06.01.05 - Spaces of Light

AFFIRM:

I am the precious one standing within the constellation of Eternal Light.

Breathing in the luminosity of this heavenly veil -- it pours Itself into and

onto (insert name). I allow the richness of its vibration to fill all the empty

spaces within my nature. Filled are the spaces in-between my thoughts,

in-between my body, in-between all my wants, my needs, my desires,

my dreams. It is from this vast emptiness of Light that echelons of energy

await as undiscovered potential. I easily walk into the thresholds and

abilities inherent, innate, and dormant. I joyfully unleash what has been

invisible to my awareness. And so it is.

06.02.05 - Our Views

Our views (perceptions of ourselves in relationship to others and our environment, and our sense of purpose for being in the world) are right (appropriate and life-enhancing) when our understanding of our spiritual essence, God, and the mental and physical laws of cause and effect that determine our experiences and circumstances is accurate.

Our aspiration is right when it enables us to harmoniously
accomplish purposes of value, attract favorable events
and circumstances, and experience orderly spiritual growth.

Our speaking is right when it is always coherent and
accurately communicates useful information.

Our conduct is right when it is constructively appropriate.

Our livelihood (what we do to provide for our basic needs or to
render service) is right when our knowledge and skills are used
honestly and constructively.

Our endeavors are right when they are motivated by
our highest ideals and effectively performed.

Our mindfulness (what we observe and think about) is right when we are alert, attentive, Self-knowing, and aware of our relationship with the Infinite.

Our contemplation is right when we look at what we want
to know or experience with keen expectation of discovery.

The underlying theme -- is to be fully conscious!

BLESSING:
The One Power in life responds to what I think, feel, and believe, and if I
want my life to be better, I have to increase what I find myself capable of
believing. This isn't an impossible feat, it simply involves deepening my
understanding of what the universe is and how it works. Because the universe
is unlimited, and is always springing into form...and because it does this
by means of spiritual laws that are timeless, eternal, and unbound by any
precedent, I can create whatever I'm capable of holding the vision about.

Today I let my mind go deeper to the soul level than ever before, and
discover that I have within myself a true and fine vision for my life. I
hold a vision for my relationships, for my vocation, for my world. I am
willing to know what these visions are, for only by letting my mind flow
freely into the place of possibility can they become my reality. Spirit in
me knows how to take what I can believe in and make it real; it's just not
my job to figure out how it'll happen. My job is to know what I commit
myself to believing in.

Right now, I envision a life that's richer, more loving, and more satisfying
than I've ever imagined before. I know that the power of Spirit can create
this experience for me. I turn my attention from what I expect to receive
and put it towards what I long to give to my work, my loves, my family, my
community, and my world. I discover that by opening up to greater
possibility in this way, clearly establishing an intent in mind, and giving
the best of my self to all that I do, Spirit takes care of all the details.
So I give my best, and as I give, I receive. I give thanks for the wonderful
way the universe supports me in all things, and I hold true to my vision for
my life and my world. And they are made flesh. And so it is.

06.03.05 - How We Grow!

This time of year in the United States there are millions and millions of brilliant souls celebrating a graduation. The completion of a course of study. My household will join the group consciousness this weekend as my eldest son graduates high school. What a pleasure it has been witnessing his journey! The ups, the downs, the karma, the soul growth; through it all an evolution has been taking place right before my very eyes.

How privileged I have been to have a front row seat and watch as the energy of Spirit played with the Passion of Life. Day by day this Spirit opened itself to a greater power and occasionally relaxed into its new found strength when awareness was gained. This God-force delighted in the discovery of spiritual principles that govern its universe. The interplay of visible and invisible worlds making sense via the human family.

This has been his Real education so far. . . developing a harmonious working relationship with the transcendent, absolute, triumphant power that is centered within his being. This is the conduit I will see clothed in a gap and gown this weekend. An essence that knows it has achieved Spiritual Legacy and is now ready to venture out into the world to learn more . . . confident in its new found independence and freedom.

Behind all appearances, beyond the seen and unseen, beyond the Alpha and the Omega,
there is one Source. One Intelligent Source that is Omnipotent, Omniscient and Omnipresent.
Everything, everywhere at all times is a part of that One. I am a part of that One. While I am
not the totality of that One, all of the totality of that One's attributes, talents, and abilities are
mine as my Divine Inheritance.

Therefore I can know for myself that I am a limitless co-creator with God. I know that prosperity,
abundance, perfect health, loving relationships and exciting vocational opportunities are mine to
claim. Clarity, wisdom, self-love and joy are my true nature. I am a multidimensional being that
operates at my levels simultaneously. My awareness of this and my ability to consciously operate
from that awareness increases daily. All of the various meditations, techniques, studies and practices
I employ deepen this awareness and my ability to consciously direct it exponentially.

The right teachers, guides, mentors and experiences, both in the physical and non-physical realm,
in the waking and sleeping states, appear at just the right moment for this further unfoldment. I tap
into finer realms of consciousness with increasing ease. Divine communication is consistently and
clearly received and respected.

I thank God for the understanding that all of my life's events, all the people I've had relationships
with, have brought me to the place where I am today. Every seemingly difficult or painful experience
has been my teacher. All of it has been like the master jeweler who slowly and painstakingly chips
away at the rough stone, bringing out its many facets, until the radiant diamond is revealed. Here
I am now. It is time to shine.

I thank Source for this knowing. And for knowing that any deep longing cannot exist without its
manifestation already in existence. I put these deep longings into Mind, allowing its fruits to flow
into me like sweet wine. I drink deeply now. Thank you, God. And so it is.

06.06.05 - Surf's Up

The Week Ahead

Surf's up! for the week ahead. The first wave of June's transformational energy will crest this week. To ride the wave like a champ you need to pay attention to what you are "feeding" energetically. You are a vibrant frequency of light and life; a co-creative force with the Divine. Each day you step into an arena of creative orchestration and design a magnificent celebration of human life. As you move throughout your kingdom do you consciously support your own soul-perfected values, or do you tend to get distracted and "feed" limitation and emotional chaos?

The energy coming in this week is going to try and distract you from what is really happening. It most likely is going to feel annoying, perhaps a bit like a good Mercury retrograde. Timing, goals, and communications may be challenging for most. When your plans unravel, be aware and program yourself to consciously affirm that you are simply suffering from the glorious reordering of yourself as you bump-up to another level of ascension consciousness. You are expanding! You are integrating and embodying!
You are a Master of the Universe in the process of Self-Transformation. Don't get lost in frustration or anxiety because things are not flowing as you would like. Much is happening that you are not aware of, until now . . .

Many lightworkers will find they want to react with a short temper to stupid little incidences ( i.e. the rug shampooer not functioning properly or the gas pump handle not cooperating). Dumb little things that normally wouldn't set you off now find a way to agitate or aggravate. It will also feel like more of those little things are going wrong also as this new wave of Light Dispensation blankets Gaia to assist her expansion. These are the moments you get to choose what you are going to "feed." You can fuel these little dramas with your focus of attention and watch them grow bigger and more exciting or you can choose to stop, breath, affirm you are just recalibrating, and begin again.

Newly activated biological centers of energy within the physical may also get your attention, especially in the 2nd, 3rd, and 5th chakra regions. Stiff necks and achy shoulders abound as our cells configure to new templates of expansion. Upset stomachs, bloating, and low back explain new levels of tribal and individual identity to you. As Gaia moves into her Lightbody identity so must we.

Mentally you may experience feeling spacey (so what is new, right?) and the reason for this is we often drift out of our bodies at times such as these because staying present while it acclimates doesn't feel good. Very rarely do I experience the "spacey" symptoms of this ascension initiation, more often I experience dizzy spells. They result from our vibrational spin rotating so quickly. This new high speed, faster spin allows us to access our multidimensionality and anchor our Lightbodies. As we become more and more capable of vibrating at a consistent faster frequency we will find that truth, goodness, and divinity will reign supreme in our reality.

"Dramatic Awakenings" should be the title of your inner state of being this week and not, "G-e-z-z-z-z, nothing is going right and I feel like cr*p." The value of such an insight could turn your whole week around.

BLESSING:
There is but One perfect experience and realization
of the Infinite Life. I am an embodiment of this beautiful
existence. A blessed manifestation of its descent into
human expression. I am a Being of this silent presence
returning to its parent Source.

In mind, I claim the calm sense of spiritual delight. Every
perception and vision spiritualized. All knowledge anointed
with the consummate power of Infinite Intelligence. In the
heart is seeded a passionate delight of universal union and love
and sympathy and the joy for all living beings and things. In the
will, I am the delight of Divine life power in action. The beauty
of the senses perceiving and meeting the One everywhere.
Celebrating the intense secret harmony of creation as the normal
aesthesis of all things. In body, I claim ecstasy of Spirit. This
energy pouring into me from the heights of Spirit. I am the peace
and bliss of a pure and spiritualized physical existence. I intone
my universal beauty and glory of Being. I am the Power of Self
in person.

I live, grateful, for this illumined universal consciousness that reveals
hidden lines, vibrations, powers, and harmonic significances within
my day. I love being the fundamental delight of a conscious Spirit.
And so it is.

05.07.05 - It's A Wonderful Life

In life there will always be

challenges that have manifested and dreams

that have not. Yet they'll always pale in comparison to the

number of dreams that have, and challenges that haven't.

Just look around you.

BLESSING:
Life is good...and keeps on getting better. This is true because the nature
of Life is to always expand in every way that's life-supporting and
love-engendering. Life's perfect design is to grow and evolve into more and
more fulfilling versions of itself, and this is true of me. I give thanks
for the continual cycles of change and growth that happen in my life, even
if they aren't always comfortable. I know that they're part of the great
dance of creation, part of life's loving itself into greater expression.

I welcome change in my life, because I know it means a shift in my
perception. It means that greater love is available for me to give and
receive...because I perceive it. It means that more abundant living is mine,
because I believe it. And it means that greater creativity, more joy, and
more fulfillment for me and everyone my life touches...this leaves no one out.

I trust this universe, and I give thanks for its continual evolution in me
and in all people. I give thanks for my willingness to stand up for what I
believe in, and my willingness to put it into practice. I am a blessing, and
I bless it all. And so it is.

06.08.05 - I Am More

AFFIRM:
I am more than this linear moment.

I move from simplicity to complexity and back easily and effortlessly.

I attune and acknowledge all realities, even those that
exist beyond my current awareness.

I receive more and retrieve more in every moment.
I regain and retain more every day.

I am Spirit living in wo/man.

And so it is.

06.09.05 - Limiting Beliefs

"Our belief sets the limit of our demonstration of a Principle which, of
Itself, is without limit. It is ready to fill everything, because It is
Infinite...It is entirely a question of our own receptivity."

How do you train elephants? They are too powerful to put in cages, so you must start to control elephants when they are very young. First you put a six-foot chain around one of their legs and shackle them to a stake. Gradually, they learn to walk around and around that stake. They learn that the length of that chain is their boundary. Later, when they are strong and powerful, it never occurs to them that they can break that chain or pull up that stake.

Like an elephant, you, too, can be limited by a chain of beliefs that keeps you walking in circles. Often, we are conditioned by negative beliefs that we hear repeatedly when we are young. The mind, like the soil, nurtures the seed of thought without questioning the consequences. Your subjective mind takes the impress of your thoughts, positive or negative, and acts upon them accordingly. Whatever beliefs you hold become your reality.

What beliefs are binding you? Let's begin to examine them. Whatever your negative beliefs, begin to write them down so that you can weed them out. After writing each belief, ask yourself, "Is that really true? Does this have to be my reality?" Reflect on your answer. Take it into meditation and prayer. Then cross out the false belief and write an affirmation to counteract the negative belief. Say your affirmations aloud. Embody their truth, and watch your life change.

Now that's not settlin for peanuts!

BLESSING:
The Intelligence that permeates the entire universe is always in operation,
keeping the whole in balance, bringing the parts into equilibrium with the
One. I know that anything that looks like chaos or disturbance in my life is
simply this re-equilibrium occurring...and I know that it happens by means
of spiritual laws.

This process of balancing and rebalancing is guided by my own expectations
and ideas, by my self-identification and by my beliefs. I look deeply within
myself, with absolute honesty, and realize that whatever I'm experiencing in
the world has a component somewhere in consciousness. I know that I don't
ask for difficult experiences; I've never asked for abuse or disease. Today
I simply say NO to those kinds of experience. I can do this, because I have
the ability to choose, and a law that backs up that choice without fail.

I am very clear about what I will and will not allow in my life experience.
I make powerful new choices for myself today, no matter what I've chosen in
the past. Spirit, in its lawful, intelligent, loving, balancing way, takes
these choices and creates my life from them. I always choose the very best
for myself, and my choices always benefit everyone. I give thanks for this
immense power that lies in my own thinking, choosing heart/mind...in the
wisdom that is in me! I know its source is Spirit, and I am awed and
grateful for this life I am living, because it's wonderful. And so it is.

06.10.05 - Revelation of Spiritual Purpose

The Light that is you works tenaciously today
to help you remember that you are not a fragmented,
fear-based personality masquerading as the human ego.
You are a beloved and empowered child of God.
In Truth, all that this Infinite Source has is yours.
All you have to do is realize that Divine Birthright is to
accept and BE your true nature. The Light!

BLESSING:
The abundance of God's life circulates infinite power and
possibilities all around me. Right here, right now! Divinity
gathers around me and celebrates my life. I AM the eternal
One posturing the structure of wonderful, glorious human form.

I know I am eternal..... and so does the Divinity that stays well
hidden in duality. Today I push open the door on Infinity and
receive a new dispensation of responsibility. This mantle of Spirit
contains all the elements of Light and I remember the "free choice"
and "wisdom that is my celestial birthright that never got caught in
the polarization of Earth life. I take charge of my own Human
nature and reveal the master within. In this process I experience
the total and complete removal of all fear energy from the Human
psyche, the body, the Soul and all things that belong to it. Each
and every memory of this knowledge is now reprogrammed and
changed. This reworking allows miracles to be accomplished within
my biology. It's a transformation ... an alchemy ... a profound change
in my Human nature that completely aligns with God's nature.

I am falling in love with Me and everything Humanity can offer my
eternal spirit. As the veil of fear is stripped away, the choruses of
who I really am start to sing their songs of joyous celebration to the
tune of God's love. I am a revelation of Spiritual purpose. And so
it is. Amen.

06.13.05 - Collective Tranformations

be measured by your belief in yourself."

Start building a new biology that will work for you in the ascension process. Every one of you has a manual for sharpening and refining your physical temples so that they can become the engine of ascension. Each manual may be different, but Humanity is participating in a new profound order. Do you really think you can be in ascension status and keep the biology that you have? You know better! Some of you have actually started the process through pure intent. Perhaps you didn't know that you were going into ascension status. Instead, you simply gave Spirit permission to go to the next step, take you down your rightful path. Do you know how many Divine Spiritual ears perked up when you said that? Those beautiful Spirit helpers who have been with you during this life, went into action.

Why move into an era of Light and masterhood and then die, come back, spend another twenty years growing up and getting it back? There has never been a time like this in the history of humanity on this earth. You know you have the power to change the human genome. Such is the power of those who can see through the eyes of ascension. Are you staying here as the planet herself becomes a temple of rejuvenation? We know the planet is changing, evolving and transforming into a new being. Do you think that we will not have to reprogram and change too? The energy shift of this planet will create optimal attributes within the spiritual portion of the human DNA. The indigo children, the emissaries of light children are demonstrations of this new biology. Ask Spirit to participate in holding more Light in your biology. This is what we have waited eons for, it's part of why each of us is here at this time. Take the time to make an awakened state of soul-based-intelligence in each cell from your spiritual core being.

Perhaps you came to Earth in order to actually see and participate in the new age. What a responsibility! Perhaps that is why you are here! And why you are in the chair reading this and remembering this message.

TREATMENT:
Through the Beloved Presence of God I awaken this day and join in the
kingdom of spiritual realization. All that is within my vision has been
crafted by an Immaculate Concept and is filled to overflowing with divine
potential. The one Creator of all life has also fashioned (insert your name)
from the substance of divine love. My entire being and cosmos is ordered
and saturated by God's confidence, trust, hope, and inner knowing.

Today it is possible to be the momentum of wholeness releasing the old
structures of duality at even deeper levels. I reach for the loving hands of
Light and step into the new, living field of Love that anoints all on this
Earthly sojourn. I allow the fullness of this unknown to empower me with
spiritual fulfillment and greater alignment with the Christed tone of love. I
ask this Presence to look into my life and see what yet remains to be
balanced by me to any person, place, condition or thing and draw forth
through me a thousand times as much perfection to right all debts. As my
being flooded with the gift of Love I am transformed into a force more
than any human miscreation. All energies within my field of existence, conscious
or unconscious, past or present, through obvious choice or through karmic
liability that are less than God's perfection are now transmuted back into Light
to expand -- expand, and intensify daily the mightiest action of the one Infinite
Intelligence.

This is evidence of my new heart centered existence. From this moment forth
I joyously assimilate the new adaptations of love as they reorganize, restructure,
and clean out all that limits its potential. In the name and by the power and authority
of the Presence of God I AM, I send these words into the Realms of Law to
appear as divine order and divine love in my life. Thank you God. And so it is.

06.14.05 - Transmuting the Old

Deleting the Old Operating System a channeling of the Earth Mother by Michele Mayama
"Many people keep expecting that things should be easier, that they should just get it, and that there is a way things are supposed to be in their ideal vision. The message we would share this day is about focus, or discipline, as this concept is not always well understood. Duality is very seductive, and has been around for a very long time. It has been the main reality base and reference for most of you, and your habits, patterns, memories, experiences, and emotional content was formed during lifetimes of experience in that reality. You have been doing much work releasing those old structures from your bodies and consciousness, and now you are moving into a new living field, a new matrix, of unified light and life. What is newly available to you now needs structure, rather like a new operating system as you might say in your computer terms.

What we see as we stand with you is that sometimes you become lost in your process, and are impeded by your interpretations or idealism that will not fully allow you to release the old structures and move into what is now available to you. It's a bit like having a favorite old sweater or pair of pants. Even though they are well worn and have served their time, there may be difficulty in letting them go. In a sense, duality and its emotional flavors has become like a familiar, old companion. When one starts to release out of it, sometimes the fear of not knowing what is next, or how to engage a new operating system, prevents people from letting go. Even if the old emotions are difficult, even if they are fear-based, even if they contain many distortions about self (I am not good enough, I am always the one left out, I am not worthy to have good friends, etc.) That is the experience in duality, the well-worn and familiar emotional pathways.

What we are sharing is that the new operating system is available. It is accessible and is there for you to choose. There is no cost for this system [smile]. It is there for you. However, it IS a choice, and it is a matter of where you put your focus. And it may take a bit of discipline, a bit of repetitive focusing, choosing again and again and again. You have been working towards becoming more conscious. You have been working towards being aware that you have a choice. The awareness that you have a choice IS consciousness.

The emotional patterns may try to cling based on old or unmet needs for security, for a sense of mother, for a sense of belonging, for a sense of not being alone. Duality by its structure is designed with separation, conscious/unconscious, particularly. This is a split. What formed in duality created splits in consciousness. If you say I am not as good as, then you are splitting yourself from someone or something. If you say I am the one who is always rejected, or I am afraid of being rejected, then that is patterning rejection and separation. It is a split. Everything you say about self that does not feel as if you are one with, part of, or does not elicit joy and a feeling of communion and love is dualistic. And it is part of the old pattern, the old clothes.

The new fits you better than anything that you've ever known, because it vibrates with who you are. It opens your capacity to partner with living light, to manifest your nature. Now, perhaps you don't know your nature, fully. Perhaps that is not fully conscious. You are still growing that awareness. The first awareness is that you have a choice. If you exercise that choice, even when it is difficult, you will start to notice that the new operating system begins to inform you and begins to teach you its ways. If you do not choose it you will not learn it. You will not avail yourself of what is now present to you. You will remain in those patterns and you will keep rotating and circling through them as if there is nothing else beyond it. That is not the truth.

Most of you who are reading or feeling this know by now that you have a choice. You know that you long for the fulfillment in the living field, and you know that at some level you were born for this because you never completely fit in to the old. That longing, that sense of what you were born for, is now your propelling energy. Move toward it. Choose it daily, and in every moment that you are aware of having the choice. Much of the choice is just about paying attention. Open to what is real, true, and connecting you to life, rather than the old messages, the old story line, and the old emotions."

BLESSING:
All That Is carries form and formless within It and
distributes it in ways that I marvel at. All my Beingness
is acknowledged and understood within this Divine Source.
The exalted and purposeful life of human form was breathed
into existence by God to experience the fullness of Itself as One.

Today I acknowledge, respect, and appreciate my deeper
awareness and partnership with everything physical and
nonphysical. It all reveals my truest nature within the collective.
The invitation to evolve further; to expand consciousness through
the mind and body is accepted and I expect greater results than
I can envision and imagine. As body, mind, and Spirit I am becoming
lighter in frequency and density. My body understands how to move
as fluid light rather than as a solid object. The mind no longer processes
unwanted and unconscious thoughts that I am only sometimes aware of.
Divine resonance illumines and liberates my mind, elevating its operations
to bring forth the ideals from Soul that affirm my gift as a carrier of special
purpose and unique alignment with Source. Spirit no longer dependent
upon belief systems I embody that prevent It from expressing naturally and
completely this incarnation. Attunements of crystalline light obliterate
restrictions, releasing all misalignments of my Being. I am the spiritual builder
who can let go of anything that no longer serves me.

My day is an expression of gratitude for I know that energy draws energy to
it and this treatment is already confirmed by the Law of One. My life is
forever an emergence of expression that acknowledges access, evolution,
growth, and discovery in all areas. And so it is.

06.15.05 - Comforting Presence of Love

This week I am asking you to play with releasing duality. In our heightened complexity of opening and accelerating reality the veils of illusion are asking each of us to release all of our old ways of being. One of the concepts that we are collectively transforming is "duality." Some will fight to hold on to it, but like all that is mythic it is impossible to conjure it and breathe life into it forever. Each soul that is now embodied on Earth knew that we would be nurturing a unitarian consciousness at this time. This is part of the Light that seduced you and I to incarnate during this time. We knew that our contribution to collective consciousness would help anchor such warmth and love on Earth.

So for today, pretend that you have no knowledge of dualistic constituents. There is no I versus you, we versus them, here versus there, then versus now, what I am versus what I am not, what I need and want versus what I do not need and want, right versus wrong, power over versus being overpowered, competing, comparing, gaining and losing and so forth. All of this -- an old way of being, which you perceived to be so clear, so simple, so safe -- is now gone, no longer ever again to be real. Your old dual reality can longer be passed off as real. And in the moments when it can be made to seem real, realize it cannot be made to seem complete or enough.

A good game or mental exercise would be to unlink yourself from your conceptual habits of duality. Just as you start to lock into a way of thinking about something, anything; just as you are sure that you are starting to understand, try to undo your thoughts and redo them in a different way, from a different point of view perhaps, with different memories and with different conclusions. And try remembering differently, as you release old ways of remembering your expectations automatically change, shaping a different life. Unweave your concepts so that one plus one no longer leads to two. Over and over again, try to uncategorize experience. Unsettle that into which you have long settled. Stop yourself from dualistic, polarized and polarizing thought!

By the end of this day, you will know that this truth of unity, rather than duality is closer than ever before. That you are closer than ever before, that you and your reality are evolving, that the spiritualizing of your humanity and this particular incarnation of Spirit is occurring. And the more closely humanity approaches these places of beatific wonder, the more potent is its magnetism and the more poignant is the longing while the spiritual Soul broadens and deepens in this place.

BLESSING:

My life is the life of Spirit in me. I was created out of Infinite Life with
a purpose in mind, and that purpose was to live and live fully. Everything
about me...my parents, my children, my biology, the environment I was born
into, the experiences I've had in my life, and most importantly the people
in my life are there to facilitate this process. There's an Intelligence at
work here that has created for me a custom-tailored world in which to
realize the truth: that there is only One, that I am one with it, and that I
am here in this life to experience joy.

There's nothing that's out of place, and there are no accidents. I choose
consciously to be one with eyes to see and ears to hear; I look beyond the
surfaces of life and see to the depths. I accept - no, I embrace - every
experience of my life that has brought me to this very moment. I see all the
richness and beauty in my life, even if that richness and beauty is veiled
within a challenge. I refuse to see anything less than the grace of Spirit
at work in me and in my life. And because of this firm, undying commitment,
that grace becomes so evident that I can let go of trying to control things,
and learn to flow with them with ease.

Spirit's never gone anywhere; it's always right here to support me through
every tough time and celebrate with me in the good ones. So life is good,
life is sweet, and life is wonderful. And that's the truth. And so it is.

06.16.05 - God for a Day

How many of us truly believe we are Gods? We all believe that our world mirrors our consciousness, correct? Every day we strive to align with divine qualities in order to experience faith, gratitude, compassion, peace, and wisdom. We observe the external signposts that clue us into the truth of where we have directed our attention, resolving to awaken the inner causality that keeps us separated from the One life. I am here today to tell you that you are God. Simply by the virtue that we have just had a movie come out mirroring this for us celebrates this awareness. The gift of the movie asks you what you would do if you were God for a day? Who would you heal? What would you command? Even though the movie comes forth in great laughter it gives to humanity a truth that is disguised in the facade of a comedy. You are Gods. You cannot be allowed the pleasure of doubting. You cannot doubt your work, your thoughts and your intentions, or your choices of love, or your ability to heal. Dispense with what keeps you less than. Dispense from what keeps you from being successful. Dispense with what keeps you from loving another. Dispense with what keeps another from loving you. Dispense with what is toxic from your past.

You are God for a day and everyday!

BLESSING:
The Light from above bathes the land and seas with the fragrance
of the Christos. All That Is reveals itself as the landscape of Life.
I, too, therefore am the harmonization of this divine energy in
human form. The rays of this blessed presence pours forth from
the heavens into my soul and moves out into the world by way of
my human character.

This divine union assures my powers of creativity. I allow the knowledge
of this dispensation to come as cleansing bubbles that land upon me and
gather what has hardened, gather what is cancerous, gather what is angry
and toxic. This energetic wash dispels all contradictions, clears all fears,
disperses any hate no matter who the hate is directed at. Each pocket
of poison and toxic waste within my mind, with my words, and within my
body are now released. As God of my own creations, I embrace the new
fluidness of my future. I consciously allow Spirit to pour me into new formats,
and new geometries, stretching me beyond what I have considered myself to be,
what I have considered myself to be able to do and able to perceive. A
lightness will be assured and insured as I walk through the rest of my days
with a supreme knowing that I am God's creative spirit moving forward.

Joyously letting go of any previous ways I have defined myself, I step into a
way that serves the Soul's illumination of God's path. I know all my desires
have great potential within them. Just as God does nothing but desire an
outcome and it is made manifest, so it is within me. I make all things so,
and so it is. Amen.

06.17.05 - Blessing Each Other

As I send blessings to you, so I expect that each is out in the world spreading their blessings to others. It is in the act of blessing that all are made whole. You, who stand in the face of adversity, uncertainty and conflicting sensory information each day. Yes, you dear ones that remain ever mindful of the magical, infinite, loving reality that is really here. You are responsible and must stand in the center of your heart, and hold another there. Blessing them. Anytime we bless another, we become an agent of God. In the act of blessing, we allow the Holy Spirit to move out to the event or person thereby encompassing the situation. For what we (you and I ) know to be true is that all of our reality was created out of Love and so we have pledged to live a reality that conspires tirelessly to be transformed and transmuted by the fire of this Love. As Beings of Light, we have resolved to live, love, and be happy, at all costs, not matter what, with reverence and kindness to All. We live in Blessing!

BLESSING:
I awaken to the comforting Presence held within all Life.
I feel the vibrational thread of Love that unites everything
in creation ~ it is a motion, a flow, an activity that swirls
within and through me. And God sent forth his Love, and
it became the seas, the rock, the fire, the very breath of
earthly physical life.

Being a living component of this mystical vigilant energy force
I easily utilize a joyful physical presence while experiencing the
totality of my spiritual expression. There is not one moment where
peace and love do not exist in my life because the truth is God's
Presence is at my spiritual core. In each event, and with every
person I meet, I take the time to bless them with God's love,
which is our truest nature. This Divine element shall therefore
encompass and demonstrate only the highest creative potential
for all because it only knows wholeness. My life is a unique
assimilation of Divine creativity, wisdom, love and peace that
is propelled by the engine of All That Is. I own it! I live it!
Because it is now a life that only speaks the language of God.

Life is a living creature with soul and reason, the personified
image of the Love and Light of All That Is. Cradled in the
essence of God, I am sooooooo thankful to be a vessel of
this One life. A life enamored of Itself that explores the regions
of its existence with abandon delight. And so it is.

06.20.05 - Instant Manifestation

BLESSING:
Every day and every way I am One with God. One with
the joy and peace in Infinite Mind. One with the glory
of Spirit's world. Living the God-revealed each day.

Today I realize that it is no wonder the Universe is
expanding in marvelous ways that only makes my
life greater than Great! Anything I desire, anything,
the Universe can find a way to let it happen . . . as long
as the joy and pleasure of receiving lives within the
context of my natural day. I choose to allow the "vibes"
of my world getting better and better, and better take
over my heart. Every experience I create causes Source
to respond lovingly, easily, and effortlessly!

What a celebration to watch my life be transformed
into all of that! Living what I feel, manifesting my
dominating vibrations brings the most blessed fruits
of labor. And so it is.

06.21.05 - Summer Solstice

Today is the Summer Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere, Winter Solstice in the Southern. The solstice energy teaches us Balance; it can bring a new awareness that ushers you into a place of greater knowledge. New directions and new assignments will be given out today. Many have embodied the universal realization that we are being asked to fulfill our true nature at unprecedented deeper, more powerful levels. The grand shift is under way and to participate in the grand illumination we must be vibrating with authentic spiritual expertise. We have to listen with our hearts and follow the pathways of our own light.

To assist us this summer solstice is gifting each with two days of self-reflection and free-flowing energies that support aligning with the wisdom of choice. Mastering the art of "choice" allows individuals to ponder the potential consequences of decision making and actions before taking them. Consciously choosing, rather than reacting in haste, allows you to keep your eye on the spiritual goal, vision or plan you have in mind. The practice of choice also brings the gift of conquering matter rather than being controlled by it. If you are foundationed in choice (freedom) you are given the opportunity to see beneath the surface of all change. The wisdom that this order brings to your life can blast you off into the next step easily, joyously, and effortlessly!

Celebrate today and open fully to what is being given for I believe that Change is going to be the main player in the summer months of 2005, and it all comes to us by Creational default. If you can stand in the center of these three months and "choose" how you are going to spend your precious energies the God-ness within you can advise from its high point of instruction. With the freedom of conscious choice you will trust truths with a different attitude even if they are uncomfortable.

Circumstances will conspire and events will converge to position you into a powerful
new force of Light that amazes and thrills all It entertains. . . .

BLESSING:
I am one with the only Life there is, one with the only Presence there is.
This Divine essence is the capacity, possibility, and fulfillment of how I
live, the very nature of me, the very life of me; the greater coherency
of who and what I am. Being in and of Spirit I am the clearest, brightest,
most awakened channel of Infinite Knowing moving forward this day in
splendor and joy.

Today I put into action my intention to serve as a surrogate of Divinity.
Bursting into expression as an instrument of God I radiate vitality, brilliance,
balance, flow, ease, confidence, purity, and joy. I am able to sense these
divine freedoms as they guide and direct my every way giving tangible
proof of the miracle-working, choice-activating activity that is now
consciously held in the Self. In the Name, Love, Wisdom, Power and
Authority of the Beloved I expand into the greater atmosphere of unlimited
possibilities and claim the highest and best for myself and others. I let go of
all emotional reaction that depletes and become enfolded by the power of
conscious choice that always brings happiness.

Thankfully, I increase my awareness by raising my vision to see a vast expanse
of perfection, radiating in all directions, in every dimension, in the smallest
and grandest things. I am a New structure of illumination, realization, and
inspiration-- completely awake. And so it is.

06.22.05 - The Scent of Divinity

AFFIRM:
I AM the essence, the scent, and the Light of God/Goddess.
I enter into this day to escort masterful blessedness to the world.
I bring the flavoring of the Christ to every act,
anointing my work, my relationships, my thoughts, my body with this purity of spirit.
And so it is, and so I let it be. Amen.

06.23.05 - Authenticity = Freedom

The most courageous thing a person can do is to live an authentic life.
What is an authentic life?
It is a life lived from your heart, speaking your truth,
standing in your truth, living in your truth. ~Terri Amos

The problem with getting to this point of authentic freedom is that for most of us, we have no idea of who we really are. To get to know who you really are you must go deep within. You must be willing to look at all of your limiting beliefs; beliefs that tell you that you are bad, you are not worthy, you are not capable, and you are not enough, just to name a few.

We take limiting beliefs on our whole lives. From early childhood we learn from our parents, grandparents and siblings. Their opinions begin to shape and define us. Then as we grow, our peers and teachers affect us most. Society also plays a tremendous role in telling us who we are. It's up to us to know the truth.

Recently I had some Chinese food. As usual, I went for the fortune cookie first. That's the little kid inside of me wanting the sweet stuff first. 'You will get what you want as long as it is not extravagant.' I chewed on that fortune for a moment, agreeing with it. Then the taste of those words grew sour to me. I realized this was a limiting belief. "Whoa!" I said to myself. "Is this the truth for me?"

I knew instantly that I had held myself back my whole life, especially since my teenage years, from living with overflowing abundance. When I was a teenager my family was pretty well off. We lived on Country Club lane on ten acres. We had a beautiful home and pool, drove nice cars, my dad had his own business and my mom stayed at home with my sister and me. We had most everything we could possibly need. I also did great in school. I graduated Salutatorian, was president of this and a member of that. I was the all-around student. However, and this is a big HOWEVER, I often felt judged for my abundance. I felt separate from the crowd because I felt different. What I didn't know until opening that fortune cookie was that I began to limit myself over the years with what I allowed myself to have. I had a limiting belief that if I lived with overflowing abundance then no one would like me.

Now I realize to truly live with authentic freedom that I must allow myself to live with overflowing abundance. I am overflowing abundance! And as I allow myself to receive this from the universe and release all limiting beliefs that people won't like me, my abundance can then overflow to the world around me.

We are all worthy of living fully with overflowing abundance. If you don't believe this for yourself, then I ask that you look at your limiting beliefs. This is just one limiting belief, and, boy, let me tell you, we all have many.

Limiting beliefs are like a cage locked tight with no opening in sight. But when you realize that you are the one who holds the key in releasing these beliefs, only then can you find freedom. Freedom comes from within. It comes from getting to know who you really are, releasing all limiting beliefs. And as you release your limiting beliefs and stand in your truth, your example shines a light for the whole world to see. Freedom will be yours when you give yourself permission to live authentically.

I now subconsciously accept this treatment. There is only

One creative cause, God. There is only One mind, God.
There is only One life, God. There is only One substance,
God. This present universe is the glory of God. It is a moving,
flexible, fluidic creation. It is alive with the life, the abundance,
and the richness of God. I abide in prosperity, Mind created me in
order that It might act through me. Therefore, I am receptive to Its
abundance. I am receptive to Its circulation in my life in the form of
money. Money is God's idea of circulation in my world of finance.
I accept this idea; I like it. Money, being God in action is absolute
good; it is wholesome. It is a blessing to man, and I am now prospered
with it. I have no fear of lack for I believe that I have plenty of money.
It is God's activity in my world. It is God's activity in my bank account.
It is God's activity in my investments. It is God's activity in everything
to which I lay my hands. This money is flowing, this money is free. I
do not attempt to lock it up. I so not put a fence around it. It is God's
money. I let it flow in, I let it flow out. As I release it, I know that it
comes back to me pressed down, shaken together and running over.
"The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want." I am now free in money.
I rejoice in it. I appreciate it, and I thank god for it. I have money
forevermore. And so it is. Amen.

06.24.05 - Gratitude

Find something in every situation for which you can be grateful!
Gratitude is a tremendously creative stance, because our experiences correspond directly to who we believe we are. And gratitude establishes a foundation of Self that has already been received, which is after all, the time we are usually grateful. The truth is that even when a situation is problematic, you can find something in it to appreciate. Being sick may give you a chance to finally rest from overwork; not having enough money can teach you to appreciate the little things and also to be resourceful. Every problem contains a gift. Cultivate the grateful version of yourself and the gifts start to swing into view. Note that in this sense gratitude has to be genuine; it cannot be forced or strategic. And further it cannot be merely a reaction to facts, because the gratitude I'm talking about leads to the facts by staying true to itself no matter what. In our spiritual practice, we don't assume the desired version of Self in order to manipulate conditions, events, or other people. We do it for our own sake, for the joy and relief of being who we want to be.

BLESSING:
There is only One Source - Infinite Mind - and this One
individualizes Itself by means of me. I know I am part of
the Universal Mind of God, and this good is now available
to me as my divine inheritance!

I focus on and celebrate the abundant good in my life. I am
aware of good in every experience, wherever I am and wherever
I go. I look for the good and find it. I bring the highest and best
of me to the world and the world gives its highest and best back,
for this is the law of circulation. I am in the flow of the Spirit-of-
Wholeness, and It responds to my receptivity of greater good
more than ever before -- dynamic, radiant health, loving relationships,
abundant, increasing prosperity, and expansion of creative expression
in all glorious ways.

I am ever grateful. My good now expands as my consciousness of
acceptance is broadened. And so it is.

06.27.05 - Casting Off Shackles

This week brings the month of June to a close. How did you perform at your next level of Earth mastery? With all the ups and downs that were directing us to delve deeper into our own Soul truth (resulting in stronger intuitive abilities) and balance extremes through conscious choice you may not have noticed the level of expertise you were instinctually moving up to.

June has been asking us to move into an apprenticed place of power and flow; to clear interference patterns that portray us as "less than." We have been given all the techniques and tools, now it is time to consciously use them. As June's children we were instructed to use the underlying vibration of Choice to bring about desired manifestations, completions, and new foundations. I have watched the month launch out experience after experience in order that we move out of the fear of taking responsibility for maintaining our individual realities. For those who couldn't sense the currents of energy that were unleashed June might have felt like a personal riptide, leaving them drained at each day's end because they were trying to control instead of create, adjust, and refine from a creator's perspective. Even for some of us that were tuned in and knew to ride the current and not react to the dramas felt exhausted some days, but the gifts gained have been incredible!

Last week I had so many insights, bigger pictures, and ahhh-HAs that I stopped counting. By strengthening the connection with my inner guidance and God/Source and consciously choosing how I wanted each experience to be played out I was afforded opportunity after opportunity to know I was living from Soul and not personality. Understand? I linked personal spirit with universal spirit which is the ultimate Balance.

This week should feel lighter and happier. I hope that all of us are filled with a subtle sense of celebration and individual expression as we have fulfilled a new order of Life. We now understand that spirit and matter meet in consciousness when we are fully all of us! Creating with conscious choice as a Soul/Spirit is how we now rule our internal kingdoms. Our sensitivities and awarenesses of what is not seen are increasing exponentially so that we each know we are firmly connected to strong intuitive energy. That in-itself is enough to make me jovial for the whole week.

BLESSING:
This is a Universe of Infinite Intelligence, and it always knows what to do
and how to do it. As part of this infinite creation, all that I AM is
completely and totally connected to the One Power. Because I am dealing
with intelligence, I deal with it intelligently. It is the Source of all
knowledge, the source of all wisdom, and the ultimate logistic planner!

Because this is the case, I let God do its job, and focus on mine. My clear
intention is to use my power of creation...of vision...to expand my
acceptance of what is possible. I become very clear on precisely what I want
my life experience to be like, and I accept it in advance. Spirit goes to
work on this attitude of acceptance and gratitude, and makes it so for me.
This isn't a special ability of any kind; it really doesn't take training.
All it takes is clarity and understanding, and the consistent choice to
believe in my vision more than I believe in what seems to contradict it.
This isn't magic; it's the way the Universe works.

Because it's a Universe of Intelligence, I don't have to specify every
detail; Spirit knows what I want already, and knows how to get it. I simply
clear and get ready, and I give thanks for Spirit's ability to unfold my
life in ways better than I can even imagine! And so it is.

06.28.05 - Great Minds, Great Finds

"The structure of our bodies are defined by our proteins. Proteins represent physical complements of the environment. Consequently, our bodies are physical compliments of our environment. IMP perception units in the cell’s membrane convert the environment into awareness. Reception of environmental signals change protein conformations. The "movement" generated by protein shape changes is harnessed by the cell to do "work." Life (animation) results from protein movements which are translated as "behavior." Cells respond to perception by activating either growth or protection behavior programs. If the necessary behavior-providing proteins are not present in the cytoplasm, the IMP perception units can activate expression of appropriate genes in the cell’s nucleus.

"Perceptions" lie between the environment and cell expression. If our perceptions are accurate, the resulting behavior will be life enhancing. If we operate from "misperceptions," our behavior will be inappropriate and will jeopardize our vitality by compromising our health."

I recently heard a radio interview with research biologist and scientist, Bruce Lipton. The radio host and Mr. Lipton were discussing Mr. Lipton's new book "The Biology of Belief," in which his newest work reveals that cells behave according to their perception of the environment they inhabit! This is an incredible finding and proves what Ernest wrote about in "The Science of Mind," that we are what we think/believe/perceive we are. Dr. Lipton has discovered stunning new evidence that ALL the cells of the body are affected by your thoughts.

If any of you get the chance to hear Dr. Lipton speak on this subject I urge you to take a few moments and listen. His book is good in that he has taken very complex scientific information and translated it so that everyone can understand it but I believe simply hearing him explain these new findings in his own style and time is much better.

BLESSING:
There is a song within my biology. It is the sacred tone of creation;
the harmony that pulses in and through the one and only Life. It is
the divinity that flows from God and encompasses me with It's loving
nature. Connected to this Source by love unites my Presence with the
essence and spirit of all life.

From the quiet, still place of this heart-centered consciousness I claim
the integral power of vibrant, life-giving, life-affirming health! I get out
of my own way and allow the glory of Spirit to produce quantified
physical perfection on my behalf. The living organism known as (insert
your name) realigns with the whole truth of its human existence -- that
it naturally has a divine strength, endurance and ability to control the
mechanics of a healthy physiology. From each molecule and atom down
to the infinitesimally small quarks and photons, to the energy fields that
surround physical matter all biological communication becomes an accurate
reflection of holistic perfection. All variations of cellular matter that cannot
embody an understanding of this holistic pattern are now completely
eliminated from my system. They are carried off to be transformed into
building blocks of mass and weight that are equivalent to Love. Because of
this I am now alleviated of all physical pain, dysfunction, imbalances, disease,
suffering and adverse redundancy.

Rejoicing from within my trillion-celled community of perfection I sing
hallelujah! How great it is to know I now efficiently manufacture only the
light and love of Source. I revel in the idea that I am a complimentary health
practitioner of Holiness. For this and more I say, "And so it is." Amen.

06.29.05 - All I Can Be

AFFIRM:
I am here to be a dynamic, creative expression of the most high God!
My life is filled to overflowing with divine spiritual insights!
God's blessings are multiplied all around me!
All of the qualities of Spirit are always expressing as me!
Gratitude, appreciation and high praise are my calling cards!
I let go, I let God, and I let it be!
And so it is! Amen!

06.30.05 - Playing in God's Garden

The sun shifts into its highest position in the sky this month and all life seems to follow it. Delicate creek-side blossoms grace the paths of the red rock country and the air exults with the celebration of life. Ah, summer! The very writing of these words fills my heart with passion and makes me want to let go of all care, to abandon all this adult serious foolishness, to slip my shoes off and to wander the banks of some breezy mountain lake stalking dragonflies! Or, maybe I could just lounge around a friendly campfire singing a song or two, eating a fire-toasted marshmallow or two (the blacker the better) and then wander off into the darkness to gaze right up into the Milky Way so brilliant this time of year, wondering what other life is up there and feeling so big and yet so small all at the same time!

What a time to step out of life and to embrace Life! What a time to reconnect with the earth and all its web of noble creatures large and small; to rediscover a lost piece of our own nobility! While we fret our little stories under the neon lights of this city, whole galaxies are being birthed somewhere up there in the deep recesses of those powdered-sugar summer skies! How simple are the ways that lead us to peace, that crown us with joy, that invite us into the Oneness---and we choose to be lost in the complexities of our own “importance?”!

May we together, you and I, find a place this summer if only for a little while and an excuse (any excuse will do) to let it all go, to taste the sweet nectar of our own Being; the calm hollow at the center of all and be at peace!

TREATMENT:
As a living creature with a divine nature, I was created from
the infinite and eternal Life of God. A masterful creation seeded
from providential intention and design. As I reflect on the
magnificence of creation, I feel a sense of wonder. I realize that
I am just one divine and spiritual being endowed with all the
attributes of Spirit. This Truth is wondrous. I am alive with God's
Presence. I am saturated with Divinity. I am love. I am light. I am
joy.

I know I am in this life to enjoy and partake of my true nature. I
step out of my "normal" mindset and take time to play in God's
gardens of nature. I take time in the late afternoon and lay my
head in a nest of grass where I can smell the aroma of gardenias
on the wind. How beautiful it will be to welcome that time for
the play of my being with God. Who knows what will happen?
Come trouble or pleasure, I will find myself beloved. I rejoice in
these healing, playful adventures of salvation and ecstasy.

I am here by choice, stretching, growing, and playing. Living my
highest awareness, yearning to be intimate with God. I am grateful
for the beauty of life God imparted on this planet and the delight,
awakening, and expansion of soul when I blend with its Presence.
And so it is.
