nov. 11, 2011.
TODAY IS THE 74/11 GATEWAY (11:11 2004)Standing at the narrow threshold of transformation
heavenly (#7) searches for what is earthy (#4). Time for the Light to get off
of its high horse and come on down to earth. Observation is needed to be felt
as the Light looks at life and all of its teachings and learning. Enjoy earth
and her heavenly Essence without succumbing to any entrapment escapades. Knowing
one is of a higher sharper cut and experience life without losing your edge of
light. Negativity grows fast on earth, fed by the systemic seeds of doubt that
linger in a humans genetic DNA. Hope can become an endangered species if not
cared for. If you had one month to light the fires of your life how would you
use it?? How are you spending your life light?? Hope needs the fertilization
of your believe system to survive the seasons of earth.Light has a need to serve,
to embrace, to become one with -

TREATMENT:
There is a greater reality where Oneness resides, and increasingly this
reality is being anchored in our present duality-based system. Today
I use the language of numbers to move with conscious intention toward
a deeper and passionate knowing that everything is part of the One.
Right now, I consciously choose to stand in our One Being and dissolve
in the activation of the All.
As an increasing number of souls awaken to our inherent Oneness, we
become more our true selves than ever before. I take a sacred moment this
day to consciously anchor in the new, and build upon this holy foundation
a knowing of perfect balance and equality. I use this 11:11 energy to realize
that all people are "Greatness in Action," discovering that everything
is
vaster. . . that everything is woven into Oneness. As we enter another level
of Light and Knowing we remember, we ALL remember that polarity is natural
and needed but duality creates separation of heart.
I breathe a sigh of relief as the very core of me shouts out in joy, celebration,
and knowing that finally Oneness comes to dance in all hearts. One to one
these new Heart Lights create a tapestry of God manifesting around our
beautiful blue-green sphere. Finally the all children of Earth awaken from
the long sleep of forgetfulness. And so it is. Amen.

- Goals of Empowerment
Reclaiming
Your Power
The path to self-empowerment is not an easy one. Here
are some ideas and suggested ways to get you started
so that your unique soul path can be outrageously more
joyful !
1) Become aware of your beliefs and how they influence
your perceptions. Think about the saying: “Seeing
is believing.” Perhaps it is equally valid to say: “Believing
is seeing.”
2) Become aware of your emotions. If they are anything
other than enthusiasm, what are you resisting?
3) Be willing to re-examine your past and memories you
may have suppressed. Areas of unconsciousness represent
areas you are unaware of, but that doesn’t mean they
don’t influence you.
4) Be willing to walk away from situations that rob you of your personal power.
5) Be willing to let go of control over others. Trying to control others is usually
as sign of fear and resistance. We cannot be self-empowered when we are trying
to control others.
6) Be willing to feel your feelings without resistance. Embrace all emotions
with enthusiasm. When you are angry, for example, really feel the anger. When
you are in pain, be willing to fully experience the pain. Remember, it is the
judgment of our feelings that causes the resistances that inhibit our personal
power.
7) Connect with all the aspects of yourself. Get to know your inner child, your
logical adult and your spiritual or higher self. Work on integrating the three
into a harmonious unit.
8) Examine those areas in your life where you are not yet self-empowered and
see what choices you have made that you may be willing to change.
9) Know the difference between self-empowerment and self-isolation. Ideally,
when we are self-empowered, we connect more fully with others rather than less.
Intimacy is the product of two self-empowered individuals willing to be totally
seen and known by each other.
10) Understand that it isn’t so much what happens to us in life, but how
we deal with it that matters.
11) Be willing to be “cause” rather than “effect” in
your life. This means taking full responsibility for your words, thoughts and
deeds. It also means never seeing yourself as a victim of circumstances.
12) “Dance in your passion and play in your joy.”
TREATMENT:
Today I awaken with an unshakable intention: to experience my power no matter
what. Because God is the source of all things, and there is nothing else, everything
must come from this One Perfect Source. All things have their
origin in God, and this includes people, events, nature, the world...and myself.
The nature of God is perfect peace, perfect power. It is compassionate
understanding. God is the courage it takes to go beyond the small and powerless
minded
places I've
lived in before. No matter what my little intellectual opinion may be, the choice
before
me is plain. Will I live from the biggest dream I can imagine, or will I merely
repeat what
has gone before? The choice is completely mine. Spirit is yearning for me to
wake up
and say yes to the authentic power that I have dreamed of. It is looking
for ways to
expand my idea of what is possible far beyond my current consciousness. Today,
I give the Divine Creator of all life my full attention, and I let God have its
way with me.
There is nothing in this world, in any form, that can impede my divine awakening.
There is no situation, no habit, no unconscious clenching of my heart that can
stop God from opening me up when I say yes. I'm willing to let go my powerless
ways, and I do. I'm willing to let my vision be lifted up, and it is. I'm ready
to see my divine power revealed through all people, places, things, experiences,
moments
big and small, and I do. I know that I am one with God; I see this everywhere,
I live
from this truth, and nothing is ever the same again.
With absolute gratitude and joy, I let this treatment transform my awareness
of self and Self, and let the power, passion, and presence of Spirit be
my
companion from this day forward. And so it is.

- A Memo from the Boss
Memo
From Higher Self:
You are in charge of birthing all you desire through your
beliefs, through your engagements of energy, action, and
thought!
As these move into your heart space you start to see them become externalized as
your life. You are the only one that creates stages and outcomes of situations
that benefit your own Soul growth. You, my dear self, have the ability in
all abstract events in your life to pull in divine intervention, to rearrange
what doesn't feel good, to rewrite the ending to any story. The buck stops with
you. You have the gift of coming full swing into Godness if you choose.
All things, believe it or not, are at your beck and call and creation.
Thanks for listening
TREATMENT:
There is One Presence that fills all life. It is a love
that flows, encircles, and swallows up all that has
been created. I am in tandem with this One Presence
as the spectrum of Me, and I celebrate it as my life
this very day, this very moment, even now this second.
I am One with that that is inherent within all spectrums
of the earth, of the sky, of the water, of the air, of the
stars and beyond.
Fro this foundation I bring forth "my purpose" of Being.
I put all else aside and take these moments to instruct
the mental body, the emotional field, and the cellular
structure of physicality about the Truth of me. I Am the
holiness of Original Creation editing life so that all sequence
of events are a performance of the academy of Selfhood in
allegiance to thoughts of healing, thoughts of love, and
thoughts of light. I did not descend from the Home Source
just to become absorbed in the beauty of Earthly materialism.
I came to move as a wave of ascended consciousness that
cares for, loves, and touches every space of life.
I sit joyously in this knowing, allowing it to move inward
and outward so that blesses all I embrace today. I graciously
place this dialogue of light into universal law witnessing its
benefits throughout the only life there is. And so it is.

- Hope
What
a difference one leaf makes. Remember Noah? After forty
days of rain and months of floating, old Noah needed some
reassurance. He sent three birds out on a scouting mission.
The first never returned, the second came back shivering,
and the last returned carrying a freshly plucked olive
leaf. This leaf was more than foliage; this was promise.
The bird brought more than a piece of a tree; it brought
hope. For isn't that what hope is? Hope is an olive leaf--evidence
of dry land after a flood. Proof to the dreamer that dreaming
is worth the risk.
Knowing we are all Host of the Infinite Light -
I consecrate Oneness within my mind -
That Peace shall rein forth upon this earth -
Eternally. Amen.

TREATMENT:
The principle of Light reminds me that within the
One everything is reflected and it is through the separation
that the
beauty of
individuality is seen. For like our sunlight that bends and refracts
into a rainbow of primary colors, we are priceless unique elements
that will collectively gather back into one glorious spectrum of Light.
Today I witness the Light of God living in harmony and peace. No
occasion justifies hatred; no injustice warrants bitterness. I refuse
to see all people as anything less than human beings, created by God.
Instead of cursing the one who took my place, I invite her to do so.
Rather than complain that the wait is too long, I thank Spirit for a
moment to pray. Instead of judging my global community with vengeful
ideals about what should be right, I choose to envision a peaceful state
where there are no enemies. I will be mindful that there is always a bigger
plan and that hope, faith, and love are the continual blessings that pour
forth even in times of despair. There will always be those who have
different opinions and ideas, but all of this can exist on a peaceful planet.
I am a spiritual being who commits to seeing love, joy, patience,
kindness,
goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-responsibility by the time
this day is done. And when I lay my head down upon my pillow tonight I
shall know that God's grace truly is never failing. And so it is.

- Each Day
AFFIRM:
Sunrise at Sandbridge Beach in Virginia.
(my big backyard)
The day is coming. In a few moments, it will arrive.
It will roar down the track with the rising of the sun.
The stillness of the dawn will be exchanged for the noise
of the day.
And the calm of solitude replaced by the pounding of the
human race.
Yet, I anchor in the refuge of the early morning that is
never invaded
by decisions to be made or deadlines to be met and
I invite God to be the good of my circumstance all day.
To this I commit my day.
And so it is.

- Heaven on Earth
Each
time we participate in love, gratitude, joy, compassion,
forgiveness, simplicity, humility, creativity and beauty
we are bringing the kingdom of heaven into the visible
world. We step directly into the city of God because
we are in a conscious state of realizing that there is
nothing missing within us—all of the qualities necessary
to enlightened living are standard operating equipment. Our
quest for self-realization is the discovery of what the
Principle of Life has already implanted within our own
soul. What a relief to know that each and every individual
possesses Buddha genes, Christ genes—each of us is
a candidate for enlightenment.
When we live life from the awareness of being anointed,
we slow down the inner dialogues that blaspheme our preciousness. The
inner critic cannot sustain its chatter; consciousness
shifts from negative self-talk to positive self-acceptance. At
this stage we begin to walk in the world as an open vessel,
humbly accepting the Good that the Spirit has poured into
our existence. It becomes natural to accept that it is
God’s good pleasure to give us the kingdom.
Right where you are is your starting point in cultivating an awareness of your
fundamental goodness. In fact, your desire to do so is your first stage
of acceptance that such goodness exists. Humans are generative beings,
so one’s willingness to expand the heart automatically presents to our
consciousness the inner and outer practices that instruct us how to be and remain
available to the Spirit to breathe its beauty in, as and through us.
Think of it: The world owes you nothing because you’ve brought it
all with you in your birth suitcase. When you realize this you cease living from
expectation and move into acceptation, which means your primary emphasis becomes
being a giver to all beings and our beautiful world.

TREATMENT:
The stars dance even in daylight. The sun radiates its
warmth even on rainy, cloudy days. Great tectonic
plates move and shift constantly beneath our feet yet
we stand on solid ground. I am part of the One greater
whole even when I appear individual. A union of Spirit
and Mind romance each other in this place I stand and
even when I feel alone, I am blessed and connected
more than I can conceive.
I address the grand council within and know that guidance,
support, and answers travel to assist me in each moment
of my comings and goings this day. These attributes of God
traverse before me and make the way ready, therefore all that
I accomplish today is miraculously easy. Attuned and intent
with purpose to be of assistance to all who come before me
this day allows me to give as I have received and the majestic
cycle of Spirit delights in spirals of evocative creation. In this
I am shown that life truly is a Oneness flourishing in detail
the limitless possibilities of creation.
I rejoice in the understanding of this simplicity. No one, no
thing left out of the circle of God's heart. We're all in there, and
we all matter tremendously even when we feel and act
contradictory to this fact. And so it is, believe it or not. Amen.

- Soaking Wet
It's
like this, you guys.... No matter where you are, or what
do for a living, there are multiple spigots over your head
at all times (metaphorically, please), each with three
settings: "not enough", "enough", and "more
than enough".
They're also all tagged. One is marked "Confidence".
There's another for "Faith". And of course there
are ones for "Friends, "Health" and "Abundance".
And it's your persistent, little daily thoughts, words
and deeds, that open and close each spigot, without regard
to logic, politics, or other practical considerations.
Well, I'm up for a good soaking, how about you?

TREATMENT:
Rain is a blessing when it falls gently on parched fields,
turning the earth
green, causing the birds to sing. Today I allow the Good of God to be
poured through me as Its reserve within the mind of woman. Centered in
this truth I know that only Source-filled circumstances and individuals
come into my experience bearing an awakening to the gifts of Spirit.
I embrace this Holy Good and become its connection seeking the way out
through my soul expression of Its highest truth of eternal living. Today I
open the spigot labeled the "Perfection of God," and quench every idea
and belief of unworth. I am the waters of Spirit's delight streaming between
the light and dark components of life. As such I have a life agenda that
remains
true to the Divine Ideal set forth in my own soul. I manifest my Real Self
and am freely supported and supplied beyond my wildest imaginings!
How grand to be a spring of unencumbered God light in expression. With
thanksgiving I allow my perfect soul to acquiesce to God's vision of my life.
I let go and trust that all is in the well (ha ha). And so it is.

- Beyond All Things
If
the only prayer you say in your entire life is "Thank
you," that will suffice.

As we move into a week of Thanksgiving let us remember
that without our conscious connection with God, we
are an empty shell of nothingness, trying to get fulfillment
from outside effects. This typically leaves us trying
to get more and more "things" to fill that void
of "nothingness," forgetting that the feeling
of happiness that the new things give is what we truly
were in quest of, not the things themselves.
Each morning during my mediation time, I allow the
uninhibited energy of Pure Spirit to move into the depths
of my Being until I become the full realization of
my own Inner Presence. When I met that each day
it is like a smiling face dwelling deep within my
heart, saying, "Rest in Me," and at this
point, I know all is well. For this I am grateful this
week.
Then as I move out and into the world, I look about and
get a conscious connection with everything I see. I know
that all the beauty of Life is one with me, one
with God, unfolding and evolving as this magnificent universe
at the level of my consciousness. With every breath I take,
I know that it is the breath of God breathing life into
me, uplifting my soul in the essence of love. This love
of God shines in all that I see, all that I do, all that
I am and all whom I meet on this journey of life.
For this, I am grateful this week.
For the pain and mistakes that I experience as reminders
that my soul once again is crying to be aligned with my
human sense of personality, I am grateful this week.
For all of the above and the revelation of the truth of
my Being, which is God's Presence in me as unconditional
love, I say "Thank you."

TREATMENT:
This day offers me the chance to see everything from its beginning
point; to see those sparks of life that came into existence eons ago. All coming from the wiser eyes of the One source. All stored within
the heart Spirit. If I but use this day to full advantage then I will
trust, believe, and surrender to my own Soul. That part of the Eternal
Self that has greater knowledge me.
This week comes the gathering of Thanksgiving; more gently now,
more softly I allow love to comfortably flow from my life to color
all that I live. I find space in these days to reconnect with Spirit.
I breathe in the conscious affirmation of Power that lies beyond all
illusion and live a life of power, a life of peace, a life that makes this
a better planet, a life that helps others to live in a peaceful world.
My existence is calm and expressed with divinity, giving those in
my circle the lifeblood of our One Presence. This week I touch
hands with friends and family and notice that the core of thanksgiving
lives not in thoughts, nor in deeds. It lives inside the heart.
In this season of autumn light, I embrace everything in life as the
infinite, outpouring of God's love. I am soooooo thankful to have
grown in wisdom and freedom this season. I have complete, inner,
total peace this day. And so it is.

- Inner Gratitude
While
doing your inner work, you can know that you are becoming
more spiritually mature by the degree of conscious gratitude
you experience in your life. You will stop taking
the Spirit for granted! You will stop taking yourself
for granted and begin relating to yourself as an exquisitely
crafted creation of the Infinite. You will find yourself
giving thanks for every breath that you take; for the continuous
flow of blessings that find their way to your doorstep. You
cease taking for granted things that on the surface appear
to be part and parcel of life: friendship, love, community,
home, clothing, music, nature, sunshine. Gratitude
informs your heart and awareness of the underlying Divine
Presence in these soulful expressions.
Gratitude is the opposite of complaining. Honestly
check in with yourself and observe the backdrop of your
gratitude thinking – giving thanks for what
is. Are you graciously receiving each day or are you incessantly
complaining about what you imagine you don’t have
and think you should have, or do have and don’t want? In
your answer lies whether or not you identify more with
your true identity as the Self, content in its own being,
or if you are stuck in the ego’s whining, self-absorbed
attachments.
Gratitude rests upon the solid rock of trust, the circle
of trust built in relationship with Spirit. You
no longer resist what is, or what is not. Yours becomes
a life of surrender, loving the Giver more than Its gifts. When
this happens then you are in the flow of the way things
really are, and God’s Life is consciously our own. Live
that today!
What else can I tell someone who wants it all?

TREATMENT:
Throughout the flow of passing seasons I have known
the Ancient One in me. This wise old seer murmurs quietly
to me about its shimmering excitement in every sentient
shape and form. It beckons me to imagine the inner in all:
soul, intelligence, the secret worlds! I yearn to strip away
whatever stands between my spirit and the source of All.
Today I bring the spirit of gratitude to my world. I notice how
silently it moves, how sweet its arrival is upon my senses.
My most living moments come when amazement and clear
thought invite me into the call of my own Soul. That beautiful
someone that lives the illusion of human appearance. It is she
that continually opens my heart, working her alchemy; sending
the lifeblood of Original Source. This pilgrimage allows God to
prompt me with humility and gratitude. It is the conversation
with her voice that begs me to be generous.
Weak minds may not trust, but I live this inner joy outwardly
revealing the Absolute to all. I take off my mental-clothes and
enter the Soul's river of Truth; the place of sincerity where the
Lord of All calls me out for healing. Gladly I enter. And so it is.

- Thanksgiving
Loving
greetings and blessed Thanksgiving wishes to all of you.
Today is the perfect occasion for me expand into gratitude supreme
for all my Morning Blessing subscribers. Know that my heart swells
with devotion for each one of you on this day of celebrating our bountiful
blessings.
Many, many months ago these blessings started out
as something to send my students, then Spirit whispered to me that more
could benefit and showed me how to set everything up so that they could reach
people far and wide. Today the list of subscribers is as long as my arm! And
it was all so simple! I am in awe of the Absolute when I think what
Spirit accomplishes daily through us as we each align with thoughts of unity,
health, peace, prosperity, creativity, joy and enlightenment. Wow! When
we do that we become the great and balancing power of harmony that has come
to Earth. How grateful I am to be a part of that; a part of you.
Later this afternoon, as I look into the faces and hold hands in prayer with
those whom I'll be sharing Thanksgiving dinner, I will send each of you
a blessing too. A thank you for the contribution of your Presence to my own growth
and contentment. A thank you for this special beloved spiritual community that expresses
deeper values of peace, compassion, and generosity of Spirit. A thank you for
your spiritual bravery in stepping away from the status quo and daring to live
a larger life, a spacious life wherein you claim your divine right to all that
you can imagine.

- There is Only One
God’s
hands are never bound.
In God there is no limitation, restriction, constraint
or inadequacy.
God is never at a loss, lacking or without anything.
In God, there is always enough.
God is continually expansive. God is unlimited.
What an amazing truth to contemplate – the goodness that is God is
unlimited!
There in no shortage of love, peace, creativity, joy, beauty, wholeness, harmony,
wisdom.
This limitless Spirit is everywhere present, manifest and
expressing throughout its creation, as its creation.
That means
you and I are a part of this magnificent, unlimited
goodness we call God! Spirit is unlimited!
Good is unlimited!
We
are one with it!
TREATMENT:
There is only One, and that One is God.
Everything I experience in my life is part of this fundamental unity that
can never be broken. Even when I perceive brokenness, I remember that it is
the pure and whole perfection of Spirit in disguise. This includes people,
relationships, organizations, nations, and anything else that comes along.
I refuse to yield to the worldly temptation to blame or to resent. I am no
longer willing to believe in a universe of anything less than perfection.
While I do experience a lack of harmony from time to time, I always remember
it's just like a cloud passing before the sun: ephemeral, temporary, and
powerless to harm.
Every day, I review my inner habits of thought and belief. Whenever I
discover a belief that causes suffering in me or in others, I know that this
belief is ripe for healing. Since I do nothing of my own self, call upon the
Infinite Self to reveal the ways and means for healing to take place in my
life.
I'm ready to offer my entire being up to the infinite intelligence of the
beloved. It always knows the best way for me to be brought into
wholeness...my natural state...once more. I'm done with claiming my good
with the subtle condition that my good can come so long as it doesn't
disrupt my routine. Anything I need to do, to know, to release, to
understand, or to practice in order that I may experience my own innate
wholeness is now accomplished by means of this word.
I am rooted in the Spirit, and everything my life contains or will contain
is the fruit of that rootedness. I am totally, utterly, and irrevocably
blessed! And so it is.

get lost in the diagnosis, the medicine, or in the statistics
about what somebody else did about it. If you don't feel
good, it's because you're not thinking in a way that allows
the Energy to flow. You could just get really, really mad
at someone you love and make every muscle in your body
stiff. And you would ask, "Why does my body feel this
way?" And we say, because you've had a Vibrational
tug-of-war going on ... Stop looking for anything other
than your mental and emotional state of being as answers
to why you feel the way you feel in your body. It is all
Vibrational -- no exception! And when you get that, then
it doesn't matter what diagnosis has been given to you
-- it doesn't matter -- it's temporary." -

TREATMENT:
God is all that there is. And today I awaken to that Presence.
I see it in others, and I see it in myself. The presence of God is
revealed to me everywhere. Wherever I look, I see beyond the
form to the core. I see the radiant source.
This day I give thanks for my mind that thinks and creates; my body
that moves and bends; my arms that cradle a newborn or embrace a
loved one; my feet that walk, jump, climb and dance; my eyes that see
the beauty of the world; my ears that hear the melodies of the Universe;
my nose that smells the fragrance of flowers or freshly baked bread;
my mouth that can taste and smile; my voice that speaks and sings.
I dance with unending gratitude for my heart that beats twenty-four hours
a day, and for my emotions that allow me to feel. I give thanks for my
memory that
recalls happy times and places where I have traveled - and for my imagination
that envisions places I have not yet seen. Thanks for my weaknesses that
teach
me to become strong, for my intelligence to reason and my capacity to laugh and
cry.
Thanks for my willingness to forgive when I have been hurt and my capacity
to
remember all I need to know when I am tested. Without hesitation I am thankful
for the Light that is over all things in my world.
This is cause for celebration! For wherever I am, Spirit is with me. Whatever
I do,
the Infinite Intelligence of life supports, inspires, and informs me. My creator
is
always offering me the guidance I need to live a full, healthy life. I
take that guidance
with humility and gratitude, letting go of everything that isn't in perfect harmony
with
that life. I am so grateful for this blaze of divinity within me! Thank
you God, for your
Perfect Presence. And so it is.

we speak the words of thanksgiving to the god within .

there is something in this attitude of thanksgiving that
carries us
beyond the field of doubt into one of perfect faith . . .

So here we are at the last day of our Thanksgiving month, moving graciously towards
a season of light and giving. It is my hope that none of us will forget how precious
gratitude is. In times of discontentment we sometimes walk through life
complacently accepting that "this is the way things are." Whether it's
something we "can't do," the hard-nosed boss, the situation that "will
never change," or the desire that cannot be realized because "it isn't
practical," we may be living within conclusions that leave us disappointed,
frustrated, or unhappy -- conclusions that seem to be a feature of reality itself
more than our beliefs about it, and so they feel inevitable, concrete, even unchangeable.
Discontentment can become a pattern, even a hobby for some, as can complaining.
Similarly, some never develop the spiritual art of gratitude & appreciation
and not just for the big and obvious blessings of our lives, but particularly
for the small every day things we take for granted. You have to make the
choice to be thankful for the life you have created and for what is always
being offered to you each day. Small acts of appreciation build spiritual
stamina! Not all of us were taught that one. But the truth is finally out, gratitude
brings new life into your present life.
Your task is to remember to invest your energy into acts of love and appreciation
for your life and those in your life.
Sounds easy, but can you do it? Daily?

TREATMENT:
I live in a universe that is by nature abundant; this universe is by nature
loving, and it is by its very nature whole. I choose today to realize what's
always been true: that I am one with this Universe, that I always have been
one with it, and that I have access to all its good, whenever I open my mind
to receive it.
Today I awaken to my noble self, realizing that I am a powerful center of
creative energy in this universe, a place where life is delighted to flow
and flow with ease. I stop playing small, and realize that I have a great
gift to offer the world, and I do it with joy and with the knowing that this
gift flows through me; it's not of my own creation, but of Spirit. I give
this gift, whatever its form, freely. Whether it is parenting my children
with love and respect, offering my best in my work, loving my partner with
all of my heart, I do it with the full and complete understanding that
Spirit does this action through me.
I relax in the knowing that everything is just fine, that the power of
Spirit is flowing through me, that this universe is a safe and wonderful
place to be. And my life blossoms in joy. And so it is.
